I don't mind the bagels from here. Sandwiches with cream cheese makes it so much better. Grabbed a dozen bagels, plain, sesame and everything with plain and garden / veggie cream cheese. Bagels and donuts definitely bring team members together and disappear quickly too. Bagels for me are always better with the cream cheese. I love frequenting this establishment and visit at least twice a week. Michelle and Elaine are always very nice to me and I have no complaints about the food. I have been been coming here for the last twelve years and never had a bad experience. Edited 6/9/26...i ordered two pieces of avocado toast and got home and it was un-edible due to the avocado being frozen solid with visible ice crystals. They should have just told me they didn't have any. You can't serve this to customers. I didn't see the usual managers there who keep the place together. I called the store and they aren't answering. I'm going to try and thaw it out and see if it tastes better. read more

Decided to get bagels for couple of us for lunch. We got two jalapeño cheese bagels, one all nighter and another blt style, I got a garlic bagel with cheese as well. We got some fresh orange juice and iced vanilla latte and two vanilla latte hot. Overall the sandwiches were really good and fresh. I usually don't buy my bagels here but got a message that on Mondays the bagels are $9 for bakers dozen. You need to be a "member" which I am...but when I went to check out they wanted to charge over $16? "I asked isn't it supposed to be $9 today." ..which was met with a reply of well we scanned your app and it didn't give you the $9 special, sorry." Say what? No I am sorry I wasted my time coming here. I read all the fine print and no where does it say there are other conditions besides having their app. Just not good business sense....the worker had no other explanation. Anyway didn't feel like paying $1.50 each for a smallish bagel....btw, they were closing at noon and only taking cash that day for some reason. Panera who? The bagels at Einstein can't even be compared! They're like a soft yet crispy shell on the outside and as soon as you bite in, it's some chewy goodness!! The flavors are awesome and the blueberry bagel actually tastes like blueberry. Not simply a plain bagel impersonating as a blueberry bagel with 3 pieces of blueberries added in! My family always gets their honey walnut spread and they never have any complaints. I typically order a bagel with peanut butter for allergy reasons, but it always tastes so appetizing. They have a pretty good variety on their menu, they have pizza bagels and other neat creations. The strawberry lemonade here is really delightful and quite fresh. This specific location seems like a hidden gem. The employees here are great and the food is always on point. The wait is never too long, seating seems to always be available and well parking is great! I guess you could say that the prices are a little pricey for a bagel it's about 3$ with spread, but I think that's about the same as most breakfast sandwiches/joints, so I don't mind. They have a lot of varieties, and my favorite, Pumpernickel, is a common bagel here. The poppy seed are also made well. The bagels are very hearty, have great taste, and are really filling. The staff is always friendly and will gladly tell you about the types of bagels they have. They provide you them in a nice paper bag as well as plastic bags if you want to store them in the freezer. I'm not a big fan of their whipped cream cheese, I just don't like the texture that much. The place looks really nice inside and it's very clean. Be aware that the prices in here are at a bit of a premium (e.g. approx. $1 a bagel per half dozen) and they do close very early on the weekend (2:00pm). read more

I was new to this place and the person who helped me was nice and polite. She helped me find bagels that I would like and was patient with me as I was ordering. I ordered a lot because it was my fist time here and wanted to know what I would like and not like. She walked me through what came with what, and informed me of items I get after I got them. (Which I should have known if I read the menu correctly.) The food was good as well! I will definitely add this place as a spot to retain to! However I wish they were open pass 2pm, but hey! Rude on phone. just rude. What's worse is they complained about how busy they were? IT'S A BUSY PLACE TO WORK AT TIMES. We are a large company that orders lunch daily for ourselves and clients. We could have been a great client for a long period of time...all ruined because someone was clearly not happy working in customer service. It's so easy for some reason nowadays. Being rude seems to be expected. You work, you get a paycheck, but if you don't like what you do, you take it out on customers. Each time I go here the service is top notch. The customer service is a plus. I usually get a coffee and a bagel. They have excellent Orange juice as well. I have had their bagel sandwiches as well, which come in a large variety. Today I had the nova lox bagel with no capers. I have to say they prepared it well. Went in there last Saturday, probably around 1:00. There was one other patron in there. I asked for a hummus veg out sandwich and a smoothie to go. I was shocked at the slop I had to deal with when I got home and unwrapped it. What a freaking disaster. They basically just threw some hummus and a couple veggies on a bagel, wrapped that bad boy up and called it a day! The outside of my bagel as well as the wrapper was covered with hummus. I tried eating it and my hands were covered with hummus and all the toppings had slipped out by then anyway that I got so annoyed I just tossed the whole thing. The smoothie was ok. This is my third time at this location, but the first time it's been open, even though I checked the hours online. With that being said, I was absolutely delighted with the service I received. Everyone was so kind and patient, especially since the customer ahead of me seemed like a bagel inspector. She must have asked questions about six different bagels, but they didn't flinch. Seeing that she was taking a while, another staff person called me down and asked me about my order. I ordered the all-nighters sandwich with the jalapeno garlic aioli on the side and a buttered bun. Oh my goodness, it was better than I expected. Everything including the eggs was perfectly cooked. The cheesy hashbrown bagel was beautifully toasted and you could actually taste the bacon! I'm not going to lie, the only reason I came here for the first time was because they were the only place open before 6am today! Glad they were because I think it was love a first sight. Coffee and the Herbivore Bagel. The medium coffee is equivalent to a large anywhere else! The bagel came in a convenient carrying box and whatever type of cream cheese they had under all the veggies was too good. The Einstein location on Mercury drive is a consistently great lunch stop that is fast, clean, and delicious. I have been here many times and have always seen a clean restaurant and full coffee bar. I usually go with the Tasty Turkey lunch sandwich. It comes on their Asiago cheese bagel, but it's also great on the green chili or spinach florentine bagel. For $7 you get a sandwich and then a choice of chips, potato salad, or fresh fruit. Their fresh cracked egg sandwiches are also really god. Terrible is an understatement! How can an establishment with such an amazing product hire such unprofessional people. I came here on my lunch break and was completely ignored in line. When I addressed the clerk and notified her of my order she reluctantly took it. After waiting for approximately 20 min it turns out the order wasn't even in the system. Finally, I just canceled my order and demanded a refund. Rather than they compensate me with my lunch they were ok with me leaving upset. What a wasted lunch break! read more

Excellent bagels & service! I usually drop by after morning rush hour so have never had to wait to place or pick up an order. Servers are friendly and efficient. Einstein bagels are the best in the bagel world and this location has always sold me fresh ones. They're chewy on the outside and soft without being slimy on the inside. I prefer plain because I like the unadorned taste of the basic ingredients. I recently sampled a mom & pop out of curiosity, but those bagels didn't have the doughy, yeasty combo I crave. And, I rarely feel the need to toast and/or add schmear to these bagels because the fundamental flavor holds its own! read more

We stopped by on our way to the lake. The place was empty however all the tables were dirty. We were greeted in a friendly manner and served right away but the filth really turned us off. The staff just stood around and talked after making our bagel. No one seemed to notice all the dirty tables. Also, if 2 people want to add cream and sugar to their coffee at the same time you have to wait because the right side condiments are completely empty. Apparently, the manager, Kelly, doesn't seem to care about keeping her word to a customer. After a call to corporate, to inform them that I hadn't heard from her, she magically called me, stating she was going thru her emails, and catching up on contacting people. She was going to meet me after she "came back from vacation" and "resolve" the issue with her unfriendly worker. Never heard from her. Called corporate and left a message, but still didn't hear anything, and don't plan on hearing anything. Apparently, they'll tell you what you want to hear, and then don't follow up on things. I am so disappointed with being lied to, and empty promises. Such a poor way to treat people! read more

I went to Einstein this morning for a sales client meeting. Nice atmosphere and store layout. Lots of options on the menu. I am a vegetarian and I had several options to choose from which is nice. I got the Veg Out on a multi-grain bagel. It was covered in what they call garlic "schmear" which is essentially a cream-cheese blend. The veggies used on top of the schmear - arugula, cucumber and tomato, all tasted fresh. It was really delicious, I would definitely get it again. Service was excellent from the lady who took my order but the lady that checked me out looked like she didn't want to be there. Mostly rating this place 3 stars because the coffee isn't that great. To me, it tasted (I drank it black) a little burnt and lacking of any kind of flavor profile. However, my coffee standards are set pretty high because I usually french press my own. The coffee flavor could certainly improve especially to Panera (I feel the two establishments are pretty similar in nature). I would probably come here again. read more
