Cheesy hash brown from hell
Scott C.

I ordered ahead and it said 10-15 minutes but it was almost a half hour till my order was ready. First thing they said was they did not have the bagel I had ordered, so be aware their online menu is not accurate. When I finally got my food it was low quality and ice cold. I ended up throwing it away. The cheesy hashbonw was disgusting and partly frozen and the muffin didn't look much better. I ended up throwing it away. The people working were nice and polite, I'm just upset with the crappy product.

Although there was a long line of bagel lovers ... it was worth the wait because my hash brown bagel with plain smear was delicious! The staff apologized but easily forgiven because it was breakfast time peak hours. For sure they only want to serve the customers quality bagels, cream cheese smears, coffee and bagel sandwiches. The dining area was 2/3 full and needs a little bit of cleaning the tables. Regardless, the bagels and service of the staff was great!

The usual Einstein Bros Bagels shop. Good for quick breakfast grabs or all day snack.. they have good deals on dozen or half dozen bagels. The service in the location is very good, friendly, clean store. Little to the price side for what it is.. make sure you check for coupons.. Reduced a star because they screwed up my order one time..

When I walked in I was greeted with smiles by the cashiers. This was my first time at Einstein Bro'a and the cashier helped me decide what I wanted to eat and drink... she was so pleasant and helpful. I got a 6 cheese bagel and a black iced coffee with caramel. The bagel has the perfect texture and was delicious. The coffee was by far the best coffee I have ever had. The taste was fantastic. It was done before I could even snap a pic of it. I will be coming back!

I was lucky to score a parking spot directly outside the restaurant, but I noticed that there is a private lot behind it. There was a line at around 9, as expected, but it moved quickly. I felt welcomed as soon as I entered. Was it the small size? The convivial and family-oriented atmosphere? The friendly servers? The brunch menu includes the usuals, Benedicts, omelettes, pancakes, and waffles, as well as house specials. I typically go for Benedicts because I've never mastered poaching eggs. And if I see crab cakes or lobster, I know immediately what to get. So, of course, the Crab Cake Benedict grabbed my attention. It came with country potatoes, grits, or tomatoes. Incidentally, the country potatoes were the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, the crab cake was just too breaded for my liking. I also went with a biscuit and some country gravy--thumbs up for both. The ricotta scramble on thick toast, accompanied by a cup of fresh fruit, and the avocado scramble both looked fantastic. Service was quick and friendly.

They have so many options to choose from, and everything was delicious and fresh. The second time I went, though, I wasn't quite as impressed. I'm not sure if there was a different chef that day, but the food in general, for both myself and the others I was with, just wasn't as good as the first time. It was still good, but the flavors weren't quite as impressive. The eggs were also pretty runny the second time (not the ones pictured). I'd definitely love to see a little more consistency between visits! The service was great both times, and sitting on the patio was such a nice addition to the experience. A few things I'd also love to see are more drink options, including more flavors and specialty coffee options, as well as decaf espresso and a bigger selection of pop. Even with the second visit not being quite as great, I still loved it enough to want to come back. It's definitely become one of my top brunch spots!

The grits in particular were excellent! My mom liked her potatoes but she did say she was a little jealous of the grits and took a few forkfuls from me. The benedict was also very good, served on a biscuit rather than the traditional english muffin, which I liked very much. Mine was a little light on the hollandaise so I would ask for a bit more of that next time. I also had an iced frozen latte which was quite good! Like many folks right now we're avoiding raw mixed greens so we both skipped those with our meals but even without it was still plenty of food. We also ordered beignets, a mix of powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar, with chocolate and foster's sauce (caramel) on the side. To me the beignets read more like a popover than a beignet but they were still good. Loved that they came warm and the foster's sauce was really nice! Our server was awesome and checked in on us regularly. Food came quickly, too. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table but it wasn't too bad and they'll take your number so you don't have to stay too close if you'd prefer to wait in your car (not much else to do around there, unless you're feeling like browsing Office Max next door). Overall a very solid dining experience and we both remarked we'd be eager to return again soon!

From the variety of offerings to the freshness and quality of the meals you get the full experience of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. This place is your one stop shop for all of your coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and not to mention the healthy options at the salad bar. I ordered the egg & cheese croissant with turkey bacon, and I have to say I was not expecting the croissant to be this good. I was able to taste all of the flavors within the sandwich from the egg to the bacon and the greens. I also ordered a chocolate pistachio croissant for dessert to enjoy at home, Saj offers an abundant amount of seating, inside and outside as well as a private room for any work meetings you would like to have with your colleagues. I will 100% percent return.

The ambience is absolutely lovely--spacious, clean, and very pleasant to sit in. The upstairs seating area is especially nice, with comfortable tables and chairs that make it a great spot to relax. They also offer a good selection of packed bakery items on display that look fresh and tempting, making it ideal for a quick grab-and-go visit. That said, the dine-in experience was let down by long wait times. I ordered a croissant and a falafel sandwich and ended up waiting significantly longer than expected, with little to no updates on my order. The ordering system--placing the order in one area and then waiting with a buzzer to collect before paying--felt somewhat inefficient, especially during off-peak hours on a weekday when the café wasn't particularly busy. In terms of food, the falafel sandwich was decent, while the croissant was just okay. Overall, the service felt slow and somewhat disorganized during this visit. I later stopped by just for grab-and-go items, and that experience was much smoother and quicker. Overall, the café has a beautiful ambience and fresh offerings, but there is definitely room for improvement in service speed and order management for dine-in items.

I like the moderate and healthier portion of the plate. I found new modern American restaurants are gradually trending to a smaller sized dishes. This is one of the restaurants in Plymouth has the decor embracing modern upscale feel which is my cup of tea. The tree in the middle of room gives you an outdoor ambiance while enjoying the inside comfort. Service: Nothing stand out but the service is mostly prompt and well staffed. Final verdict: I've come here for three birthday celebrations, and previously they gave birthday person a free cake, a free Polaroid phot as souvenir and even a wine opening gift sets one time, but this year I got nothing! The techno background music wasn't our taste but it wasn't loud and kind of fit the modern clean ambiance, so fine. Prices for drinks seemed reasonable but some menu items seemed a bit overpriced. Service was mixed. The hostess was friendly and made us feel welcome. A good first impression. The waiter responsible for keeping the water filled was excellent. Our primary server was ok and let us set the pace for the most part. However she put dessert menus in front of us halfway through our entrees. We felt it was inappropriate subtle pressure. We skipped dessert as a result. Interesting cocktails and nice wine by the glass list. We started with the Candle, beef tallow formed into a small candle with bread ($12); basically artistic bread and butter as our server called it. It was ok but doubt we'd order it again. On the other hand the Tuna Tartare ($26) was excellent and I highly recommend it. We both had the 16oz prime ribeye ($72). It wasn't the best looking ribeye and could have been trimmed better. It was cooked to perfection and had a nice flavor. Our shareable sides, truffle fries ($16) with two delicious homemade sauces and broccoli ($18) were great! We look forward to a return visit with our wives.

Service being less attentive than one would expect was again the issue. It took inordinately long for each segment of the meal to be attended to (even ordering), and some of the service - like the person who first brought our waters - seemed like the guy would have rather been anywhere else, because he dropped them and couldn't run away from the table fast enough. Kitchen is not in sync, as we received our entrees about 10 minutes apart. At one point before we had ordered our meal I suggested we just cut our losses and go. We ultimately stayed, but really felt that the bad service dampened the experience. It's loud inside, so I doubt we will come during the cooler weather. Maybe things can improve before next year's patio season.
