Totally insane. And the bagels were OK, but like nothing special whatsoever. As for the coffee it was putrid, just total bitter, burnt tasting swill. I should note that my wife did say that she enjoyed the place and would give it 3.5 to 4 stars. However, I definitely would not return here. You can get a comparable or better bagel anywhere, and the coffee is 100x better at the Starbucks next door. Three stars at best.
