Past few times have been really awful with rude staff and rock hard beyond chicken in my vegan Chipotle wraps. I unfortunately have chose to just stop going due to consistently bad experiences. I have had pretty bad experience at most just salad locations. Other restaurants in the plaza don't seem to have the same issue so maybe it's just because it's just salad and it goes with the brand. Great experience and so much to choose from. Build your own salads. Smoothies wraps and avocado toast. I tried the smoothie and the salad. Tasted like they included love in my meal. The only set back was that I ordered an additional smoothie with my meal and cashier told the other employee to finish it for me and walked away. I really love salads, but what I hate is making them...Just Salad is a new restaurant in West Boca that does just that! Makes salad for you! I attended a Yelp event here. They gave us a tote bag and lots of goodies. That was nice. The event wasn't crowded like others that I have attended. The staff went put of their way to greet and accomodate me and my puppy, Cinnamon. The server who prepared my meal was even proactive when she saw that my hands were full and volunterred to bring my tray to the table. The ambiance in the dining area spelled healthy, except for the cookies on the menu. It was simply appointed and nice. The music was tasteful and enjoyable. Actually, it is a good place to come and get some work done! I had attended another Yelp event at the Just Salad restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens. It strikes me very much as a Chipotle-like restaurant (also like Poke Company). Offerings are listed on the above-counter electronic menus with calorie count, total protein, and in some cases even carbon labels showing full life-cycle greenhouse gas emissions of the meal. My Winter Harvest bowl (salad) had 530 Cals, 41g protein, and was about $14. I feel it was a bit overpriced but not atypical of restaurants like those listed above. I enjoyed the quick service and fresh healthy food concept. It makes sense to have the menu board posted with pictures to show what the food should look like. It makes the line go quicker. I think the best option is to order from the preset menu as compared to build your own. I love the California Cobb Salad as it comes with 2 proteins (chicken and jammy egg) plus a small variety of veggies. If I were to build my own salad with different veggies, it would cost upwards of 18 dollars instead of 14 dollars. The order at the counter, take my own food to the table, eat and clear/bus my own table makes it silly to have them flip the register screen to me to add a tip. Hello, not this time. I did like that the inside decor is simple and informative. I have done togo in the past and the compostable containers do hold up while traveling home and the salad dressing doesn't leak through. This event was so nice and cute. The uptown Boca Plaza is such a vibe offering plenty to do shop and eat. Is the perfect location. I've always wanted to check out just salad, and this was a perfect opportunity to do that. I had the cilantro lime chicken bowl, which came with brown rice, black lentil, kale chicken thigh instead of the cilantro lime sauce I end up getting the lemon basil sauce, which was so darn good. I love me some basil. My friend she got the Thai peanut sauce which was super delicious as well. I love the fact that you can buy reusable bowls to refill your salad to take home to go. For drinks I had the strawberry banana smoothie which I was not a big fan of because it tasted water down. Their cookie on the other hand was so very delicious. I wanted to eat more but one is just enough. Staff was super friendly and nice. The only thing odd that I saw was that they didn't accept tips. But other than that, the place was super clean and they have many options to choose from and different flavorful sauces as well which you can order the sauces to add to your bowl as medium or heavy depending on how saucy of a person you are well definitely check this place out again when I'm in the area. Having never been there before, they guided me through the entire process (even with substitutions) in order to ensure that my dinner and my entire experience was excellent. The restaurant was very clean, neat, modern and inviting. My fajita salad was fantastic - and that cookie! Amazing. I had heard that it was expensive but I thought the prices were right in line with salads in other restaurants. Brought home a perfectly balanced and blended bowl from Just Salad. Paired it with a yummy broccoli and cheese soup. From the moment I walked through the door and quickly took in the fact that that this place is absolutely clean and spotless, the helpful and friendly staff aims to please, i had a feeling I would be back! But what actually clinched it and made me 100% sure of it, was when I got home and ate what I had just purchased. I really appreciate the idea of having a healthy place to go. This is my first time at this location specifically but I had to order ahead as I was in a hurry. I did call the store back to let them know that the quinoa was almost inedible as it was so over cooked. Another puppy of mine is when they state that there is avocado on a dish, the picture online is a whole avocado, but it is really smashed. I really love the variety of options. I really enjoy a few key items from Just Salad. The PB Protein smooth is exactly my level of sweetness. I appreciate when a smoothie recipe has a green in it that I cannot taste (spinach). I can't imagine ever leaving this store without grabbing one for the road. The crunchy avocado toast is excellent. The bread holds up the avocado well, the avocado mash keeps its green for a long time, and the combination of feta, pumpkin seeds, and those crunchy onion thingys is delicious: tangy and crunchy! Although building a bowl can be fun, sometimes I just blank out on what to get made; it's being under pressure, making decisions, etc... stressful... Therefore, I am a fan of the pre-determined bowl combo, especially when I am first learning what I like in a place. I personally love to eat a salad in the form of a wrap, and the buffalo chicken wrap is so good. Mine was prepared in a way that makes it really convenient to eat out of, if you were eating while driving or eating while working (not that I would know...!). All this and I still get to be healthy? Not only do I love them because they allow me to create my own salad, with fresh ingredients but also really enjoy their Crispy Chicken Poblano signature salad. That Spicy ranch is good on just about any salad! And like trying their seasonal ones too. The Avocado Toasts are a must too! The AvoBlast I like because of the corn and pickled onions, and the Crunchy one really enjoy the crunch of the pumpkin seed and the taste of the fetta cheese. They also have healthy wraps and bowls plus juices and smoothies. Ordering is easy either in person or online.  They have inside and outside seating and are still distancing, plus masks are required. I prefer ordering online...  order is ready when I get there, in a separate shelf quick in and out. And they always use recycled/ biodegradable bowls. When we walked in the group of ladies took forever to acknowledge us and when we finally got greeted I mentioned the Yelp event and the young lady just started at me, she got another person who I assumed was a manager and that lady stated "we ain't doing that here", we were hungry and was going to order but the attitudes and looks we kept getting was so beyond us. Stopped by here for a quick healthy lunch, I was VERY IMPRESSED. They have an endless amount of lettuces, toppings, and dressings to choose from. They do have an option to order salads with their own combinations, but I made my own. Once you select all your toppings and dressings, they chop up all the ingredients and mix them into a bowl. The salad was AMAZING. I also ordered a detox juice which was really really good! The prices are pretty reasonable for healthy foods, I didn't feel that they over charged.
