Love the variety of salad options. It's always a go to when you want a salad or wraps.

Wanted to love this place but it fell short on a couple of points. The service, very slow and poorly trained on menu. I get someone is new, but when they're clearly struggling to put two items together it's time for management guidance. Others came in behind me and were served way before me. Next, the food. Salad was ok, hot honey chicken bowl was really not good. Chicken was dry and full of tendons which were inedible. The roasted chicken in the autumn salad was equally dry. We'd been to several other locations of this chain before but not this one. Knowing we were going to have a large dinner, we wanted something not too overwhelming for lunch. This place turned out to be a very good choice. They weren't busy when we stopped by on a rainy Sunday. I decided to get their pick two combo. I chose a salad and soup. For my salad I had their balsamic chicken avocado but left off the egg and got chick peas instead. The salad had roasted chicken, corn, tomatoes, chickpeas, and avocado mixed with romaine lettuce. I got honey mustard dressing instead of the balsamic. The salad was a tasty mix. The pumpkin bisque soup that I chose was served piping hot. It was slightly sweet and creamy. Also very good. My husband did a make your own with beets and dried cranberries and mixed lettuces, etc. He said his was quite good, too. We both felt like we were eating "healthy". Stopped by real quick for some mushroom. I absolutely love mushrooms and usually Just Salad's mushrooms are amazing. This location may have overcooked theirs because they aren't as juicy as they normally are. These were extra roasted. But, they were still flavorful. The restaurant was clean. Service wasn't as chipper and kind as other locations I've been to which was odd. I was standing there waiting to order while looking at the food items and the employee who was making another bowl asked me "are you going to order?"...Well I'd like to if someone came over and assisted me. That was so odd!!!! Not sure I'd step foot in this location again for just okay mushrooms and below average customer service. I love this place! Great delicious and healthy salads. They have options. They have pre-made salads or you can create your own. I love that and I usually do create my own. Love this chain, it's always great, fresh food. This specific location had a similar setting/ambiance/decor of the other locations. The staff was a bit overwhelmed here, there was a long wait and it moved slow. I also noticed that the cross-contamination of items here was pretty bad, the avocados had cheese particles all over them, so I avoided them entirely with my food allergy. I probably could've asked for some from the back, but I didn't want to be a bother. Just something to be cautious about, if you have a severe food allergy, ask if you can have food items from the back where there shouldn't be cross contamination. read more

New location! Very clean with lots of seating options & plenty of parking spots. The buffalo chicken salad is always my go to pick. I love the chicken thigh that comes in the salad. We also tried the seasonal BBQ salad, which was great as well. I love the ranch based dressings. The strawberry banana smoothie was okay - but would skip on it next time. This location just opened, so we figured we would give it a try. My wife could eat salad for every meal. The restaurant was clean and bright with very simple decor. I wrongly assumed they just had salads. They also offered warm bowls, wraps, soups, and smoothies. My wife got the Chicken Caesar, which I tasted, and as she did, she enjoyed the flavors very much. A little bonus was that her bowl was recyclable, which I found out is a big part of their culture. I got the Honey Crispy Chjcken wrap and ate every bite. Just ordered a salad to be delivered. Paid for extra dressing, didn't get it. Asked for cutlery since I'm in a hotel, didn't get it. Paid for avocado, hard as a rock, supposed to be over 30 grams of protein, doubt it with the small amount of crappy hard chicken. Mostly made up of romaine rib. So we got a refund from the delivery, but then had to pay the store directly for our order, which after siting for over an hour was cold and soggy. NOW OPEN! I just loved Just Salad even though they are more than just salads. They have wraps and warm bowls, a great variety of beverages, and great friendly service. I ordered the Cobb salad from the menu, and for me, it was nice that I didn't have to make any substitutions. I loved everything that came on the salad, which made for a quick prep and even quicker check out. I did choose the spicy Buffalo ranch, which was a tough decision because they have so many dressings, which only means I will need to come back to try a few others. It is also great that you can choose to have the dressing lite, regular, heavy, or even on the side. I always wished that salads that come in a bowl were easy for the customer to mix without every piece of lettuce and topping flopping over the edge and with the Just Salad concept of mixing it before it goes in the customer bowl, that just makes it so much better. I did take out for my salad, and the compostable bowl held up without getting soggy on the bottom, and I plan to use it as a vegetable seed starter bowl in my garden when I am done with it. I am so glad that a healthy dining place is so close to my home so I can come back often. read more

I was so excited to see that Boynton Beach was going to get a new salad place! Boynton Beach has been needing one for a while. My friend and I went yesterday and we're happy to see it had a very clean interior. I found out it has been open 2 months already. The menu offers bowls, wraps, salads and smoothies. Having never been there before, my friend and I were taking our time reading the menu. There was six people working behind the line, and it looked like none of them had an actual job. They were all kind of bouncing all over the place and helping no one. The one that helped my friend and I had such a thick Spanish accent that we had a hard time understanding her. I have lived in South Florida for 42 years, and I speak a mmlittle Spanish, I find it very rare that I can't understand someone with an accent. She was getting frustrated with us that she had to repeat herself, but we literally had no idea what she was saying. So much so, that my friend ended up getting their fake chicken (beyond or whatever) on his salad because he couldn't understand her. My friend did a build his own salad, but by the time he was done with all the toppings he wanted on it, i The total was over $18. They did give him a small piece of bread with his salad, but do not offer to chop the salad for you. I had the warm chicken and goat cheese bowl which tasted all right, but the picture is deceiving because it was actually a pretty small serving. At each station we had to wait a pretty long time even though none of the employees were actually doing anything. I even had to wait about 5 minutes just to pay. My friend had to wait longer. Maybe they're still working the kinks out of this new business, but I wasn't very impressed. I also I'm not a fan of "beyond" anything, but I see how it can be appealing to vegetarians, and the like. Last two times I dined here, I ended up with a bad stomach ache and was in the bathroom for hours. Don't think I will be coming back any time soon. Management here is terrible. Staff is slow and needs a lot more training. I hate having to remind them what goes into a salad that's ordered off their actual menu. Over 11 times now and that's pretty much it. Gave us the wrong dressing as well. Water station wasn't refilled. No utensils were given so we had to get up and ask for forks and napkins. Just a mess. Tables are no longer wiped down. I ordered a regular salad and they gave me a half salad. Only half the bowl was full. We usually get a regular order of salad AND another order of the pick 2 (half salad and smoothie). The regular salad was the size of the half salad. Palm Beach Gardens location remains #1 Such a huge difference. read more

Check the menu before you go! They have a lot besides salad. That's really the only thing I can say. You have to check for that the food going in your meal is fresh and cooked. We got a quinoa bowl and it was not cooked. We did not have a good experience. It was busy as expected since it just opened. There were many staff members on the line running around trying to keep up. My experience started with seeing chickpeas that had turned black. The women next to me also asked if she could get different ones and the staff said she couldn't leave the bar and asked for someone to get them. So we both didn't get them. I continued to walk the line with the same girl who was doing her job well. The roasted chicken was almost out and I was not eating scraps. I was going to wait for the fresh. Again now my woman stated she could not leave the bar to get it and called someone else to get it. She continued to do other items in my salad and then when the meat came she grabbed it. Once we got to the dressings. There were two people at the register. One ringing up someone and one who, yelled (in front of us) at my staff member to hurry up. Drink station needs better options maybe a green and oolong tea option would be good. I used to love Just Salad when they first opened their Boca location, but now it's absolutely ridiculous. $15 for a meh, basic salad with about 3 tiny slices of chicken that tastes like it's been sitting out all day. A salad kit from Publix for 1/3 of the price has way better value. it's honestly insulting to the customer to charge that much and serve a product that is simply just pathetic. I come here a lot sometimes 3 or more days a week. Yesterday I went and ordered a salad and they accidentally made a large one. They still charged me extra by charging me for a wrap even though that's not what I ordered it was their mistake and admitted they made a mistake but I had to pay for it anyways. I have taken out from this location a couple times and had a good experience. Yesterday my husband and I decided to dine in midday. We ordered the same thing, the seasonal crispy chicken salad. When I was handed my tray with my salad on it, I noticed there was hair on the lettuce. I immediately let the closest staff member know. She offered to make my salad again. She then said I could have a bag of chips and a drink for the inconvenience. This rubbed me the wrong way. I love this place. I usually eat in Boca where my office is but I live in Boynton Beach and was thrilled this opened. I'm addicted. This location and the Manager however deserve a huge call out. I was trying to order a catering order and having issues with the app so just went to the store. I explained what was happening and the Manager happened to be there off duty. She helped me right away fix my issue and get my order in. When I picked it up next day she had also applied a great promo rate. Thank you!
