Unless if you have lots of time to kill, avoid this one! There were many employees standing around and I was the only one ordering. A lady takes my order and passes it to cashier (you need two separate people to take orders and get paid, really?) and then the order gets tossed to the cook (a.k.a. re-heater). I only ordered two identical sandwiches and it took roughly 15 minutes to get it fixed up. The slowest point was getting an employee to be willing to re-heat the ingredients and assemble the sandwich. The sandwich tasted alright but definitely better and cheaper options readily available a few steps down the block. This place is a waste of time and money. read more

First, I personally had a decent experience. The ladies were busy in the morning and I did had to make 2 dozen order on the spot. The lady helped out as soon as possible and all my bagels came out faster than I expected. The taste, I don't think anyone really mess it up unless if hey are making their own recipe. The bad that I saw in their service. Early morning...too much orders, I understand. I worked as well, but attitude matters. I wish this location manager hires more employees that current employees do not be overwhelmed. A gentleman walked in and literally I observed all 4 employees make an eye contact with him. The lady that was helping me noticed and told some other lady that walked out of the kitchen to help, but she basically was saying no. Other lady that was at drive thru literally ignored when the gentleman said, "Anybody work here?" Fourth lady, she just told him, "we are kind of busy." From a customer's view, we can see that the store is busy when everyone is working on something. I, as a customer, would feel like a customer if at least one employee told me (something along this line) "I'm sorry, I will get back to you as soon as I finish this one thing" than ignoring and rude comments. Other than, bagels and spreads, they all tasted great! Store seemed clean! I just don't like the yellow lights and the tiles. read more

It's unfortunately true: This location swirls in the cesspool that plays host to the most awful of service. "Don't come here" is the best advice I can give you. It will surely take 10-15 minutes to get your order ready... oh, and your order will be wrong. These bagel-gatherers have no idea what they're doing. My recommendation to the franchisee: Nuke the entire staff--no questions--then remodel everything from the ground up. I hate to see a failing Einstein Bros. Bagels. read more

I love Einstein's Bagels... but this location needs ALOT of work. I've come on more than one occasion (I admit, I'm a bit of a bagel lover!) and I've been disappointed each time. Machines are always broken, lines extremely long, and staff unfriendly! I come here specifically for the jalapeño cheddar bagels which they always seem to not have. Today I went in at 8:30a and they had some, so I was pretty stoked. I ordered to go and when my husband and i opened them up at home, one of them had 1 jalapeño on it and the other had NONE. How are you gonna serve jalapeño cheddar bagels with no jalapeños on them. Ridiculous. If I hadn't been starving I would have taken them back for a refund. What a disappointment. I won't be back to this location. read more

I give up. Every time I go to a location they always give me burned food. I clearly told the lady lightly toasted and she repeated toasted. And I'm like lightly toasted. I used to go here often with no problems, however I recently returned twice and went through the drive through. Both times I went recently the manager was taking my order. He tried to tell me how many creams I was going to put in my coffee. Once my coffee was given to me it had nothing in it. Am I supposed to drive and put my creams and sugar in my hot coffee??? Every other Einstein's I have been to they put those things in for you so you do not scald yourself while driving. Pass this location by and go somewhere else. read more

First time there I was given the wrong bagel with the right cream cheese. Second time there was given the right bagel with the wrong cream cheese. With only two ingredients involved in the order, I'm surprised it's been so hard to get right? It was not busy either time I was in there either, so that can't have been an excuse. Disappointing, and unfortunately experiencing much of what others have been complaining about. These guys try to make some bonus points with their corporte people by providing just a whiff of cream cheese on your bagel. I pay for extra creamcheese - pay over $6 for a bagel and coffee - and get just enough to still see the dough through the layer of creamcheese. Imagine an employee stealing from Einstein's; they'd be gone in a heartbeat. Stealing from a custoemr? They don't care. Reported it to management with no action, Wrote to them through their website, they don't resply. So now it goes public. At the other locations, one asks for extra creamcheese - there is a free option for this - and gets a wonderful tasty heap. See the photos and compare for yourself! read more

I usually stop by to get bagels and coffee for my coworkers and I - but the past few times have been horrible. One incident, there were two customers inside, me and another lady. After the lady received her order, my order was obviously next. The baker gave the cashier my order and the cashier literally said "who's order is this?" ARE YOU SERIOUS? lol you took two orders back to back and one customer left.. it's only common sense that it's mine and no one was in the drive thru at the time.. anyways, rant over. I've experienced bagels not fully toasted and worst of all, my lattes weren't even lattes.. I just paid for hot milk. I haven't gone back since, but today I was desperate and decided to give it another shot. I ordered a vanilla latte for my coworkers and a hazelnut mocha for me and both were PERFECT!!! To the gentleman who worked the drive through today (12/14/17) you are a lifesaver and keep making delicious lattes :) read more

Everything from this restaurant was very good and the place was very clean. I give this rating because I was not satisfied with my experience. I understand that weekday mornings are busy times for bagels but my wait time should not have been 20 minutes. The reason for this was likely because --The front cashier was also taking drive-through orders and making the espresso beverages. --There was a growing line and not enough Employees to properly meet the demand. --A woman 1st ain line, waiting just to order coffee stood there for 6 minutes at the register waiting for somebody to take her order, all the while an employee stood at that register entering a drive-through order and making coffee for drive-through having to ignore the person standing there. Once my order was called out, it was the wrong thing and had bacon that I didn't ask for, so I didn't immediately grab it. Eventually figured out it must have been what was intended for me. Made sure it was my order number and left. The other 2 employees on shift at the time were working diligently to keep up. read more

Einstein's has become a Sunday tradition for us. Their Santa Fe breakfast sandwich is amazing and the reason I originally went to Einstein's every now and then, but it became a tradition because of Chris and Jasmine. They are always so kind and hard working. I make a ton of modifications to my order so I expect for my order to be messed up sometimes, but this amazing duo hasn't made a mistake yet. Everyone is always quick to write negative reviews when something bad happens so I wanted to take the time to give a shout out for great service! Good service is so rare lately so we truly appreciate you guys! Thank you Chris and Jasmine! P.S. Just found out today that up until recently, Chris was working 7 days a week!! The help is friendly but they're really slow here. The bagel toppers are impossible to eat neatly. Just get a sandwich. I guess part of the mess was picking off the spoiled lettuce. We were there on a Sunday, so they are slow and don't make many bagels, so they were out of the six cheese bagel that one of the kids prefers. They were out of plain, which seems like a Texan running out of bullets, but whatever. They substituted a potato bagel without even asking like we wouldn't notice. The place is clean, so that's a plus, and lifts them up to two stars. Hooray for mediocrity! read more

I love bagels! Unfortunately, they aren't the best breakfast choice for my thighs. Every once in awhile, I do allow myself one. So, last Saturday was a bagel day. I headed over to Einstein Bros. because they have a drive thru and I had just rolled out of bed. I waited a few minutes for the car in front of me to finish ordering, then I pulled up to the speaker. The guy on the other end welcomed me and asked me to hold on. So I did... for about five minutes, then I said "hello?" and he asked me to continue holding. The people behind me parked and went in, but I was not looking my best, so I waited it out. About ten minutes later, he came back on and took my order. A bagel with cream cheese and a small chai tea latte was over $6, a little pricey but I knew it would be worth it. I got my bagel home, only to find it was an ASIAGO CHEESE bagel. That's my least favorite choice, and trying to be on the healthier side, I had ordered a GOOD GRAINS bagel. They gave me the complete opposite! Ugh. I should have checked before I drove away, but how could you screw up that order?! They weren't even busy that day, I really don't know what the problem was. I have been to this location once before and did not have a bad experience, but I cannot even express what a disappointment this trip was. At least my tea was right. read more

2 out of 3 drive through visits have been wrong. I don't understand how taking and making a bagel order can be so difficult.

I'm not really leaning either way on this one. I know 3 stars looks bad - but I really am just kinda "Blah" about it. I go here when Im feeling nice and picking up a large order for the office - and although they do take a little longer than I would like, what's the big hurry to get to work? It's not that they are rude, but they aren't overly friendly either - but then again, what am I expecting, a welcoming party? They have probably been up for hours already getting things together for me when I roll up, complaining that I had to wake up at 8:00am. Maybe they can be a little moody. Like I said, we've all had a bagel - most of us have all had a bagel from einstein's - so the food is going to taste the same, just don't expect exceptional service, but it's not crappy service either.... it's "blah". read more

This is my 4th time here and I have now experience what other people have complained about. There was one other person in line and 2-3 cars in drive-thru. I was not greeted nor made eye contact with for at lease 5 minutes. Even the guy who makes the sandwiches had a headset on. I assume to backup drive thru. He finished making the orders and closed the hoods to the fixins station. Then, instead of saying anything to me, he just stood there waiting for the next order to come through. In the future, a hello and/or we will be right with you, go a long way. Stop ignoring your customers. Especially when it's not even busy. By the way, the first time I went to this location and was helped by the manager. I told her about the Yelp reviews. She did not even know what Yelp was not did she like using computers. I am a big time fan of Einstein's Bagels- they are delicious and my order is always right. Management is awesome and staff is, for the most part, friendly. But they are only getting 3 stars today because it seems like every other time I go (and I come to this particular location a few times a week) the person who takes my order has a slight attitude (like she doesn't want to be there) and the wait time is ridiculously long. It is obvious that there aren't many people working when I go because the person who takes my order takes a few minutes to show up at the window, and then leaves again- I am guessing to complete my order. I think it's just a little understaffed. However the young lady that was there today was very nice and apologized for the wait. I will never stop coming here, I just wish there were more people working here, and happy people at that.
