    I currently have the Sportlines on my Honda Civic Sport Touring and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. The only thing I did not love was installing them without power tools and without a lift. We did it by hand and it took 8 hours. Ouch!! I've had them for about a year now. Zero issues. Sport lines live up to their reputation. I could not be happier. I was recently gifted another set of Eibach springs for another project car that is over 25 years old. I cant wait to see what they do. Eibach is local for So Cal residents. Everything is dropped shipped so it comes fast. Customer service is friendly. I have communicated with them via email and their instant messaging and they have always responded quickly. Huge fan!!

    I had a lift kit installed on my 2019 Ranger today. I am very please with the quality of the parts and the job that was done on the install. Big shout out to Michael S. for getting me set up, and also for Wanda the receptionist. She is very friendly and made the waiting time go by fast. Eibach has quality parts and great staff.     Best Purchase Ever! From the beginning to end this company provides amazing customer service and products. Quick Version: THEY DO INSTALLS ON SITE! THEY HAVE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING! THEY HAVE AN AMAZING PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Detailed Version: I originally drove down to pick up a set of shocks for my 2010 F150 because my local dealership said it would be 3-6 weeks before they could get the parts. Much to my surprise; Kevin Oceguera informed me that they do installs. Yes, THEY DO INSTALLS!!!!! This is perfect! They were able to fit me in same day. I took the day off and so I figured this would be a good hang out day. Spent a good time with Wanda at the front desk/lobby area. Wanda was very polite, honest and extremely pleasant and just an all-around made the experience even better. They even took me on a tour of the factory. Yes, Factory. This is all tested, made and stored on site. Highly recommend the tour, this will really show the care and dedication that they put into their product. After the tour I while in the lobby I was introduced to Mr. Eibach. (Who is a fantastic story teller.) Mr. Eibach was extremely pleasant and even told a few jokes. After the install I walked the truck with Kevin and you could see the level job that they did which was spot on. Quick Recap: So at the end of the day; I had the shocks installed direct from the factory, received amazing customer service from all staff, went on a tour of the facility and to top it off meet Mr. Eibach. This is what a REAL company should be like and this is what sets them apart from the rest. This is why I will continue to do business with them and also recommend them to anyone and everyone.     Had my 2018 Hot Wheels Edition Camaro lowered here with an Eibach Pro Kit. I didn't know they installed their own products until I saw their Instagram page! I mean, who else would you want to install parts on your car, than those who made it? Yeah, it was little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Kevin, the retail representative, walked me through the whole process and is super knowledgeable - you can tell he really believes in the company. Wanda, the receptionist, is probably the sweetest person you will ever meet - and you know she loves it there cause she's been with Eibach since the beginning. And if you're lucky enough, you'll get to meet the cool media guy, Vittorio, and he'll take some pics of your car when it's done. All in all a great experience and 10/10 would recommend.

    Today, I had my coil-overs adjusted and then car aligned here!! I can't thank everyone enough there for the hospitality and making me feel so welcome, Kevin gave me a great tour of the facility, which is a must I might add, and Wanda is so genuinely nice!!     EIbach did a fantastic job of upgrading front & rear springs & swaybars on my 2014 Challenger SRT8. Their professionalism from front desk assistant, to installer, and my point of contact, Kevin Oceguera, is top notch. I'd recommend Eibach over any other company.

    I took my brand new 2018 KIA Stinger to get springs installed since they offer that now and I could not be happier. They were very professional and did the work extremely well. There customer service is great and could not be happier with the way the car came out. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to get springs and installation done.

    If you're in So Cal and are planning on upgrading your suspension this is the place. Eibach already has an amazing reputation with their Million Mile Warranty on their springs, but they do installs and alignments too. I was in the market for a leveling kit for my new F150 and while surfing the interwebs I found Eibach's Pro Truck Lift system. The springs, shocks, install & alignment ended up being less than similar stuff from competitors and I know I got it done right. While I waited Kevin gave me a tour of their spring and damper departments and Wanda kept me entertained in the lobby. Truck rides great and looks good too. No brainer, just do it.

    First I want to start off by saying that I know next to nothing about cars. I went in today to get…read morea new battery and they said they would put it in for me. The guy who helped me did not seem to know what they were doing and was having issues putting the battery in. He was unable to fit the clamp around the battery, which I found out after the fact was because he had the battery in backwards, and told me I needed new clamps. As he was struggling to place the fitting onto the wrong side of the battery the other fitting made contact and sparked causing my main fuse, the fuse to my dash system, and the fuse to my audio all to break. Nobody at the store was knowledgeable enough to know that this was the issue and long story short I spend 4-5 hours stranded in the parking lot with my car unable to start. Luckily an actual mechanic happened to be in the store and was able to ultimately help me come to a solution but a simple battery swap costed me more time and money than it should have. Needless to say I will never return to this location and possibly I will never return to O'Reillys ever again because of the horrible experience that I endured. Nobody at the location seemed to be in charge or was able to help me and they ultimately ruined my week with this because I am still finding new problems every day with my electrical system. Absolutely horrible, I would implore all of you to never come to this establishment. If they are unable to properly train their employees to perform their daily job functions then they are simply a bad establishment in my opinion. This kind of negligence is unacceptable from any reputable store.

Got home tried and its reading 40lbs psi in my tire. Use two digital psi checkers and a manual one and its 28-30. You guys really sell trash product now days. Wont ever go back except to return the paperweight i bought tonight. Dont even get me started on their junk alternators i went through or parts that took time to put in only to find they are junk. Go somewhere else because their parts are import trash.

    TL; DR: Dishonest place... shit parts.. shit customer service. Delievered wrong part, wouldn't…read morerefund money. I called in to order a few parts for my car. Sales rep Octavio was helpful and looked up everything I needed. My parts were very date specific and I asked to make sure he knew it was the right parts and he assured me they were, pulling it up on his computer to verify. I asked what the return policy was and he said the parts were lifetime warranty and I could return or replace them if they were the wrong size. I drove over 20 miles to pick them up. To make a long story short, both parts were from the wrong production date and didn't fit or work with my car.The first time I went back 2/15, I returned the master cylinder for fitment issues. This is a long term build so I didn't get to the slave cylinder till 8/15 and guess what? It also didn't fit! I came today 9/4/15 to return the brand new and unused part and talked to I believe Trevor. He acknowledged that Octavio screwed up big time but wouldn't refund their ill-fitting product due to the timeline and was completely unhelpful and quite frankly a bit of a prick after that. I get that 7 months is a long time to bring back a part, but then why offer the lifetime warranty? Especially considering that it was your sales rep's fault that he pulled up all the wrong production dates on the computer when I was very clear about them. They also promised OEM parts (another thing I asked several times to be sure) and really sold me chinese made crap instead. When I compared them to the old parts i realized these were not OEM and furthermore a quick ebay searched turned up the same shit parts for almost half the price I paid here. So Octavio basically lied to my face to make the quick sale and get me outta there. And then charged me double for it. Avoid this place at all costs and either buy your parts online or spend your money at an honest and reliable parts store.. This isn't it...
