I'm the owner of a new n used car dealership n Victorville, Ca. I've been doing business with Andrew for @ least 8 years now. Every time i call for a specific foreign (Japanese) car part, Andrew has either had the part available, or has gotten the part for me within a 48 hr turnaround. Myself as well as my customers have been totally satisfied with the quality replacement parts as well as his customer service. Thanks Andrew

Read all the 1 star review and see if you want to take the chances!! Both valve cover and oil pan are leaking within 5 months, apparently they didn't replace any gaskets and seals as promised! The engine condition is terrible and sludge! LIAR! 100% LIE and SCAM!! I read all the 1-star reviews and thought there might have been some misunderstandings, especially with so many positive reviews, but after my experience, I can confirm that it's true--this place is a total scam! I initially contacted them about a 2005 Honda Accord engine swap, and they quoted me $1995, later offering a reduced price of $1799. They sent me pictures of their work, and the engine bay looked pristine, which gave me confidence in their services. They told me that all parts and fluids were included, but when I asked about spark plugs, they mentioned they would charge extra for those, which seemed odd since spark plugs are usually considered part of the engine components. After dropping off my car, I was reassured by Andrew that everything, including seals, fluids, and parts, was covered. However, when I picked up my car, the engine bay was dusty and oily--nothing like the clean photos they had sent. Upon closer inspection, I found oil all over the subframe near the oil pan, which led me to believe they hadn't properly cleaned the area after installation. I cleaned up the oil myself, but two days later, the oil was back. I contacted Andrew, and he asked me to drop the car off again. After a week, they returned the car, claiming they had fixed the oil pan leak. However, when I noticed a new oil leak from the main seal, I brought the car back. Andrew admitted that they hadn't replaced any parts, since I declined the spark plugs and when I argued with him wasn't it supposed to be included, he told me to find someone else to fix it! I had no choice but to pay extra to fix the main seal. Reluctantly, I paid an additional $250 for the main seal repair. However, I continued having issues with oil consumption--about 1 quart every 400 miles, turns out it was the engine burs oil and was not just leaking! After more back-and-forth, they replaced the engine, charging me an extra $279 for a radiator replacement with an unknown brand, the Denso radiator I bought for my other Accord only cost $100! When I picked up the car, it was still oily and dusty, and though the oil pan no longer leaked and the coolant was as clean as water! Charged me $279 and added water to the radiator! None of the seals look like they were changed! And they had broken all the connector clips from the spark plugs to the throttle body. To make matters worse, I'm still adding oil regularly--about 1 quart every 1000 miles. Overall, this experience has been a total waste of time and money. They did not deliver the quality of work they promised, and I ended up with an engine that burns oil and who knows how long it will last! SHAME on you!!

Don't judge a book buy it's cover. These guys did a amazing job from start to finish! They actually called me a few times to see if I wanted to save money here and there. I unfortunately needed a new transmission and if your gonna pull the motor out and it has 264k miles you may as well do both if you can afford it. Even tho these engines go way over 300k with proper care. The best part is it only took a week to do the job! I was amazed, seriously. Got there and everything looked nice, sounded sweet, and the price was right on point. Thank you very very much for getting my Nissan Altima 2.5s back in action, it's really like having a new car. I put about 500 miles on it and no issues what so ever.

My 2009 Corolla run up to 210k miles and engine gave up on me. I found Andrew's listing on Craigslist and reached out to him. He took care of my car on replacing with new engine (2ZR-EF engine approximately 40k miles taken out from newer models) that came from Japan. He got it done in 2 days and provided 90 days warranty. He checked up on how car was running after a few days. My car run good without any issue now; no more check engine light, no cylinder misfire and no engine shaking or vibrating. Andrew did the great job with reasonable price. Great customer service. Highly recommended!

I walk in and no one is there for a while, when an employee walks in, he says nothing so I approach the counter and ask for a battery. He immediately tells me there's 2 people in front of me and it's gonna be a wait. I can't go anywhere anyway, so that's fine, I walked in. When I finally get help from a female employee, she doesn't know what car battery I need and the guy from before asks what color my car is.. I say white and he tells her to give me the white one.. which is car battery (nothing white on it btw) that costs $280 for my 2015 Nissan Versa. She giggles and says he always jokes. He mentions me getting the white one another time. I'm getting scammed but I'm like if that's thee only one in the entire store,, fine, I need a battery. The female then starts trying to figure out who can help me with install... goes to the back and comes back and goes, "okay you got it?" No.. I don't but it had already been such an odd experience, I just wanted to leave so I was like let me see if my car starts and I can figure it out? So I have a $280 battery and a dead car. 91 degrees out. I had to go back in and return the battery, this was crazy. So I hobble a heavy battery back in and ask for a refund. A nice gentleman named Angel saw I was being treated poorly when I came back in sweating, with a dead car and overpriced battery and finally offered to help. All that being said, terrible experience and I'd never go back. I was being treated like I was demanding a service when I was so patient and didn't even fight the "white" price. I don't treat people this way and though I didn't name the employees that were dismissive at the least and pretty terrible at worst, I hope they don't normally treat people like this either.

We agreed to proceed. However, compared to Walters Mercedes-Benz of Riverside, which frequently offers complimentary diagnostic coupons and service promotions, the overall value was not as attractive. I am not certain whether this shop uses genuine Mercedes-Benz OEM parts. In my opinion, aftermarket parts or parts represented as "OEM equivalent" do not match the quality and reliability of genuine Mercedes-Benz dealership parts. I recommend that customers verify exactly what parts are being installed and compare pricing with the dealership before authorizing repairs. The biggest issue that caused this shop to lose my business involved my son's vehicle being diagnosed by Jojo as having flood damage. We filed an insurance claim, and after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I learned that a request had been made for the insurance company to send payment directly to the shop. Because the vehicle was fully paid off, I expected any insurance payment arrangements to be discussed with me first. I was upset because I never authorized direct payment to the shop. After arranging for the insurance payment to be sent directly to me instead, I later contacted Anita regarding repairs to my vehicle. The repair quote I received was significantly higher than I expected, which caused me concern about the overall cost of the repairs. Another issue that negatively affected my experience was a comment Anita made to me: "You are lucky you got part of the adjuster money; you would have gotten NOTHING elsewhere lol." I found that statement unprofessional, inappropriate, and disrespectful. Overall, I strongly encourage customers to compare repair estimates directly with the dealership before authorizing work. In my experience, independent shops are not always less expensive than dealerships. While some shops advertise lower hourly labor rates, the final estimate may increase through additional labor hours or other charges. Customers should also consider transportation costs. Unlike Walters Mercedes-Benz, which provided transportation assistance and a loaner vehicle, Prestige Automotive did not offer me a ride, rideshare service, or a loaner vehicle. As a result, customers may need to pay for rental vehicles or arrange their own transportation, which can significantly increase the overall cost and inconvenience of the repair. You will end up paying more than a dealership for less quality than a dealership . Based on my experience, careful comparison shopping is essential before deciding where to service your vehicle.
