I can't say enough good things about this company! On Monday morning, I woke up to my bedroom soffit bulging in several places with what was apparently weeks worth of dripping water from our upstairs air handler. Luckily, we had the air handler repaired the same day and that company referred us to EHS Restoration for the drying out, soffit repair and repainting. EHS arrived within the hour to assess the damage and determine the best course of action. Before we knew it, there were 3 blowers and a dehumidifier in our bedroom and a blower upstairs. There was extensive damage to our soffit and the blowers had to be on for 3 days straight. But, by Thursday, everything was dry and the soffit rebuild and texturing was done. On Friday, they came back to paint and the job was complete! What everyone needs to know is EHS called me almost everyday to ensure the job was going well and to keep me informed regarding our insurance claim. The workers were talented, prepared, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I was super lucky to have been referred to this Company by Frank at Vetrans Plumbing. We had a slow leak from the water heater over years that our tenant never noticed causing horrible water damage and mold. Cody with EHS came in to handle the mitigation and not only took care of everything so professionally but put me at ease everyday so that I wouldn't have to fly from NC to AZ to handle. He was literally the most amazing person I've ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend him. Once the mitigation was complete then I was offered the opportunity to use them for all the repairs. The beginning process of this was rough. We were assigned to Ivan. Things did not go well. I was then reassigned Johnathan that was amazing. Regarding the remodel it was tough handling so far away. But at the end of the day the work is complete and done very nicely. I would also like to give huge compliments to Marty who did a lot of the work for them. He was also amazing! Cody, Johnathan and Marty came to my rescue and saved the day!!! The only negative thing I would say is they need to reconsider the flooring (Floor Source) and counter company (Fully Formed) they use. Love, love, love this company. They were at our condo on December 12, 2016 probably within an hour or two from the time my husband came home from work and found our place flooded from a leak from the condo above ours. The guys were quick to start pulling the rugs, putting furniture up on blocks, covering everything they could to protect it from the cascade of water that was pouring out of light fixtures and any other place in the ceiling it could find an escape. They were so friendly and comforting. They also did our build back and kept us informed during the entire process as to what was happening. Being a first time homeowner, you never expect to have to deal with an insurance loss. Unfortunately for me, I had to. I had a toilet supply line leak which caused damage to a majority of my bathroom hallway and a bedroom. I called EHS Restoration after some online research and I could not be more happy with my decision. Their technician showed up within 35 minutes and quickly eased all my worries. I live in an older condo that has been remodeled, but the pipes, unfortunately haven't been. I've had a few leaks from the unit upstairs in the past year, but nothing damaging. The complex is on a chiller system and now our weather is getting hotter, everyone is lowering the temps. That being said, I had a real scare last weekend with water gushing from my neighbors unit upstairs. My unit suffered extreme damage -but luckily the HOA and Property manager both gave me EHS's phone number. They came out within the hour, were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The loss in my home was devastating, EHS came right in walked me through the insurance portion of filing my claim (which was extremely helpful, because I had no clue and was too emotional on what to do!) and got right to work!! EHS Restoration saved my rental property! One of my rental houses flooded from the upstairs bathroom through the ceiling into the kitchen and ruined basically everything. There must have been old leaks too because they found a lot of mold. It was a total disaster but EHS really took great care of my house and thankfully went above and beyond for my tenants too, even coming out special on the weekend to accommodate their work schedule. I had a MAJOR issue in a rental property where the Gilbert police created a ton of damage to get someone out of my house that was causing harm. I had extensive water damage from a leaky hot water heater. EHS were recommended by my insurance company. When I called they came and assessed the damage. The heater and air conditioner had to be removed to fix the walls. They did a fabulous job on restoring and painting the walls. The air conditioner people came the next morning and put the air conditioner back. Unfortunately, the hot water heater had to be replaced. The company has wonderful people who are very efficient, professional and I felt they really cared about what they were doing. I have used this company and they have been great at answering the phones, calling me back, explaining the job and next steps. Any type of restoration is going to be stressful, a bit scary due to the circumstance, and hectic but they make sure if I had an issue it was addressed. I can't say enough good things about Kajlie, I had some moments where she had to calm me down! In May we had two leaking pipes in our attic that damaged the drywall and the wallpaper. The EHS people quickly came to remove the wet drywall and install blowers to dry out the walls and the insulation in the attic. They recommended a plumber to install copper pipes through the house to prevent future leaking pipes. When the copper pipes were installed, the EHS people installed new dry wall to close the holes in the ceiling of the kitchen and master bathroom. Then they put on skip troweled plaster and painted the new drywall. They were friendly, competent, and quick. read more

They start of strong and then when the owner is out of sight and mind they don't call, they give incorrect dates, send wrong invoices and don't pass message from office to field staff. Three times I had to tell the office girl to send the crew at a specific time since we work odd hours. Instead they show up and leave when no one answers. Managers try to upsell side work and not part of claims and send contractors without permission. Never again and glad it is done! read more

Having a sudden Water damage is never easy, but EHS made it as pleasant as possible. I woke up in the middle of the night to it raining in my home from a Toilet Back Up. They were out within 30 minutes to help, and everyone was great from the awesome people in the office, to the technicians, and lastly the reconstruction crew.
