The food was ok . I'll definitely come back to try something else on the menu. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Plenty of space . Tables aren't all on top of each other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated pretty fast . Not sure how we missed this place.

Two words, Eggs Benedict ! I love a good eggs benny it's the sauce it's all in the sauce. This is the best Benedict I've found in the area & it's a bit out of our way but I make sure I get at least a monthly fix in with the family. My daughter usually gets their delicious crepes and my husband gets usually a seasonal French toast or pancake with an omelet. The potatoes are enough to share they seriously don't skimp you on portions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The farm house feel and open seating makes even the most packed mornings feel like you're not on top of each other.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Add this to your weekend breakfast list! Picture of my daughter's plate the crepes.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute neighborhood breakfast/brunch place in Lithia![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]First walking in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space is huge and has an open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service was exceptional - attentive and friendly, making for an all-around great dining experience. I ordered the EggTown scramble, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, complemented by their amazing warm, fluffy biscuits. The biscuits were absolutely incredible, soft and fresh and adding butter took them up a notch! Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or something a little different, the food options here are diverse and delicious. Highly recommend this charming spot for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience.

Been coming here for a few months and every meal has been delicious. My eggs are perfectly cooked, the sausage gravy & biscuits are delicious and savory. The Benedicts are cooked well and creative options from spinach to salmon. Def a brunch spot, today I ordered a hamburger topped with my favorites . Swiss, mushrooms & sauerkraut lol. Wait staff is always good from the young man to the ladies, attentive and timely food is fresh and hot. No crazy wait times etc . Melissa is my favorite, always thinks of the little things and checks back after the food is delivered. Atmosphere is casual and open well lit clean sometimes you seat yourself as I did today. Saw a young woman with her laptop up front and she made eye contact but didn't say a word so I sat myself turned out she was a owner/manager. Probably the only thing I ever noticed is that some 20-somethings struggle with common etiquette. Even if your not on the clock but in your work clothes a greeting goes a long way. Lol I wasn't expecting you to wait in me!

Took my mother here for her Birthday breakfast. A friend of mine recommended this place. It's located in a small plaza but that doesn't take away from space. Really friendly staff and good food. The sweet tea was so good I would drive back just for that and my mother loved the flavored coffee. Will definitely stop in again for breakfast. Until next review Kisses

Meat lovers omelette with potatoes and biscuit

Brought my wife there for Mother's Day and had to wait about 30 minutes. It was so nice outside we ate on their patio. I had the meat lovers omelette which was chock full of meat. I've had this before but this time the amount of meat was crazy. The potatoes were nice and crispy and the biscuit was flakey.

It's one of the newest brunch spots in Lithia. Definitely a well needed one for this eastern part of Hillsborough. It's located on the corner of County Road 39 and Lithia Pinecrest. They changed their name from Brunchin to EggTown. It's the same great restaurant (same owner). I honestly think the new name is a better fit. It has an open and welcoming feel to it. The tables are spaced at a good distance so it doesn't feel cramped. The décor is modern and clean looking. The service was fantastic from the start. We were greeted right away. We started with our coffee orders. My husband wanted regular coffee, and I decided to try the southern pecan flavor of the day. They have a chalk board with daily specials, muffin flavors, and seasonal items such as strawberry stuffed waffles. I was impressed with many of the items on the menu (particularly the benedicts & pancakes). They even have 2 flavors of pancakes/waffles for those on a GF diet. I was curious to try the pumpkin pancakes, but ended up selecting the Southern Benedict. My husband got the Southern Skillet. We were both in a sausage gravy kind of mood and it totally satisfied us. What I love is that you can substitute the seasoned potatoes for grits, or make other substitutions at no extra charge. My husband asked for sausage instead of bacon and marble rye toast instead of biscuits. Everything we had was delicious! The scrambled eggs were so fluffy. The best scramble I've had in a while. The gravy was tasty. The portions are huge. We couldn't eat it all. The coffee was topped off when needed. They have half & half creamer as well as flavored creamers. It's everything we wanted. We're totally coming back for more in the future. They also give a military discount so make sure you ask for it. It was an awesome breakfast! It's our new favorite breakfast spot.

New breakfast spot in Lithia! Such a great new neighborhood spot for breakfast! Came with the family on Christmas Eve and had super quick and friendly service. We got the pumpkin spice pancakes, California omelet, French toast, and French toast combo. Everything was really tasty and had great presentation. I had the California omelet and especially loved the side potatoes it came with. Bottomless coffee is a nice plus!

First let me say the service was amazing! Met a friend for brunch at one of her favorite spots and the meal did not disappoint. The servings were huge, especially for the price. Everything tasted good! The eggs were especially tasty. I would have given 5 stars, but we never got a side that we ordered. Our server did apologize, but it was a little disappointing because she had hyped it up so much. Cute place in a small town. I would definitely go back

Great breakfast place, better than most other such places. Eggs Benedict were excellent, as were the huevos rancheros.

We were there to see what kind of plants were for purchase, not getting a great sandwich. While walking the rows of booths we were getting hungry, I did see somewhere they were selling Philly cheese steaks, I dismissed it like really a Philly from a food truck and calling it a Philly also. But as I was walking the isles I caught a view of one of those cheese steaks and wow...I could see it was prepared with a proper Amoroso roll too. Okay, I got to check this joint out and glad we did. We ordered a large to split with fries. Perhaps one of the best in the area. Roll was fresh and steak done just right with cheese and onions. I will tell you this, if your ever at an event and see this truck, make it a point to stop and try it out. If you never had a cheese steak from Philly, this will be as close as your gonna get. Peace.
