Eggsquisite Cafe is a well oiled machine and if it ain't a franchise it should be! It was about a 20 to 30 minute wait for a seat. It has a great atmosphere for breakfast, brunch or business. The beauty of this place kinda takes over you on entry. Our waiter was awesome she did a great job with patience, service and getting the food to the table as quickly as possible. It's always good to get the food out faster then the time it takes to get a seat. I ordered one of my favorite biscuits and gravy. I loved it not too heavy on the meat side and flavor in the sauce. Pancakes has a unique taste but it is delicious. I could order three next time. Eggs are eggs not much to review usually, unless, they are horrible. Now the last star is for the grits. To me a breakfast place is only as good as the grits. In which they were decent but not significant or time spent on them or the eggs like everything else. Wife and I decided to take a drive down to Midlothian to try this place out because they had good yelp reviews. I'm really happy to say that all those good reviews were deserved. Anytime, there's a wait because the place is busy is usually a pretty good sign. It was only a five minute wait. The hostess was very very nice. We sat down immediately got greeted by our waitress who also very sweet. We placed our orders, and within less than five minutes we had our food. The eggs were cooked perfectly. I ordered the corn beef hash, which was a good and bad thing. So the bad thing was it was Hormel. The good thing was Hormel is actually pretty good. My wife got veggie skillet and she said it was really good. The grits were cooked perfectly and I loved the marble rye toast that I had. Will definitely come back as It was worth the drive. And the place looks fairly new so a really nice bright and shiny atmosphere read more

Ate here for Sunday breakfast, love the online waitlist. Once we arrived we only waited about 15 minutes even though it was really busy and every table full. We got the migas and berry pancakes. The pancakes were fluffy and had a ton of fresh berries. They were not too sweet and didn't even need syrup. The migas were flavorful and yummy. Service was very fast and efficient. This is my first review in a long time. What I mean is, I normally don't take time to write a review, if the restaurant is just "ok". As most of us know, often times you go to a restaurant and have a great experience and then the next time you go, not so much. It happens! Ive gone to Eggsquiste Cafe about 6 or 7 times, now. I have to confess though, when I first starting going into Eggsquisite, I would wonder if this would be the time that I would have burnt toast, a crabby server or the bathroom would not be clean. However, not here. I have not once been displeased with the server, food, customer service, cleanliness or any of those things that can cause you to doubt and not return. The owner(s) / Manager(s) and staff need a few high fives for their skills on what they are doing "right" to have return customers-like me. When you walk into the restaurant, someone always greets you right away. The host has always found me a table quickly (if not busy) and the server is at your table, promptly. You never have the need to goose your neck around to see if anyone is going to come to your table. The manager (Taylor) comes by each table to ask if you are enjoying your food and to let him know if you need anything. The menu is user friendly and each server has always asked if I need help with anything or have questions. The drinks are then brought out quickly and the server is prompt in returning, to take your order. If you need more time, the server is courteous and dose not show back up 15 minutes later with rolled eyes and giving you that look of "please leave a good tip and go". The food comes to you quickly and every item is fresh. I had a grilled Chicken sandwich today and the fries were actually hot. Yayeee! If you love breakfast, this is the place to be. They have the best hash brown....Very crisp and not greasy. I am sold! The only negative comment is, they close by 3pm. First time here and definitely wont be the last! The ambiance was so clean, inviting & tastefully decorated. Chose probably the busiest time to visit- Sunday brunch but joined the waitlist and we waited in our vehicle until messaged. Seated fairly quickly & rush did not affect the service one bit, very friendly and attentive staff. Food was out in a matter of minutes and oh so delicious. So many great options- will definitely be returning to try others! read more

This place was so cute! Hubby and I wanted to try something new and I came upon this little gem. The wait time was short and the service was excellent and fast! Everyone there worked as a team to ensure your service was the best! Hubby had the Cajun chicken and waffles and loved it. Only complaint was more Cajun seasoning as he likes his food spicy! I had the biscuit and gravy stuff omelet with the two sides. So. Much. Food. Definitely worth every dollar! That was the first I have ever had biscuits and gravy in an omelet and it did not disappoint. To top it off we had the nitro coffee. The only complaint with that was it had too much creamer, but that was totally are fault because we should have said light. We had a large group and they accommodated us within 12 minutes during their peak time on a Sunday! They are very hospitable from the moment we walked up, to being seated and greeted by every server we passed. Our server was top notch! The food came out in a timely manner and we had over plate that had a hair in it, it was replaced immediately with a fresh (hair-free) plate. Eggsquisite is one of the very best of the many new restaurants opened in Midlothian in the last two years. I've visited three times now. I normally try something different every time at a new place to eat, but I'm still stuck on classic eggs Benedict. They are normally my first test of a breakfast restaurant. Eggsquisite Cafe's are perfectly executed. I can't get enough of them. I judge the rest of the food by the joy on the faces and complimentary words of my companions. Enjoy this place.
