Sausage, Egg & Cheese

First time coming here and didnt realize there were soo many other places to eat at. Eggslut was the first booth that we saw. I got the egg salad, cinnamon toast cold brew and wanted to try the slut as well. I love the ct cold brew. I wished they haf a bigger size that it definitely wasnt enough. The egg salad was creamy with probably mayo, salt and pepper and went well with the arugula. They always gave a fork with it. The slut was okay. It was super butter but felt weird because you are dipping bread into mashed potato and egg.

What I thought was a social media campaign turned into a legit meal for an egg lover. Chives mixed with the right amount of eggs and cheese plus spicy mayo created a balanced flavor. Not to mention the soft bun! Every bite is satisfying. I paired it with vanilla cream cold brew Service was fast and friendly, even with a crowd! Love the cozy bar seating too!

Eggslut has always been one of my top breakfast/brunch spots. I get the Fairfax and add bacon, the sriracha mayo is so yummy! This location is great because it's in the heart of downtown, the only downside is parking. I've parked in the Grand Central Market structure before and I don't think I'll ever do that again. I always wait for street parking or open lots.

Solid brunch spot. High in calories. Service was friendly and fast despite being busy Grand Central LA. Ambiance is crowded with many other restaurants nearby. Recommend this place for a high calorie brunch. The Fairfax was filling and delicious. One order filled me up quickly. Fairfax: 4.5/5

For a simple breakfast eggslut is the place to go. Located in grand central market you have a lot of variety to choose from. The sandwiches looked pretty good as well. I ordered the slut and for baguettes with potatoe and an egg on top, it's pretty good. A little overpriced because you'll still feel hungry afterwards, but good flavor, light, simple, and the mash potatoes tasted really good. Warning mine did come very hot, so hot that it was hard to unscrew it to let it cool off.

Honestly.... It felt like it was just okay. I get it quality eggs... But .... this wasn't my first time Having it .. and yet it felt like it was a bit just okay. Soft buns ... runny egg yolk... bacon was sloppy though.... and I do miss the banana ketchup flavoring that it used to be... The tater tots though were pretty good expensive and unfortunately not that many... (the container wasn't filled up) Service was quick and easy Ambiance - they have counter seats but there are tables just a few steps from it So yeah expensive - yes Service - okay Ambiance... - maybe get in and get out...

It's a big food court with lots of seating. You just grab your meal and find a spot. There was a huge line, but it moved super fast. We ordered our food and waited for them to call our name. As soon as we got our food, we found a table. The breakfast was super delicious and tasty. It's really worth trying. Great spot in downtown LA for breakfast with tons of other options nearby. Not fancy, but I think it's a must-try.

Stopped by Eggslut located inside of Grand Central Market and found it super easy to find. There was a short line when we arrived, but we got our food pretty quickly. I ordered the Fairfax sandwich and enjoyed it. The eggs were soft, creamy, and extremely fluffy (by far my favorite part) and paired well with the cheese and sweet caramelized onion. I added sausage, which was a nice touch. I didn't get much chive flavor, but the sriracha mayo added a tangy, flavorful kick without being overpowering. As someone who doesn't handle spicy food well, I was a bit nervous. However, don't worry if you're sensitive to heat. The sauce is not tongue-burning spicy; it's very mild. Overall, the sandwich felt elevated. I'd consider it a more gourmet take on a classic breakfast sandwich. I also tried some of my friend's truffle hashbrowns. Texture-wise, they were great. Super crispy, just how I like them. Unfortunately they were lukewarm, even though we sat down and ate right away. It didn't seem like they were freshly cooked. I'd say Eggslut is a solid breakfast option. I'm glad we tried it, and I'd come back to try another sandwich if I were nearby.

The food was fresh and delicious! The buns were paper to perfection, i ordered the egg salad sandwich which was amazing. It was combined with arugala which made it a great sandwich! We also ordered the tater tots which were very tasty and perfectly crunchy. The service was quick and efficient. One gets in line to order from a caller who takes your order and charges you. The ambiance is chaotic and exciting as it sits right in front of the grand central market in downtown Los Angeles. I highly recommend Eggslut for deliciously fresh food!

The big melty greasy bacon egg and cheese sandwich (hold the ketchup please) was an astonishingly beautiful piece of work to melt all over your hand and tongue. Crisp service by a multiethnic team that seems to dig their jobs. The counter is surrounded by open air top rate food stands, so it has to pull its weight. The complex here is unique and a must hang in DTLA, where top corporate attorneys and working class migrants hustle amidst wide eyed Japanese tourists in a blade runner land of vagrants and wise locals.

It's eggslut. I've been to the Las Vegas location multiple times and this location is just the same. It's one of the best breakfast restaurants in California. Location seems pretty horrid since it's in the middle of downtown, so taking rideshare is preferred for arriving. We arrived sometime around 4pm and surprisingly there was no line and not much wait time. I got the classic bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with truffle hashbrowns on the side with a coldbrew coffee to go with it. The entire meal is savory and delicious and could have this meal almost every day. The sandwich can be a bit pricey at $12 with not the biggest serving, although it's a meal worth trying at least once while in the downtown LA area. I look forward to trying this again if I'm ever downtown again!

Cheese burger

I lived in the Grand Central Apartment and had been a customer since before the pandemic, so I know what an Eggslut cheeseburger should be like. However, the food was undercooked, and the staff stated that this was their standard quality. I ended up with stomach issues afterward.

Ain't gon CAP, the sandwich was hittin!' In n out in 15 minutes on a weekend. CMON BRUH , I made it home to watch the Diddy documentary wit a beautiful egg Sammy. The star of the show for me was their hash browns , they're perfectly salted and have a nice crunch. FIH STAH'

I loved all the greens and pita to wrap the pork and goodies into! We ended with a bday scoop of mango sticky ice cream which was completely different than I've had before and yummy.

I loved every bite I tried. There was nothing that disappointed. The standouts were the green beans, the Brussels sprouts that came with the chicken, the pork shank and the tuna and crunchy quinoa salad. I'm still thinking of that crunchy quinoa. We had no room for dessert. So maybe next time we try the goat curry, get the quinoa salad again and get dessert! The service was great too. Attentive but not overbearing. It's a cute restaurant both inside and outside.

The ambiance here is pretty generic, white and bright and very copy and paste of a lot of places popping up recently. The staff was super friendly while taking our orders and dropping the food off, which is always appreciated. I ended up ordering the Santo's Turkey Melt which is smoked turkey, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, and chipotle aioli served on sourdough with a side of french fries.
