An easy 5-star review for Eggs Up. A tip o' the hat to Delores for reminding me that I was coming up on 1300 reviews. So, here is my 1300 review. Eggs Up is tucked away, just past Wally World on Walton Way. The inside is brightly lit with an open concept. They have booths and tables. Some booths are small, so make sure you ask for one of the larger ones, especially if you will be PCing it while you dine. Service was fantastic! Our server checked on us a few times during our breakfast and responded to requests pronto. I thoroughly enjoyed my hash breakfast. My over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly, the breakfast potatoes were spiced just right, and the hash was excellent. If you check out my photo, you can see why this is an all-day satisfying meal. Plus one ordered the biscuits and gravy, and she was able to soldier through and eat just over half her meal. I was able to assist and can testify that her breakfast was as good as mine. They have an excellent lunch menu that we will be exploring on our next visit. Eggs up goes right into our breakfast - lunch rotation.

Creme brulee french toast with scrambled eggs and bacon

Today is Mother's Day and it's a busy day, but that didn't stop us from coming here. The service was faster than anticipated. Our waitress today was Makenna. She was very nice and provided great service! We started with coffee and water. The coffee is very good. My mom got the biscuits and sausage gravy with over easy eggs. I got the creme brulee french toast with scrambled eggs and bacon. I had originally ordered sausage links, but the bacon was good, so oh well. Maybe next time I'll get the links. I'm very easy going. My mom and I were able to carry on a conversation so it wasn't too noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely be returning!

Crab-ocado scrambler with pancakes, home fries and grits

Usually I despise a big menu, but this is most definitely the EGGCEPTION! This place was packed out and I understand why. Eggs Up found a way to balance traditional dishes, but still keeping them unique. Usually a big menu will make my eyes roll, but they know how to make it work. It works because they use traditional breakfast items and create MULTIPLE dishes using those same items. I might have to steal some of these dishes myself. The options are endless . They have so many different breads to choose from. I ordered the crab-ocado scrambler with half home fries and half grits . I got a pancake on the side. I love how I was able to split my sides and try the grits and home fries VS choosing just one. Crab-ocado scrambler - This dish was so tasty . Everything was executed well and blended perfectly. Not one beat was missed . The crunch on the crab cake was really good. Home fries- SEASONEAD and well cooked. Thanks for actually cooking my potatoes Grits- a little watery towards the end, but they were seasoned well . Pancakes- balance between being fluffy but not super thick! My pancake was good and was a good size! Shout out to the cooks in the back!! Y'all cool with me! I'm definitely coming back with friends

Why have I not heard of this place before? Did it just magically appear overnight like a breakfast-themed Hogwarts? Because WOW. We kicked things off with the churro French toast, and let me tell you... this thing should come with a warning label. It's less "breakfast" and more "dessert that calls you sugar daddy." Fresh strawberries, cinnamon, sugar--basically everything your dentist told you to avoid--stacked into one delicious tower of happiness. A little too sweet for me personally, but everyone else at the table was having a spiritual experience, so clearly I'm the problem. Service? Fantastic. Atmosphere? Loved it. Food? Came out faster than I come running when someone says "free samples." I will definitely be back. Breakfast here might actually be the reason I start waking up on time.

A delicious bowl of oatmeal full of blueberries, bananas, strawberries!

Service is amazing. I admit I'm late.... didn't arrive until 910 when they were well into service, I can see how they are able to pack it in in terms of customers. It's a very large bright inviting space! Amanda is my server this morning. Beautiful smile on her face, quick to bring me some coffee and take my order. They have an extensive breakfast brunch lunch menu. It was hard for me to take it all in since this is my first visit. I had already decided. I would do a very basic breakfast with some cronuts since they are specialty. So it was oatmeal for me with a beautiful display of lots of fruit on top, including banana, strawberries, and blueberries. I'm guessing I could come back here once a week and only make a slight dent in the menu. Their beverages are definitely worth exploring. Their basic coffee is a medium roast but they also have a dark roast available and then of course they have all the coffee drinks you could possibly want something I find interesting is the offering of mimosas along with some delicious looking mocktails. They also have some upbeat music playing in the background, definitely in the background, which I enjoy. It's closing in on 10 AM and it's a little over half full. It's such a large property. I find it interesting there's no echo and only a slight home of people happily visiting with each other. I happen to be dining alone this morning, but it would be very easy to talk to anyone that sat across from me it feels like they were very conscientious and quite thoughtful with planning how they wanted their restaurant to turn out. It's a close drive for me, but I would definitely take a longer drive to come here and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back to start chipping away at that big menu!! And something I didn't mention there's plenty of parking, which is also a bonus!

I discovered another great spot for breakfast and brunch in Cedar Park, and it definitely hits the mark. This place opens early and closes by midday--which is perfect if you believe, like I do, that breakfast is good any time of day. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and efficient. The hostess quickly found me a table, and my server greeted me with a smile, menu in hand, and asked what I'd like to drink. I started with a coffee and an order of three cro-nuts drizzled with caramel sauce. The coffee was ok and the cro-nuts were a standout: flaky, flavorful, and indulgent without being overly rich. For my main dish, I ordered the Texas Farmhouse omelette. It was made in the classic style, with fluffy eggs wrapped around bacon, mushrooms, sausage, and green chilis. The flavors were spot on, though I would have preferred the bacon chopped instead of full strips, which made it a bit tricky to cut with a fork. The homestyle potatoes on the side were excellent--perfectly seasoned and tossed with onions and peppers--and the toast rounded out the plate nicely. All in all, this was a satisfying and hearty breakfast. It's definitely a spot I'll be returning to--and recommending to others looking for a quality brunch in the area.

Eggs Up BLT

Oh, yes, yes, yes! I'm so glad I found this restaurant on Door Dash! The food did not disappoint! The Eggs Up BLT was huge! It was on a large piece of bread and deliciously grilled. There was crispy bacon with tomatoes and a stack of leaf lettuce. Just half of this sandwich equaled the standard sized sandwich at your run-of-the-mill restaurant somewhere else. It was amazing! (Definitely look at the photo!) The kids' meals were great too. The grilled cheese was a large sandwich as well, the pancake was in the shape of an animal face (it had two ears on top), and the french toast was nice and thick. The bread also had a cinnamon swirl. Overall, everything I ordered was prepared correctly and tasted great. I look forward to going the restaurant next and checking out more things to eat.

Nice little neighborhood brunch place. We were there on Sunday for brunch and the wait was about 30 mins. They do have 3-5 tables opening up but can't seat us as they are a bit understaffed which I can appreciate not sitting someone down and make them wait. I like their wait system - they'll text you when your table is ready, which your a freely walk around and return when you're texted. They also have chairs inside for you to sit and wait too. We order the following: Croissant style Donuts 6 ct - 4.5/5 . the 3 of us devoured 6 donuts quickly. They're good size donuts and can be cut in half if you want to share. Since the three count can't have flavor options we opted for the six count which we could choose between the chocolate, plain, or custard. They let us have all three flavors in one order. The Big Tex Benny - 3/5 I realize I prefer the traditional Benedict better. The pepper jack crusted English muffins was a nice surprise and the green chiles was a nice addition, yet again nontraditional bennie . The highlight of the dish for me was their home fries. Perfectly cooked with a light crusted crunch, and great flavoring. Kids French toast with bacon and cheese omelette - 4/5 pretty standard fare in terms of breakfast for kids. Kids meal ($5.99 - $6.49) come with selection of a kids drink, including milk, chocolate milk, lemonade, or soft drink. Chicken and waffle - Unfortunately the waitress forgot our dish and by the time we reminded them, the rest of the party has already almost done with their brunch so we decided to skip. Overall, this is a decent addition to see the park area. I do plan to return in hope to try a few other dishes that we couldn't try this time.

Hello fellow, YELPERS and foodies. The next installment has brought to you by eggs up grill in Cedar Park.! if you're looking for a spot to catch breakfast look no further!! THIS PLACE serves up all of your favorites AND SOME DECADENCES THAT YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED. The service was excellent as we had a lady who had tons of recommendations and explanations for everything on the menu ! To us with the police was about and how they came to be! Very personable overall! My wife had her as a server at another breakfast spot and the service was just as great! The overall feeling of the restaurant is just like any other breakfast spot. I'll be honest the ambiance was great! The high ceilings made for a quiet and enjoyable experience, even though the place was packed! I'm assuming the owner or the manager stopped by the table and asked everything was which we reiterated it was fantastic! I will be the first to tell you when we showed up there was about eight tables by the time we were finished they were already on a wait and we got there about 830! If you're looking for something different check this place out definitely worth it. We will be back and thank you for the exceptional service and brunch day.!!

Visited on a late Saturday afternoon and I was able to be seated right away. I was greeted upon entering and once I got to the table by the waiter. The hostess provided three different menus including their normal menu, seasonal menu and drink menu. The menu was so large and had tons of breakfast staples to choose from. The prices range anywhere between $9-$20 per entrée, which I thought was pretty reasonable for breakfast and lunch. The way he was able to give me her recommendations of her favorites on the menu. Once I placed my order, I waited about under 10 minutes for my food to arrive. Everything arrived hot. There was a slight mixup in my order, but it was able to be addressed quickly. The manager even visited my table to ask if everything was going good. Service is great food came fast and the prices were reasonable, so I'll definitely be back.

Eggs up grill is the newest breakfast spot in town. It's a chain restaurant that started in North Carolina. I think they were open about one week when I decided to try it. The waitress was there to hold open the door for me and show me to my table. It wasn't too crowded since it was a weekday. I decided to get the pick three omelette. My omelette was cheese, tomato, and spinach. It came with a side of toast, which I got whole wheat since they didn't have sourdough. I asked for bacon crispy and for a side I got their grits. Their omelettes are the flat rolled omelettes. They're very thin. It's basically scrambled eggs with stuff in it and then rolled up. I'm not crazy about this style as it comes out too thin and dry. The bacon was OK. It could've been crispier and the toast well it's toast . The highlight of that meal was the grits. Slightly sweet, filling and smooth. I went again about a week later this time to try the French toast. They don't have just French toast. They have meals. So the French toast would come with bacon eggs, and a side. To me that was way too much food. I just wanted French toast . I can't complain too much because that comes down from corporate policy. I asked the waitress if I can just get the French toast, which was the crème brûlée French toast. She said, of course. What she didn't tell me what she was still gonna charge me the full price even if I didn't get the bacon eggs inside along with it. Now, as for these crème brûlée French toast I think they cook it on the griddle and sprinkle brown sugar on it. So for me, the edges were perfect. The middle was one huge rock of brown sugar that did not break for anything. I finally got a knife and cut it off And was able to eat the rest of the French toast. The third time I came in I got these Apple crisp pancakes. Again I asked for no eggs or side completely forgetting about they will still charge you for it even if you don't get it. This time the bacon was definitely crispy. Now these apple crisp pancakes were so delicious. But I only ate half of it and took the rest home which reheated was good too. Then I got the bill and remembered I still got charged for the eggs in the side that I never got. They are a bit pricey and once you know what to order the food is pretty good

My son and I were looking for a clean diner to get a breakfast sando before his Bball tournament in Cedar Park and found this gem. Ordered it to go and are at the clean counter. Everyone we intersected with who worked there was super fast and provided amazing support. Especially Amanda from Louisiana who took care of us at the counter. We joined rewards program and can't wait tonxome back. My son loves bfast sandos and said it was the best he has ever had which is high praise!

The space is small (which I find very nice), there is indoor and covered/shaded outdoor seating available. And I love the decor! Overall, highly recommend!

This place is absolutely terrible. Seriously. I never leave bad reviews for places but this place…read moreseriously needs to be avoided at all costs. Terrible service and food. The eggs Benedict that I had to pay 13 for was cold and plastic like on dry sourdough bread. The hollandaise sauce was two small puddles on the side of the bread instead of coated on top... arugula just on the side all dry and cold and didn't even look washed. It's bad y'all. I went for Mother's Day for a nice day out with some friends and I'm not a mother yet but good Lord I felt second hand embarrassment for the staff here if this is what Mother's get for their sacrifice. A hostess actually said "you should have told me" about where we sat. It was ridiculous. We literally waited 45 minutes. I could have and should have driven home in that time. It was so stupid. Seriously not good. Don't go. BleCh. Wish I could leave no stars. Negative!!!

I'm kicking myself that I've missed out on the last 5 years! So obviously this is my first time in. I walked in, not knowing what to expect. A lady behind the bar made eye contact with me, greeted me & said sit wherever you want. A lot of tables were taken. There were a couple open, But I'm solo, so I sat up at the bar. Another lady came over and started chatting with me like we were old friends, which I love. God Bless Texas! She was telling me everything is good, you're not going to be disappointed. Burgers are fabulous. And so on. Once she said waffles, I was in! She wondered off cleaning and helping other patrons. I looked over the menu, saw chicken and waffles. I was sold! A young man came over and asked if I had a drink in mind. I said yes. Mexican Coke. Would you believe I've never had Mexican Coke before. It's true. This was my first, right here at Texas Toast Breakfast and Burgers. Memories being made. To be honest, I don't drink soda much at all. I also said I was ready with my food order too. Chicken and waffles. He said good choice, it's a big Texas shaped waffle (love it) with a big piece of fried chicken. He put my order in and gave me my Coke in a bottle. No fountain type drink. Felt like an 80's Coke commercial with a real glass bottle. Feeling fancy. Since I'm solo, I put my ear phones in and listened to my own music. A little Lenny Kravitz, American Women, if you're interested in what I was listening to. My plate came out, and Oh ! My ! Word !!! Chicken & waffle big as my plate. I nearly cried, gasped, unbelievable! Seriously, this was a solid breakfast, and now I'm really bummed I've missed out for 5 years! I joined the clean plate club even though I was completely stuffed. Chicken was tender, juicy, hot and fried perfectly. Light crispy, not greasy. So, so good. The waffle was light & fluffy, but once I smeared the butter on it and soaked it with syrup, I put the chicken back on top of the waffle and cut away at both. Solid breakfast. Completely epic. Enjoyed every bite. Was in my own little world with my music and good food and an amazing Mexican soda. The service, way top notch. I felt like family. The young man that took my order, Alvaro M, totally chill with me, we talked a little about ourselves. And that I never knew this was here even though I drive by on 620 for work. Truly, great service. As a solo diner, it's nice to have human contact. Even though I had my ear phones in 1 ear, so I could still hear and interact. Had the best service, food, interaction. Couldn't have asked for a better first impression. Can't wait to come back. Parking lot is pretty large. So you shouldn't have a problem finding a place. This seems like an off the beat residential neighborhood with a lot of RV parks, and boat launching area. Like I said, hidden gem!

I grew up eating (and later making) really good chicken fried steak. So I didn't come in casual. I came in ready to evaluate. First things first: this spot is tucked into a strip mall, and if you're not paying attention, you'll drive right past it. Keep your eyes open. Walking in, though? Completely different story. The vibe is laid-back, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. We were greeted right away and told to sit wherever we liked. Midday on a Wednesday meant it was nice and quiet; no wait, no chaos. Drinks were simple - Mexican Coke for me (always a win), fountain Pepsi for my lunchmate. (it's always nice when they have both options) We both ordered the chicken fried steak because of course we did. That's what brought us here. Sides: Me: green beans + mashed potatoes Them: salad + mashed potatoes Gravy situation: Me: classic Them: chorizo gravy Food came out quickly, which I always appreciate. Let's break it down honestly: The breading on the chicken fried steak? Perfection. Crispy, well done, exactly what you want. The meat itself? That's where things fell short. It needed more tenderizing--cutting into it took effort, and the texture leaned dense and chewy instead of that tender, fork-friendly bite you're hoping for. On top of that, it was missing seasoning, which made the whole thing feel a little flat despite that beautiful crust. The chorizo gravy (per my lunchmate)? Solid. Good flavor. But even that couldn't fully make up for the lack of seasoning in the meat. Sides were a mixed bag. Flavor was there--but mine had noticeable cold spots, like they'd been reheated unevenly. My lunchmate's sides were warm, but not quite hot. Now here's where they win big: The service. Top notch across the board. Everyone was kind, attentive, and welcoming without hovering. The owner even came by to chat for a bit - super friendly, clearly passionate, and we genuinely enjoyed the conversation and hearing about the food. That kind of hospitality goes a long way. Overall? I'd come back. But next time, I'm switching it up. The owner confidently recommended the waffles, and after that conversation, I'm willing to give them a shot. Because while the chicken fried steak didn't quite hit the mark for me this time, the people and the atmosphere? Absolutely worth another visit.

You feel taken care of from the moment you sit down. Now, about sitting down: this place is popular. Like, really popular. If you're hoping for an intimate conversation about your feelings, you might want to snag a table outside. Inside, it's lively enough that you'll be reading lips more than listening. But hey, the outdoor seating is lovely, so problem solved! Here's where things get a little greasy--literally. First Watch proudly markets itself as a champion of fresh, whole ingredients and quality cooking. I've been a fan for exactly that reason. But on my most recent visit, something was... off. The food had this noticeably greasier quality, and I'm pretty confident they switched to a cheaper cooking oil (canola or similar vegetable oil, if I had to guess). For context: certain oils don't agree with me--they trigger migraines and general unwellness. And sure enough, within hours, I was both nauseous and nursing a headache. Not exactly the "fresh start" First Watch promises. Everything else was solid, but I can't give five stars when a restaurant's practice doesn't match its principles. If you're sensitive to oils or generally avoid the cheaper varieties, proceed with caution or ask about their current cooking oil before ordering anything fried or sautéed. Still love the concept--just hoping they get back to their roots (and better oils).

Gone a few times..at different times. Of course the weekend mornings are the busiest! But, even at their busiest, the staff is always pleasant and attentive. I have gone a couple times with my husband, who is very picky on breakfast food. But, got him to venture out and even try the Italian omelet, which he loved. Both of us LOVE their potatoes! I love their chicken sausage (*get a side of it if your meal does not come with it). But, today, went on weekday morning by myself and even around almost 11am, it was pretty packed. I sat on the counter, and had great service! Got my coffee right away. (*strange, they don't put a spoon in the main set up. Had to ask for one...and was a large spoon...for coffee). Decided to try one of their NEW breakfast items (*and asked server, and she said it was good), was the Chimichurri Steak and Eggs hash! OMG...soo good! Comes with steak, eggs (*how you like it...I did scrambled), peppers, onions, spinach, feta, garlic aioli and chimichurri sauce! Soo much great flavors! I don't know if this only be "seasonal", but hope they add to menu. Thank you again for great food and great service! Will be back!
