I was told it would be ready in 10 min so I timed it right and arrived on the dot so that it was still hot and fresh. Aromatics first got my attention as I got back in the car. I pulled over, now visually pleased by how everything looked, and start to endulge taking my first bites of everything. It was great, made to my order, and very tasty and fulfilling. What really stood out to me was the customer service everyone was super friendly, attentive, and great with kids. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. They even brought over some tables games to keep the kids occupied. Overall, a solid breakfast spot with great service. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

How could the service be so slow you would need a first aide kit? Let me tell you. The first two time we tried to go here it was a 50 minute wait, so we passed. Today we sat after 15 minutes wait. I had to find the waitress 3 times, for coffee refil, did not bring my Son milk and to pay. Because we had to wait so long for everything ( chocolate waffel but did not bring us milk, had to go find her and ask for drinks) , it was like a " Got milk" comercial nightmare. My Son had a meltdown and my wife took him to the car, and he scraped his leg really bad. I asked if they had any badaids or first aide kit, in a restaurant. And she said they did not have bandaides. So that gives you an idea of the cleanliness if they have no bandaides or first aid kit... painful experience on many levels.

Walking in the lady greets you and allows you to select your own seat. It isn't packed at all. The waitress is very kind. My bf ordered the chili verde burrito and I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich. Our food was absolutely amazing. The chili verde had the softest meat I've ever had (yes, I stole some off his plate!). The flavors were very authentic, the colors vibrante and the taste was like homemade with love. My chicken sandwich also didn't disappoint. I decided on a salad so can't rate any fries. The chicken was delicious perfectly seasoned and not dry AT ALL. We also ordered the chips and guacamole that was the best I've had anywhere. Extremely fresh feels like it was made to order. We drove home and enjoyed our large amount of left overs (because the portions are large) for dinner and it was still amazing!!! We will be back just to visit Dany's!

I will say that while everyone enjoyed their meals well enough, I heard from more than one person in our party that, for whatever reason, they preferred Black Bear Diner's breakfast. The one thing I didn't appreciate about this place was the very distracting stand of cheap toys and tchotchkes for sale. We were seated at the table directly in front of it and I kept having to remind my kids to stay seated and that we were there to eat, NOT for junky knock off toys.

For those who may not be familiar, mazapán is a Mexican candy made from ground peanuts and sugar. Kind of like the inside of a Butterfinger but not crunchy. They also offer other flavored latte's (matcha, lavender, hazlenut etc), tea, coffee, soda, etc. We both had chilaquiles verde (also a favorite)... his with grilled chicken and mine with carnitas. Super tasty and just spicy enough. And my SO's daughter is vegetarian so they made her a chipotle sandwich without the chicken but with extra cheese which she liked very much as well.
