The food was honestly great...everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and really well prepared. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen. The staff was kind and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the service could use a little more attentiveness. There wasn't much check-in throughout the meal, and we ended up having to walk up to the waiter to ask for a refill. A few more rounds of checking on tables would really elevate the experience. Also, the greeting at the door felt a bit impersonal. A more eye-to-eye welcome and being properly greeted and seated...instead of just being told to sit anywhere...would make a big difference in setting the tone. We came here with a larger party during our weekend trip to Pajaro Dunes. We came for lunch and were able to get a seat quickly. It's got a cute diner vibe. I had the nor cal burger which was really tasty and cooked well. The kids had fish & chips which they enjoyed. My husband had the Philly and he said he's had better and wished he'd ordered a burger because ours were all very good. One person ordered the stuffed burger which had a lot of flavor and was super tasty. My mother in law ordered the grilled cheese and she said it had tons of cheese. All in all, good experience. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding and the environment was welcoming. The food was unbelievable. We have the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were light and fluffy and the gravy was just right. What a great one! Needed a change of pace from my usual breakfast spot. I'm a firm believer in eating a balanced breakfast with carbs, protein, and healthy fats before working out, and looking forward to a grueling gym session. Great spot to go to, their menu has options for all, the food is tasty and the portions are huge. Friendly staff and attentive service. I showed up early and I was able to walk right in before the morning rush took over. One of my top 3 favorite breakfast spots. I come here often and so far i've tried the chilaquiles, california omelet, farmhouse scramble, farmhouse breakfast, and i've also tried some lunch items like the chicken tenders, chicken parmesan, and chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I highly recommend eating here for breakfast im personally not too much of a fan of their lunch. (nothing wrong with their lunch its just their breakfast is amazing i would rather save my appetite for that.) So far every breakfast item i've had i've enjoyed and if they messed up they gladly take my plate and correct their mistakes and apologize to me. I've had multiple different servers and they've all been very attentive i have no complaints about the service. I've been coming here basically since it's opened and the quality of food has stayed just as delicious as when it first opened. As far as the inside of the restaurant it kind of gives like a slight ranch style or southern home feel. The bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the restaurant is also very clean. read more

Ww came in for breakfast it was pretty busy and had to wait for a table but chose the counter instead of waiting for a table. Well we still had to wait about 20 minutes for any acknowledgement. Once we started our order the waitress was very friendly. We asked for water and it took awhile to get it. Our breakfast meals were great. They arrived in a timely manner. My friend got eggs Benedict with county potatoes, he really enjoyed it. I opted for a ranch hand breakfast with sausages, hash browns and eggs which were cooked perfectly. I had the John Wayne burger with a side salad substituted for the fries. The salad was huge, fresh, and delicious. It was like something I would have made for myself at home. The burger was really, really good. I have been disappointed by restaurant burgers so many times in recent outings, so this was very satisfying. My wife had the mango salsa steak salad, and it was so big she could only eat about half of it. I ate the second half the next day, and that was a meal in itself. The steak pieces were a little tough, but the flavor and quality of the salad was excellent. I think we paid less for these meals, including tip and tax, than we paid for a pair of mediocre to poor burgers from Betty's Burgers a couple of weeks prior. The wait staff was friendly and responsive, and the cooks seemed to be in great spirits in the back. I think this will become a regular stop on our meal outings. read more

Came here with a party of 19 for breakfast on a weekday and we were impressed with the friendly service and how fast they served the food. All 19+ dishes and drinks came at almost the same time which made dining much more pleasant when everyone has their food. On top of the service, the food was fresh, well seasoned, not greasy, and presentation was well done. I ordered the ribeye with house potatoes, sunny-side-up eggs, and toast and it was satisfying. Have been here for breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I like anything with the chorizo. Can't get enough of that. Huevos Rancheros is also good. Hash browns are good. For lunch the crispy chicken sandwich needs to be ordered if your hungry for sure. Have also ordered the Philly cheesesteak, not to crazy about that, kind of plain tasting to me. But it won't stop me from coming back. More menu items to try. Service is always good, friendly, and fast. Updating my previous review: I visited today for the first time in three years, decided to give them another try and I have got to say I will definitely be coming back! They updated their menu since my last visit I ordered the Chorizo Benedict not only was it large, but it was tasty! You can tell it was made in house and fresh. Three words to describe this gem! Oh My God! This little place is only open for breakfast lunch. I thought I would try the breakfast. I felt like something sweet so I asked the waitress what was her favorite item. She recommended the "Churro waffle" and boy let me tell you, it was so good!! But service was a 1 one star, didn't get her name but she has short hair covered in tattoos, she was very rude, obnoxious and wouldn't even let us speak and would say well "does it say it on their?!" She would rush us to order when the place was kinda lonely. would sigh for each thing we would say. We barely were eating and was already trying to pick up the plates.
