    Beer mule location

Brilliant food! I had ordered it when I was at the beer mule so I had quite the lunch I hope for. The menu was limited at the time because they ran out of some ingredients but regardless I didn't feel disappointed. If they still come around I'll be ordering once again!

Awesome food truck! I got to try them at a food truck gathering at skypark in Scott's Valley the other day and they were serving up some tasty treats! They had a small menu consisting of a burger, a couple different tacos, fries, and loaded fries. Prices ranged from about $5 to $9. I tried both taco offerings they had that day and they were both really good. $5 for a taco is a bit steep and after eating 2 of them I was still hungry. So 3 tacos would be a good meal and that would cost you $15. Those are restaurant prices and that's where they lost the star. It's a food truck right? As far as food goes, the tacos were great! Pretty creative flavor combinations as well. Each taco had what seemed like a dozen different ingredients on them, a real flavor explosion. Both tacos were chicken based, one was fried, the other grilled with bacon and ranch. Tasty sauces, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, cheese, and Doritos crumbs (I'm sure I missed a few ingredients, they were loaded). They were served up cozy in paper trays with a fork sticking out the top. The fork was necessary to finish all the goodies that spilled out into the tray while trying to eat these messy creations... I enjoyed my meal and would eat their food again, next time 3 tacos... Give em a try!

If you see me at a brewery on a weekday, it's because the Saucey'z food truck is there. I have been trying every single item on the menu, from the Yolo fries to the pulled pork sliders & teriyaki chicken sandwich, Saucey'z will leave you satisfied. It is all good.

I love this food truck! When I'm out and about at an event and I see this truck, I always stop by to grab a bite. Friendly and fast, I ordered their crispy Brussel sprouts and it was excellent! Mango habanero and wasabi aioli was the perfect combination and addition to this dish. I think it is very original. Their YOLO fries definitely deserves its name! If you see these guys at an event, be sure to stop by and try them out. Their food is great!

Looking for food that is bomb dot com? Go here. Seriously. Be it just swinging by the food truck for a tasty meal or hiring the Saucey's team to cater your next event. GO HERE. My husband and I have been frequenting Saucey's since we moved to Santa Cruz, so when it was time for us to decide who we should have cater our wedding last September, my hubby had one request and one request only (and it was not open for debate). Saucey's. Rob and his team de-freaking-livered! Our guests are STILL talking about the awesome pulled pork sliders, and obviously, the YOLO fries that Saucey's delivered to our guests as the end of the night neared. Everything was perfect for what we wanted. Rob sat down and talked with my husband and I to assure he would be able to capture what we wanted on our special day, and he did just that! We wanted something low-key, easy for our guests to come and grab one of these/one of those, and of course for the food to be off the chain. The Saucey's crew put together appetizers, pulled pork sliders (mentioned above), chicken bacon ranch tacos, a fresh salad, bacon mac and cheese, and of course, the beloved late night YOLO fries that one guest said he thought were being "hand-delivered to [him] straight from heaven." Rob even made a very last minute alteration for one of our guests who does not eat bacon. He was able to make our guest a separate plate- pork free- talk about above and beyond! If you're not looking for an event to be catered, catch this stellar food truck all around Santa Cruz county. Everything on their menu is good enough to make you wanna slap yo' mama! I have obviously done my fair share of raving about their YOLO fries, but I love everything on their menu. One final parting note, the people behind this food truck, Rob and Keely, are stand up people, so you can feel good about eating awesome food AND supporting good human beings :)

    Pulled pork tacos! Mmmmmm!

Their pulled pork is amazing! These guys were set up outside of the Shanty Shack Brewery in Santa Cruz yesterday. My husband and I stopped in to grab a beer, and we were hungry. As soon as we smelled the delicious scent of cooked meat wafting from this food truck, we decided to grab a bite. He ordered the pulled pork sandwich, and I got the pork tacos. The meat was flavorful and perfectly crispy. The sauces on both were complementary to the meat! I'll definitely be back here to try their other menu offerings!

It's soft and fluffy on the inside, crispy and textured on the outside. * The tacos are very well loaded. 3 bucks I think is well worth it. * The condiments are fresh. Both lemons and cucumbers were very juicy. * The salsa was had authentic tomatio flavors. It was spicy in a good way but not out to kill. Quesa Birrias Anaylsis * Still handmade tortillas. Bomb! * Very well loaded with balance of mozzarella and birria. * Tortilla shell is very well toasted outside with birria sauce all over. * The birria itself was very soft with guajillo (the red) sauce. * Hands down best quesa birrias I've had. Sopez de Lengua Analysis * Still handmade tortillas. Win! * Very filling with many ingredients - bean spread, shredded lettuce, queso fresco, and lengua chunks. Verdict / TL;DR This place is amazing and worth stopping for. The highlights are home-made tortillas, generous portions, just fresh ingredients. The flavors come from the ingredients rather than just salt.

Got home and it was freaking inedible. Dry and tough and literally could not tear through the meat. They also told me they don't make their own bbq sauce. This place SUCKS. Meat seemed super old and I'm glad I didn't get sick. As far as I know, this is THE WORST BBQ ON THE CENTRAL COAST. There's BBQING and then there's GRILLING. I don't think these people know the difference. Aptos St BBQ is universes away in Smokey, well developed flavor land. Eat there! Only good thing was the bread, which was pillowy and delicious.
