My family and I are in Casper visiting from Arizona and stopped to check this place out! They have gluten free options and prepared them separate from me. I have celiac so it was great to find this gem! The Vanilla latte was phenomenal! I had the vegetarian frittata was cooked perfect and just the right serving. Andrew waited on us and he is not only friendly, but quite funny as well. He made the dining experience better! We did have to wait about 15 minutes, however we'll worth it! The seating was spaced out just enough so we could all talk to each other and not over the others around us. I will say for a 1030am brunch they were pretty steady. This one of favorite breakfast spots, as the food and service are constantly good. Pete and much of his staff know me by name and go out of their way to make me feel welcomed there. I love their scrambles and the Wolferman English Muffins are the best. Also if I feel a cold coming I order a glass of their fresh squeezed orange juice. We were staying at a friend's house a couple blocks from here so it made sense to check it out. We were warned of a long wait but we were up early enough to believe we would miss it - that we did. Since C-19 closed everything down, this was our first and our only dine-in experience. I felt the staff did a good job with social distancing. For us, it was nice to feel a bit of normalcy as well. As for the food, I did the Greek Frittata which I thought was really good. The English muffins on the side were excellent. Not a place you would think to find in Casper, Wyoming. Had brunch which was wonderful. I had one of the omelettes and it was cooked to perfection. My waitress(Shasta) was wonderful. A stop along our interstate route was a good one! Located in a cute area of older buildings in Casper, it was a little difficult to find nearby parking because of how busy it was. One trip around the block yielded success. When we entered Eggington's, there were several people in the lobby, but we were seated fairly quickly in a nice booth. While in Casper, I went to Eggington's on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. As you'd expect from most breakfast spots at that time, it was busy. It ended up being a 30-minute wait but was well worth it especially since I had nothing better to do in Casper anyway for the day. I ordered a create your own omelette with mushrooms, broccoli, and red peppers, cheesy hash browns, and rye toast. It was as good as you could expect and priced at $9.99, the prices were quite good when you compare them to how much major cities now charge for breakfast. My friends also enjoyed their breakfasts and we ordered a pecan french toast for the table. That was delicious and hit the sweet spot. The only thing you could hold against Eggington's in the time we were there was the wait time (but, to me, that's to be expected with a popular breakfast spot on a weekend) and they said there was some issue with their toaster which took the toast a long time to come out (stuff happens...what do I care...it's toast) but you would have to be real nitpicky to knock off any stars on their rating. The ambiance was nice. There were various framed art of people eating breakfast and a nice random photo of Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's. The cover of the menu provides a history of the building including the many failed businesses that came before Eggington's occupied the space. The staff was kind as well. It was ultimately a real nice breakfast experience. Everything I could ask for on my Saturday morning in Casper. I also love the name of the restaurant and now imagine there exists some sort of Lord Eggington in England who handles a region of the country devoted to breakfast. read more

This restaurant was a real treat. Great service, great variety in their menu options. In a historic building in downtown Casper, and it was decorated with original interesting art. We went in for a late breakfast but decided to have lunch instead. We shared the Trifecta and a veggie Panini. The Trifecta included a generous serving of their house made tuna salad, seafood salad sand their chicken salad. The roasted Veggie Panini was crunchy and filled with a generous serving of seasonal veggies with a balsamic glaze. Oh and we also enjoyed the Jalapeño Bacon Bloody Mary.
