We watched the tree lighting parade and stumbled through frigid weather hauling a baby carrier and two toddlers in search of a warm meal. Racca's actually had availability and shocked us with their fabulous food and warm atmosphere. We never expected such incredible Italian food in sweet little Casper. Fast forward to tonight, where once again we stayed in Casper after a Thanksgiving in Montana, and finally got to re-visit Racca's. It has got to be some of the best pizza I've ever had! The service is also perfect, with knowledgeable waitstaff who are proud of their establishment and give you the delicious details of why their food is so, so good. Do yourself a favor and come here, any time, any day, and try anything on the menu. Casper is very fortunate to have such a gem.
