G-Ma's is absolutely delicious. The hubs wanted to come here for the name G-Ma reminds him of his sister back in Texas who gets called G-Ma by her grandkids. The ambiance is very kitschy. Every where you look, there's something that stands out & reminds you of your G-Ma's kitchen. I got the skillet w/ground chorizo & it's one of the best skillets I've ever had. The hubs got a short stack (2 pancakes) & the cakes were as big as the plate. They were huge!! The kiddo got 2 eggs w/hash browns & toast & almost finished everything. If you're on the road traveling & looking for a great place to fill your stomach, you can't go wrong w/G-Ma's. read more

This place is what breakfast should be everywhere. I wish I lived here so I could be a regular. I couldn't believe how many cars were outside on a Sunday morning and how many people actually fit inside this place. Sausage gravy on biscuits is filling for the whole day. Got there and got on the list. They said there were several large parties ahead of us but it would be 20-25 minutes. Even though there were single tables available they seated the large parties first and it took about a half hour to get seated. Seems like they could have seated my party of 2 and still would have been able to seat the large parties. Regardless, we ordered i had the biscuits and gravy and it was pretty good, the gravy is far better than biscuits which were flat and flavorless without the gravy. The gravy is a little spicy so be aware. The wife had cinnamon roll French toast which was served with white icing and caramel sauce. The biggest problem with the meal was the food was not hot when delivered. It was sitting up there waiting, getting cold. We were in a hurry so we didn't have time to ask them to remake it. I think hot food would have brought them up at least 1 star. read more

Not only the best diner in Casper, but the best in Wyoming... if I could rate more then 5 stars I would!

First time eating here. The young lady working the dining room was outstanding! She handles that entire breakfast, Rush by herself. The food was also impeccable. The cheese omelette was perfect! No brown, perfectly made fluffy. The hashbrowns were also great and the toast had real butter. I would highly recommend this place. And it is for sale.! read more

This is soul-healing comfort food goodness at its finest. The waitress recommended everything and she wasnt wrong. I went with the Huevos, it was amazing. My buddy went with the club, which looked equally amazing. I wish I had gone with the biscuits and gravy, but I was worried I wouldn't be able to stay awake for the flight home! Fantastic quick service, great food, but they don't want you smoking in the bathroom (haha)! read more

G-Ma's Diner - 2 Eggs Hash Browns or Home Fries and Toast - New American Near Me - Mills, Wyoming

Surprisingly good. I had the "casper omelette" which is just a Denver omelette but it identifies as casper. This was so good. Probably the best Denver omelette i've ever had. I'm from denver and they need to up their Denver omelette game because this put all others to shame. Hash browns were perfect. Got a side of french toast. Flavor wise it was great. Texture wise it wasn't anything to write home about but sis not detract from the experience at all. Service was great. Veteran wait staff and they're all over it. If you're looking for a small town experience diner style this place hits on all cylinders. Not really a diner (stationary diner train car) but almost like more like a shed with pressboard walls that have been shellacked I'm assuming so you don't get splinters while moving by them. The walls are decorated with all sort of silly slightly daring signs and jokes. What you'd find in a shed in your grandmas back yard. Well worth the stop. I need to send Denver breakfast cooks up here for some homework. read more

GMa's was great. I ate the hash with eggs and it was perfect. It's not from a can. Made from real corned beef that was diced to a perfect size to match the potatoes. The waitress kept filling my coffee cup so I could quench my thirst. read more

Great atmosphere. Wonderful friendly staff. Food was mediocre at best. Did not seem homemade at all. I would go back just for the people. It really did feel like going to a family members house. read more

So sad. We've been going there for at least 15 years. The business sold to a man with other restaurants around Wyoming. This one is no longer getting the great attention it used to get. So many small things have changed just to save a few cents. Some of the help has changed as well. Some good, some not so much. The kitchen help absolutely can NOT read. Don't ask for anything special unless it's crank out the back door. So sad to see a great place fall apart. read more

Fantastic service, good food and quaint location! Coffee was always full and I was a fan of the cinnamon roll French toast!

This place is awesome. For a bit of a hole in the wall you can tell this is a locals favorite, and luckily it is right down the road from where my mom lives so it was perfect. We came in on a Sunday morning so the place was definitely packed, and we had to wait about 20 minutes or so but there was five us which meant we needed a larger table. Our server was great took care of us right away. Kids had the biscuits & gravy, husband went with the smothered breakfast burrito (green chili), and I went with the green chili skillet. Everything was awesome, and definitely sticks to your ribs. Portions were huge, and the taste/flavor was perfect. We would definitely come back here again when we are in town visiting my momma. Great service, great food, huge portions, and the price is fair. read more

The food is so good. Home cooked taste. Always great service even when they are extremely busy.

The Good: If you find yourself in Mills, Wyoming, this is a local favorite for Wyo diner food. Pretty classic breakfast & lunch menu, nothing brunchy or fancy. Lots of regulars & families, first-come-first-serve seating at the bar. The Bad: Super old school (it is in Wyoming after all) with "smoking" & "non-smoking" sections. They don't have fruit - a waitress literally told us that. Nothing fancy - cheap coffee, apple & orange juice from those old dispensers (fresh-squeezed? ha!), no herbal tea (just hot black tea or iced tea), definitely no chai, lattes or mimosas and you would probably get laughed at if you asked. The Food: It says on the menu, and on a sign in the diner, "Eat what ya get and don't throw a fit! LOL" It's really not bad. Just old-school Wyo diner style. Not high quality ingredients but reasonable care is taken to put out decent food that is hot, cooked correctly & looks decent. The Service: Pretty fast & they're great about refilling coffee. Overall: Not bad for Wyoming. Decent diner. I'd rather go here than Denny's or other corporate spots. read more

Food was mediocre, frozen chicken fried steaks, never was told they put spicy sausage gravy on chicken fried steak. My wife is allergic to anything spicy and feels sick for days sometimes a week afterwords, won't be back.
