The salad was outstanding. The steak, although cooked as I asked, was a day shy of being "bad", and I don't mean aged -- or rather it was not aged in a positive way. It was really bad. As long as I ate around the edges, it was tolerable, but I left most of it behind. It's a shame, really, because all the other guests seem to be enjoying their meals, but again, maybe because I came at the end of a shift and the kitchen staff had just given up.
