Nice little place with a comfortable feel. I had the best vegetable omelet I have eaten in my life. FYI I am 71 so that is saying a lot. I eat low carb and they subbed my hashed browns for tomatoes. A real problem with getting tomatoes in most diners is how ripe they are, mine were fine. My wife does not eat eggs so had bacon, crisp, and hashed browns. This a normal breakfast for her and she was very pleased. Will definately eat there again. read more

Great diner with great food and service. It's busy a lot so there may be a wait and sometimes the waitress takes awhile to get to you but definitely worth it. Any mistakes on your order are quickly and easily fixed. Mistakes dont happen too often though. There's really not a food I wouldn't eat from them. Coming through Wyoming on a cross country road trip, I needed a special breakfast for my wife's birthday. I'm so glad I stopped in G-Ma's to do it! Despite the small diner being packed with weekend breakfast traffic, I was able to quickly get a togo order of an amazing chorizo breakfast burrito and a breakfast sandwich. All those cars out front can't be wrong! G-Ma's has earned their great reviews. After sampling, I couldn't decide between the gravy or the green chili, so ordered my biscuits half/half. THE BEST sausage gravy and chili verde I have ever had. Husband had cinnamon roll French toast, which is really a giant cinnamon roll, sliced, then sautéed in butter and served with caramel sauce or icing AND syrup - the bomb! This place is amazing! We had a group of six on two mornings in a row. Both waitresses were great! The pancakes are some of the best I've ever had and are the size of trash can lids. The eggs were perfect, the biscuits and spicy gravy (peppery, not hot sauce spicy, which concerned some locals we talked to!) were just right, and the chicken dried steak, hash browns and home fries were excellent! I very seldom eat out. Just a plain fact my cooking is better then most restaurant. So if its not good you who to blame...LOL G-MAS is a quaint little dive in Mills, WY. I have been there three times and had different meals each time. The food while not being in a 4 star Michelin category is just plain good food like home cooked comfort food. The service is wonderful. They do not hover over you and make you feel uncomfortable in any way, to busy for that, but they come around to make sure everything is just right and refill drinks. My most favorite breakfast place. If you ask nicely they will make you a Monte Crisco that's simply awesome. Their Fries kick ass. My son orders then with his eggs even. For the money, this is one of the best places to get breakfast. It's just like you make it at home, down to the eggs and bacon. The staff there is very kind, and the food is great.
