Months ago, I swore never to return. Welp. Today, my husband wanted pizza. I ordered pizza and wings online for an hour and a half in the future. Husband showed up for pickup. They don't check online orders. So they started making it when the customer was there to get it. 45 minutes later (7 employees on the floor and one three top seated) it was ready. The pizza was good. My first time visiting a Boston's. No problem getting immediately sat on a weekday afternoon. Our server was friendly although service was a bit slow. The BBQ Chicken Bowl is very good. A solid choice for a casual sit-down lunch if you have time to spare. read more

Worse service everytime here. I enjoy the food but all servers treat you like an inconvenience. No customer service. Simple burger and tots took nearly an hour to get. Get all new staff they are unprofessional and don't want to actually work. Understand it's a busy weekend and you'll have other rude customers but don't assume and automatically treat my like an asshole. read more

I travel to Casper for a funeral myself and another family member stayed at the hotel a large number of us gathered at Boston for dinner. We were stopped for a great deal of time before anyone came to take our drink orders and then even longer we had to ask for someone to take our food orders. The restaurant itself was not busy however our service was very poor once our food was delivered, a member of our party had asked for some ranch dressing, and it only came after he was finished with his meal. No one ever came back to check to see if we needed more drinks or anything in addition or appetizer plates an empty drink glasses were never removed from the table. Following dinner, several of us went over to the bar area to have drinks not one time did a cocktail waitress come to take our order or get us drinks. Therefore, we went to the bar to get drinks. The bartender acted like she was very put out an inconvenience and asked us to our server was we told her we had never seen a server in the 2 1/2 hours we had been there and we thought she was it due to the very rude attitude of the bartender. There was no tip left however the next day when my cousin reviewed his charges, she had added a $10 tip to the ticket. Very unacceptable when you're in the service industry you must provide service and do so with a good attitude in order to receive a tip. Generally, we are very good tippers, however she was extremely rude to every member of our party that interacted with her. The location wonderful for what we were doing. The food was good however they were out of a great deal of things. I tried to order Alfredo the first night and they were out of Alfredo the second night. They did not have any spinach artichoke dip they did not have any nachos and pretty much every appetizer we tried to order was unavailable. We did order the potato skins and to me, they were just fried chips and the dressing that came with them was terrible. read more

Both times we have visited to eat at this place, we choose to sit out on the patio. It can be pretty, with all the flowers in early summer. Both times we had Joey as our server and he was such a great person! Very personable, attentive, and nice. Our food was hot, as ordered, and we just really enjoy being able to sit outside on a covered patio! Can't say what the inside is like. Looks like a full bar, a pool room, usual seating such as booths and tables. Usually a family type of crowd. TVs inside and outside, some showing sports, some showing games shows. Not too bad of a space. And, if you're travelling, it is a nice restaurant to have next to a hotel. read more

Hadn't been to a Boston Pizza restaurant for a long time and WOW, what a surprise! This Casper location is huge, really clean, and has it all -- restaurant, sports bar, pool tables, electronic games, and TV's galore with every game. So, what about the FOOD??? You will NOT be disappointed! From the salads to the soups, to the pizzas, to the main entrees, everything we had was DELICIOUS, fresh, nicely plated, and large portions! I added some photos to show you some of what we had, ALL terrific! And the service was absolutely great, with everyone on the staff taking special care to make us feel appreciated. This spot is attached to the Best Western and, as of this review, has been open @2 weeks. Everyone from the hostess, bartenders, wait staff and food runners are learning their jobs. With half the restaurant tables open, the wait was 30 minutes to be seated bc the kitchen couldn't keep up with the orders. Nevertheless, Rae, the hostess, killed it. Rae kept those of us waiting informed of where we were in the queue. Our waitress was great, but hadn't been given the training she needed to be top notch. We ordered 2 Voodoo Ranger IPAs. 10 min later the bar informed our waitress that the keg was blown. It would be a bit of time to tap another keg (almost offered my service in this dept.) 10 minutes later we were told that they were out. Happily, our waitress offered us the last 1.5 pints of the blown keg as complimentary. Nice. Asked about the size of the Boston nachos (menu says serves 3-4) for a light main course. Waitress hadn't actually seen an ordered so we gambled. Except for the lettuce, this one chip layer of nachos was entirely from a can. Blah. Maybe serves 1.5 - 2 as a light vs heavy app. Not even close to an app for 3-4 people as the menu suggests. Food arrived warm, not hot. Our food runner seemed aware of the kitchen delays and was prompt & courteous when we asked for side dishes for the nachos. The salsa that accompanied he nachos was the size of a to-go McDonald's catsup cup. I give this dish a "C-" for flavor, portion and presentation (at best). We asked for more salsa and finally got enough for the small portion that was the Boston Restaurant & Sports Bar's namesake. Ordered wings, bone-in Mango Habenero. This was the highlight of the evening, such that it was. Pretty okay. Our waitress did not know the # of wings in a "single" order of wings. It's 8. Our check arrived before we were asked about dessert, which we wanted after such tiny portions. We asked for the Brownie and vanilla ice cream. It was 2nd to the wings. Good, not great and far from mind blowing. The dish was 2 smallish Brownies, with a light drizzle of canned chocolate sauce, with 2 melon ball sized ice cream scoops. (Note: Melon ball scoops are smaller than a ping pong ball). Barely worth the oxygen needed to write this review. Side note about this being a sports bar. About 2 dozen large screen TV adorned the walls. Wrestling's Smack Down was on every screen. No baseball. No Olympics. Not a single other sport was being shown on a Thursday night. Shame on you Josh, the person in charge of the screens, for not knowing what is expected of a sports bar Boo. Do better. Figure out your sports screens please. Bottom line. Go elsewhere to eat until this place gets its act together, especially the kitchen. Treat yourself to something, anything, better. That shouldn't be too hard. This establishment has been open for 2 weeks. Let me just say that considering all things, they are doing a fabulous job. We had the kindest, cutest personalities wait staff for both dinner and then breakfast. Our dinner waitress was from China. She was so friendly and never stopped smiling. Araynne was so sweet as well. Both of them were on it. We never waited for anything. Drinks were always full. The food was hot. We ordered the Mediterranean salad and a pizza. We asked for a thinner crust and crispy. They will do medium pizzas with thin crust but we really just wanted a large. It was perfect. The salad was very flavorful which sounds crazy for a salad. Other members of our party got the shrimp pasta and loved it. Others had various salads etc. the food was yummy and came out from the kitchen quickly. For breakfast we ordered yogurt parfaits, the American breakfast and pancakes etc. Again, we were not disappointed. I'm not sure why there are 4 star reviews. I'd give this establishment more than 5 but it only goes to 5. The bar and restaurant are nicely decorated. They've got tv's in the bar area, pool tables, etc but it's a calmer vibe. Not the crazy sports bar vibe (of course I've not been here for a major sporting event). We stay in the Best Western for work normally no reason to say anything, matter of fact I showed up at 9:45 the night before had a beer, tonight 9:36, last call already called?...I'm not driving so guess I'll go without a beer...9:55 I understand that's when last call was called the night before.....I'd say stay consistent ...there were just as many customers when I peaked in both nights like four but yeah....I would have dropped 20 to 30 bucks in that time....like I said I'm not driving...anyway that's my rant... read more

Multiple visits. Staff needs better training. Not their fault they have not been taught but it's been open long enough that all servers should be able to explain how to use the rewards app especially since it was pushed on us the first time we visited. Four trips later and still have to get a manager to answer any questions every time. And then still don't get it right. Food has been inconsistent. Some excellent, some just ok. Yesterday the queso with chips and queso was cold. Reheated it for us to just warm. Chips were stale. Server couldn't answer any questions about drinks. What kind of Cabernet do you have? Returned from the bar with the answer. " Spiced rum". Um that is not wine. We were on the bar side. Never could get a straight answer on what label any of the wine was since they were apparently out of the one in the menu. So went for an old fashioned which was decent enough. Could not answer what flavors the mule options were. Bartender could have been more helpful to our server. Didn't ask if we wanted another drink just put the bill on the table. Tried to clear out dishes with half the chips and queso still left and we were actively eating it. Staff friendly when we got there and as we left. Friendly as they served us. Another waiter was quite helpful as he realized we needed help to deal with the cold queso and took it back to get warmed up for us. Ridiculous hours for happy hour. 10 pm. Prices are on the higher side for meals since the salads are ala carte. For $18 seems like a small house salad should not be an extra $4 or 5 dollars. Better choices in town if you aren't staying at the hotel located there. Might improve over time but currently not sure the price is worth the mixed experience when it might be good or might be disappointing. Training for staff definitely needs to be stepped up. None of our questions were unusual or even difficult. read more

I order3d the teaser chicken wrap. It had dried chicken that had been way overcooked. The wrap was hard and burnt on the edges ant us was filled with wilted lettuce, not from hot chicken, but just old lettuce that should have been discarded. Don't wast your time and money on this place. read more

Food is great, the atmosphere is great, but true to the Casper Curse, service is mid. It's new so I'll give it more tries, but if you need drink refills or the check, expect to wait a long time while staff stands around talking and playing on their phones. read more

Listen I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life and have to say Bostons pizza is top five. But what I really want to point out is the staff. From the beginning of my visit to the end everyone was so nice and helpful. My server Terry was a treat! She's sweet and super funny! I'd recommend you eat here just because of her!! Brittany at the bar was wonderful and friendly - she was super helpful in suggesting one of their specialty Old Fashioned cocktails and dessert. Just what I needed after a long day on the road. Very convenient to have at the Best Western hotel so I didn't need to venture out. Would return when I'm back in town again. read more

Alright I'm giving this place a 5 stars because we had 5 people come to our table and make sure everything was alright and we had anything we needed. The manager herself came and talked to us twice. Such a helpful and nice staff. Our waitress Michelle had a great attitude and is so fast and caring. The food was wonderful. First of all, this is a brand new restaurant, and we visited on their third week of operations, so we were more than willing to be lenient with the staff being so new. We were very surprised, however. The service was amazing. We were visited by no less than four different servers to check on us, and five different house managers. The man who runs the resort was secret shopping across the table from us and did not tell us he was doing so until after we finished our meal, at which point he asked for some of our advice. this restaurant is beautiful, Ant, and has a very wide selection of amazing food items to choose from. My friend had the shrimp over cauliflower rice, and I had the pizza burger. The shrimp pretender, the sauce, flavorful, and the vegetables and cauliflower rice well seasoned and hot. my friend did ask for no onions as she has an allergy, and they were in the dish, however. When we notified people of this mistake, they apologize profusely, and offered to replace her dish. She was given a new dish to take home with her. my pizza burger was amazing. I have never seen a burger, actually wrapped in pizza dough and then cooked. It was beautiful and flavorful. However, I would suggest they sear the burger patty over open flame before placing it into the pizza dough. The burger only steamed inside of the pizza dough, there was kind of a flavor to the meat. This would easily be taken care of by searing the burger before it is placed inside. the rest was fabulous. Our drinks were strong and fantastic, and the ambience on the outdoor patio is fabulous. This is a great spot for date night, as well as families. Come out and enjoy. The flowers outside are amazing and the fire pit lounge is enticing! read more

My son wanted to have his birthday dinner here and that wasn't a great idea. The service was a bit slow, but our waitress was learning her job, she was very kind and tried her best. Our issue is with the food. There were 6 of us at our table and nothing that we ordered was overly complicated. My husband and daughter in-law had the pizza burger, both of their burgers were cooked barely above rare and were cold. My turkey bacon sandwich was on a rock hard roll, with zero condiments. It was dry and tasteless. We ordered pretzel bites and pizza rolls as appetizers, the pretzel bites were fine, but the pizza rolls came out after our dinner was served, with only half of them on the plate, the other half had fallen on the floor and they were remaking them, which we weren't aware they were doing, otherwise we would have told them not to worry about it. We were asking for our ticket and getting ready to leave when the remade pizza rolls came out. The wait staff was great, but the kitchen really needs some training. read more
