I asked for the flavors of High Noons they have and was told "they are all fruity flavored but you don't get to choose your flavor the bartender does". When I asked for clarification the waitress stated her manager told her that and she didn't agree with him but that was his decision. I asked for the owners name and the manager came over. I explained to him if he was the one thinking it was ok to make decisions about how I spend my money I wanted the owners name not his. He stated "we don't want to be stuck with a lot of one flavors so the bartender chooses". I said what if I don't like Mango flavor and he shrugged his shoulders. I again asked for the owners name. This place is a one star we have eaten here 4 times now and it just get worse with each visit. This visit one of my forks had someone else's food still on it. I also got some mozzarella sticks and they came out ice cold and the cheese was horrible it was not even stringy like you would imagine a mozzarella stick would be like. I like to go to this restaurant for a late lunch or early dinner. I can't get my mom or a friend to come, so it is just me and they often set me in the area by the bar. That being said the service from the bartenders is great, especially from gentlemen (I am guessing to be Latino). He very friendly and always on top of everything. I love the fajitas, southwest egg rolls, enchilada soup, and last but not least the molten lava cake. I have only had one slightly bad experience that turned out okay. Did have a server that told me I could not use a reward for one of items I ordered, but turns out after she enter in the code it worked. Since this place is new I went 3 times before leaving a review. 1st time had appetizers are the bar and the presdidente margarita. The appetizers were pretty good basic cheese curds, boneless wings with buffalo and the chicken chrispers with honey chipotle sauce. The burger came with fried and a choice of soup or salad. I chose salad. It was a basic house salad. The fries were good. The burger was huge but fund they put only mustard on the lunch burger no other condiments, which is fine but I am not a yellow mustard fan. Since it was so huge I just ate the top half which didn't have mustard and I was plenty full even after giving my son most of my fries. The waitress was friendly and quirky , she had an interesting laugh and laughed a lot. Happy to see someone happy at their job! So overall not bad for just opening last month. Horrible service! We walked in and waited for 10 minutes to be seated. In that 10 minutes, nobody came to greet us or tell us it would be a minute to seat us. The staff wouldn't look at us and would not acknowledge us at all. It was a very unwelcome atmosphere so we left and ate somewhere else. My daughter said her coworker got food poisoning there also. The place is beautiful. The lights, the lighting, the seating, even the tables are pretty. The cups they serve drinks in and everything. The food is good, the white Mac and cheese I don't love though. It is most likely baked personally not my favorite. The chicken strips are amazing, the street corn is good, and even though the fried mozzarella was a little overpriced, they were big and good. The service we received was amazing our waitress was on top of it. Our waitress would bring us refills as soon as our drinks were empty. I loved the place. My only complaints are that one slice of cheese cake is almost NINE dollars. I mean it's kinda a big slice but still overpriced in my opinion. New restaurant in town had to try it out! I had been hesitant to go due to it being new and wait times being longer then I'd like. I decided Tonight to just wait as long as needed. They told us it would be 35 to 45 minutes for a four top. It took maybe ten minutes to get a table! It was great. The waitress was so attentive, but not annoying attentive like trying to get a tip. Our drinks were constantly refilled. We were checked on by more then one person. I ordered the carne asada. It wasn't the worst just not something I would get again but definitely try it. You may have a different view of it. I just didn't really like the seasoning. I will definitely be back the food came out quickly. Service was great and I recommend downloading the app it has a great feature it lets you view where you are on the waitlist and you also get a free chips and salsa. The chicken, steak, shrimp fajitas were great (5 star), the service at the bar with Eli was wonderful (5 star), the fact that we sat and watched a week 15 football game on the day of the playoffs sucked (1 star). I don't know what it would have cost you to have the playoff games on all those TVs would have cost but I know what it cost you not to have them after watching at least 10 couples leave. Aside from the food poisoning that I got from my dinner here I needed to repeatedly ask for water, silverware and napkins. I ended up just getting up myself and grabbing the drink napkins at the edge of the bar. They appear to be very understaffed. Food seemed ok except for the rubbery possibly undercooked chicken. I would keep away from here. Its usually busy here just because its new but I bet the lines will eventually die down if they keep up with the poor quality and service! We were in town for State Wrestling and we're excited to see a Chili's, we were not disappointed! Our server Luke was absolutely phenomenal. Then she proceeded to fail to put the order in. Our food all came out at different times. Getting a refill is a act of congress. Not to mention if you ask one of the host something they just say "I'm sorry I'm just a host I don't know what to do."
