Kyle recommended the filet as I like a good steak and my wife had the steak salad but with salmon which Kyle recommended her fish to be cooked medium. My wife appreciated him explaining what a medium cook would be like for her salmon. We had some wonderful conversation with Kyle and he made sure to check on us periodically as we enjoyed our time out on this special occasion. As we were winding down dinner and I wanted to smoke I noticed the patio party was wrapping up so I stepped out through the patio gate. We really enjoyed our date night / my birthday celebration at Black Mountain Grill and we really appreciated how Kyle apologized with no ego and checked on the other tables around us to make sure that they were all taken care of too.
