We've been here twice now and it seriously never disappoints! Every visit has been amazing delicious food and top-notch service every single time. This round we had the hamburger, nachos, and a super fun, colorful drink called the Neon Jungle and wow, it was so good! Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to!

I really enjoyed my experience at Eureka in Henderson. I've been to the location at Fremont, but I do really love the upscale vibe this Henderson location brings. It's modern and would fit the agenda to celebrate a birthday, date, brunch, game night on tv, or really any occasion! Wish I would have taken advantage of the patio. Even the bar seating is nice. I really enjoyed the option to be able to turn my salad into a wrap to make the meal more filling along with a side of fries. When you visit do not skip the bourbon barrel cake!

Quaint place, lovely decor with both ample indoor and outdoor seating options. Nice full bar with plenty of seating and a covered patio will surely accommodate anyone. Love the firepit outside. I sat at the bar and tried the fish and chips and the fig burger and truffle fries. Fish flaky, warm and breaded nicely. The burger stole the show! Each bite was bursting with flavor and the goat cheese added a nice flavor. Loved the staff, truly enjoyed the food. Can't wait to come back and try a few more menu items.

Another visit and another 5 stars. We had a familiar face in Kate who has served us before. Started with the deep fried pickles that are chips not spears so you get the good flavor and they are not mushy like spears can be. I went with the bbq burger which was cooked perfect and she had the American classic. As always the food and service both were on point. Great place to try if you haven't yet. They got a full bar so they can serve up any drink.

So I came here twice in a matter of a week. The first time was for a quick lunch, since it's near work and because I liked the food and ambiance, the second time was NYE dinner with my man. Both times, the food took a while to come out. Granted, I understand why it took long during NYE dinner BUT not at lunch when there weren't that many people in the restaurant. Regardless, the food was great.. my favorite is the cheese steak but the steak frites is on the up and up... it was a very tender steak with the chimichurri... it was just beautiful... so as long as you're willing to wait, it's great spot to try... would I go back again? Yes, the cocktails are great too! They have outdoor seatting with a fire pit and I just recently found out they are dog friendly which is a bonus!

The peeps at Eureka are always so an accommodating. My special orders are never a problem. Tho food is really really good and the bar shelf is amazing! The vibe is chic and relaxed. And Jax and Paige are the best servers! Fun and efficient!

I met up with my co-workers for Happy Hour, and to start, we shared the truffle cheese fries with truffle salt, Parmesan, chives and with white truffle cheese sauce on the side and the nachos with refried beans, chipotle, jalapenos, onions, tomatoes and cilantro. For my main dish, I had half of the Black and Blue Mushroom Burger with blue cheese, mushrooms, whiskey onions, arugula and Calabrian chilli aioli and saved the rest to take home. For dessert, we split a Bourbon Barrel Cake with candied pecans, bourbon caramel and vanilla bean ice cream. This is great spot to catch up with co-workers, friends or family. The food was delicious and the service was great throughout our visit.

I wish I remembered the name of our server, because he was one of the better parts of our experience. Upon telling him I don't eat gluten, he informed me of the menu items that would be safe and they had a decent amount of options. He even brought sauces out on the side so my dining companion who is not gluten free could still enjoy our appetizer with the sauce I couldn't have. The atmosphere is great, very clean. The outdoor seating was enjoyable. The food was good but in my opinion overpriced for elevated bar food. Definitely try the burgers-they have a great and simple flavor.

Having not visited a Eureka location almost 6 years, we weren't sure what to expect from a place we really enjoyed back in California. We popped in for "Hoppy" Hour, and while it was initially pretty quiet, it was nice to chat with the bartenders and GM and take in the comfy vibe while sipping on $6 beers. I was hopeful the beer selection for hoppy hour would have had more stuff I've not tried, there were a few new beers I hadn't had, and I really enjoyed the Maui Brewing Pineapple Wheat. Since food was also discounted during Happy Hour, and we had already enjoyed a few beers on an empty stomach, we jumped on the Fried Pickles, Mac n Cheese Balls and split a Burger. The Mac N Cheese balls were alright, they had a slight spice but it just felt like there were missing something. The Eureka American burger was solid, cooked as requested, and just a tasty no frills burger with decent fries. The star of the show were the Fried Pickles! Holy moly, these were perfect; crunchy well seasoned batter that held up nicely, and a flavorful pickle chip inside with a brine-y punch. Rarely do you get fried pickles that stay together (the pickles love to slide out and leave you with just a batter shell in your hand and a mouth full of pickle), but their batter stayed put and stayed crunchy. These will always be something we order! We finally ended our marathon visit with the Bourbon Barrel Cake which was decadent without being overly sweet, and paired fantastic with The Bruery's Black Tuesday that was on draft. I will say, despite stellar service, nice ambiance, and tasty food, it felt like a long wait for each food item considering how few guests were there. I didn't want to dock a star, but over 15 min for an order of fried pickles, with only two other parties in the restaurant, seemed a little excessive. At least the beers were reasonably priced during happy hour, but something I hope is improved before our next visit. Overall, I feel like this is a good value for happy hour, food quality is great, and feels very hip compared to any other restaurant close by. Certainly a good happy hour hang that we are adding to the rotation.

This was the best evening. Derek, our bartender made me a special drink. I just told him the flavors that I was searching for, and he made me this peach concoction with all different types of bitters and a smooth Buffalo Trace whisky! So delicious!!!

We knew eureka was at downtown and it finally made its way to Henderson. Looking at popular dishes at the places I try on Yelp is very helpful to narrow down my decision.. Im not sure how long this place had opened, but I found it little disappointing on the dish that I had wanted to know what it looked like- there was no pictures. We were here on a Saturday night around 7, seated right away. Started with cocktails: eureka sour & campfire. Both were great! Shared sticky pork belly bites. FIRE!! It was so good we ordered another one. Entrées: spicy chicken sandwich with side of French fries. Their coleslaw is not your typical one. Which honestly it was waaaay better. We saved best for last, their dessert!! I'm not usually a fan of caramel sauce - but this was certainly an exception. The cake was warm/soft, the pecans were nicely cooked, and the ice cream was delicious. Small space inside with spacious tables and outdoor area.

Stopped for dinner mid-week, pretty quiet so we were allowed our choice of seating. We picked the patio of course. Crispy Brussels sprouts were amazing! Highly recommend. Wish the serving was a tad bit larger. The three of us each would have liked a few more. Server was friendly and kept an eye on the table without bothering us. Napa chicken sandwich had great flavor and came with fries. Fish tacos were also good but came with fries by default. You have to pay a $3 upcharge to get street corn with them. The grilled cheese with tomato soup came with a lot of tomatoes on the sandwich. My daughter had to take most of them out so she wasn't overwhelmed with tomato flavor! Overall a good experience. We were here earlier in the summer and also had a good experience.

First time here and I loved the interior style of the place. Sierra took care of a party of 13 and did a wonderful job. Sierra recommended the 28 day dry aged bone marrow burger and it was magical! Then we upgraded to truffle cheese fries and that was magical. She suggested the sticky pork belly bites and they were also magical. Everything we ordered was very good. I'm glad a new restaurant opened on St Rose, we now have a bunch of good food places. Thank you Sierra and Eureka!

It somehow took about 15 minutes for the drinks. Once we got our order in, the food didn't take very long and it is delicious ... but they made a change since the last time we were here in all of our previous visits. The lobster tail was about half the size that it used to be. You can see the pictures compared to my previous post. Though, as I said, it still had good flavor. This was the first time we visited this rustic house, maybe the smaller lobster is only here? I will go back to one of the other ones and see if it was just an anomaly or how the future is going to be.

The atmosphere was chill, the place was clean and comfortable, and they had all the games on, which made it perfect for a game night hangout. We arrived during happy hour, and their menu had some great deals. I ordered a French 75 (which was delicious), one friend had a glass of Merlot, and another went for a beer. We also ordered a few appetizers, and the standout by far were the buffalo chicken egg rolls are SO good! If you stop in, definitely give those a try. Service was also a highlight. We had two servers during our visit. Our first server was awesome and super attentive and friendly. He let us know he was heading out for the night, so we made sure to close out with him and leave a well-deserved tip. Our second server was equally great and she recommended some fun shots (we went with green tea shots) and had a great energy. We even had a fun little conversation with her that added to the night. It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Although this place has an active bar with poker machines, there was no hint of cigarette smoke when we were there which was a huge plus. The food was good, not great but the overall dining experience was nice. Everything as tasty, and I liked the garlic bread which was pretty basic. My hubby said that the ribs are better at Ellis island, but he ate them all. The hanger steak was a bit chewy but it's not filet mignon right? The ambiance of this little place was intimate and had better quality ingredients in the dishes than other bar/ video poker places use. The service was fairly good and the bar did not skimp on the whisky in my whiskey sour. The place is a quiet alternative to the village pubs in the vicinity and offers up some really good dishes that are easy on the wallet, especially on Tuesdays. We definitely will be back to try other items on the menu.

While it was a little busy when we arrived we were seated quickly, by 2:45 we had our drinks and place our order, this was the prompt service that we have received in the past. In about 30 minutes my salad had not arrived and I realized that the room was full of people but no food was coming out of the kitchen. The service staff were walking around but nobody was bringing food to the table. I finally asked by the busboy to get our waitress, when she arrived she appeared nervous, saying that it was busier than expected, and would I like a salad, I reminded her that I order one, so yes. By 3:30 a couple of table in our dining room received their order, but I still had no salad or no communication on when we might expect our order. I felt sorry for the busboy because he had to keep coming to the tables to fill water glasses. By 3:45 my wife and I decided to give them 10 minutes, when we got up to leave the manager suddenly came to the table and apologized for the wait, he said that there were no other open restaurants in the area. That was a lie because I had check out the local restaurants before I made the reservation. He offered to bring me a salad, I shared that I ordered a salad twice and it never arrived, so don't bother. Before I left I told him that he was responsible for not having a plan for this situation, he needed to be honest, and he put his staff in a bad spot and leaving customers frustrated. We left. I have worked as a cook and head cook for over 10 years and know things can go terribly wrong in the kitchen; cooks get injured, cooks not showing up for the shift, equipment breaking down, and running out of prepared foods. I can deal with any good reason for delays in an order, but its the manager's responsibility to communicate with the customer about the problem in a timely manner. We will go back to Black Mountain because every business screws up; but I hope a different manager is there.
