I had really high expectations for The Stove Las Vegas, but unfortunately our experience was one disappointment after another. We reserved the private room in the back to celebrate a birthday, expecting the same fun, energetic atmosphere that The Stove Las Vegas is known for. Instead, it felt like we were completely forgotten. Our food took over two hours to come out because we were told the printer in the back wasn't working. Throughout, we kept hearing different explanations for the delays. At one point, our server even mentioned that she was serving six tables. While I understand that unexpected issues happen, those are internal operational challenges. As guests celebrating a special occasion, we expected solutions and proactive communication--not a series of reasons why things weren't going well. When my food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. I ordered the Hangover Heaven Burger, and it was extremely dry and sloppily assembled. The fries were also a much smaller portion than expected. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching the main dining room. Guests out there were enjoying the full party atmosphere--birthday signs, tequila shots, music, and staff celebrating with them. In our private room, none of that happened. The birthday girl wasn't acknowledged at all. No sign, no tequila shots, and no birthday celebration despite booking the private room for that very purpose. We also were never informed when booking that the private room required a $500 room rental fee or that there was a minimum food and beverage spend. Those are important details that should be communicated upfront before guests commit to hosting an event. To make matters worse, the private room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the evening, making an already frustrating experience even less enjoyable. Overall, what should have been a memorable birthday celebration turned into a disappointing evening. Between the two-hour wait for food, poor food quality, lack of communication, hidden room costs, uncomfortable environment, and the complete lack of birthday recognition, I cannot recommend The Stove Las Vegas for private events. There are too many restaurants in Las Vegas that provide better communication, better hospitality, and a much better experience for celebrating life's special moments. read more

Bland, undercooked food and slow service. Restaurant opens at 0800, walked in to an empty restaurant at 0819, wasn't seated until 0825 because no staff was in the front of the house. Server was nice although slow to provide service. Ordered the hangover heaven burger, asked for well done burger. Server asked if sunny side up egg on burger was acceptable, I replied yes. Significant other ordered the country fried steak and eggs, requested over easy eggs. At this time one other couple was in the establishment as well. Server was slow to provide refills of water and water glasses were overfilled with ice. Food was delivered and I immediately noticed my "sunny side up" egg was still raw from the uncooked translucent snooty egg whites running down the side of the burger. I'm not one to send food back, so I just scrapped the uncooked egg off the burger and onto my plate. Took me three tries to pick up my burger without it falling apart on me, at which point the bun was starting to disintegrate from the extra liquid running off the burger. My burger was well cooked as requested and not greasy, which I can appreciate. Significant others eggs: one over fried almost burnt, the other in a similar raw shape as mine. Country fried steak breading was overly salty and the country gravy was bland. We are not the types to return food even though the thought had crossed our mind. We ate what we felt was edible and politely waited for the check. My significant other has been to this establishment numerous times before, although not recently, and had greatly enjoyed their food, hence why he recommended it. It's possible this is a one off or a different cook, but from this experience I would not revisit this establishment again. read more

Disappointing Mother's Day Experience, Especially for Accessibility and Service We had a 1:00 PM Mother's Day reservation and arrived about 15 minutes early. Right away, things started off poorly. There wasn't enough room to accommodate a wheelchair, so I had to rely on my cane instead. For a restaurant this busy, especially on a holiday, accessibility and spacing should be better considered. We were initially seated in the middle of a packed dining area surrounded by tables on all sides. The noise level was overwhelming. The room echoed badly, and the atmosphere was filled with loud, obnoxious customers yelling over each other. Within about five minutes, our ears were literally ringing from the noise. To their credit, after we asked the hostess if there was somewhere quieter due to the noise and mobility issues, they moved us into a back room. That part was much better since we were the only people in there. Unfortunately, the service completely fell apart after that. Our waitress came over fairly quickly after we were reseated and took our order. Since it was our first time visiting, we ordered a variety of dishes because we were genuinely excited to try the restaurant. She brought a glass bottle of water that was only enough to fill our glasses once. Then we waited. An hour and fifteen minutes passed with absolutely no food, no check-ins, no updates, and no water refill. We eventually had to flag the waitress down ourselves just to ask for more water and find out what was happening with our order. She took the empty water bottle and told us she would check on the food. She never came back. No water. No update. Nothing. After another 15 minutes of waiting, we finally got up and left. So after an hour and a half at The Stove NV on Mother's Day, all we received was one glass of water and complete neglect from the staff. No follow-up, no communication, and no attempt to make things right. Very disappointing experience, especially for what was supposed to be a special family outing. read more

So we found this place by accident just browsing through good breakfast joints in Henderson. It was almost 8:00 (the time they open), so we decided to hit them up. I am so glad we did! Located way up on Eastern avenue, this place is tucked away and a shopping center, you might miss it if you weren't looking up. Up. But if you did, you would see their sign and knew that you were at the right place! If you didn't walk up the flight of stairs, you could absolutely have taken the elevator. Either way it is worth the travel! The moment you walk into this place, it is such a warm and inviting environment. Super friendly staffers are quick to greet you and take you to your seat. Don't be afraid to look around as you're walking, because there are some very cool things to see. Our table had a great view of the strip, as well as the rest of the restaurant. Plenty of seating, and large tables for bigger parties. Not to mention a full size bar. This place is female owned and operated, and has such a great vibe to it. Before you eat, you definitely want to walk around and check the place out. They have a dedicated selfie room, a wall covered in Playboy magazine covers, unique furniture, and very tasteful design elements. Honestly, this place is a real treat before you even get to the food. Speaking of the food, I had The hangover Burger which was absolutely amazing. It was a thick hamburger patty with bacon (extra charge), , a fried egg, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and french fries. French fries. My girlfriend had the crab Benedict which was phenomenal. The only slight that I can find with our breakfast was the coffee was not strong enough. Our server assured me that this is not always the case, that they had gotten a mid-grade roast instead of the full full roast they normally have. I'm looking forward to going back and trying it again. Speaking of our server, Evi was such a delight, ready to offer suggestions and really make you feel like you were at home. This spot is actually far from me, but when I am in Henderson, this is a long-standing brunch place that I appreciate the food quality and of course they're unlimited mimosas they give you a little bit of juice just for the vibes which I truly appreciate as well. The staff and service is quick friendly and they are upbeat and they are down for whatever party or celebration you guys have. We had a large party. Some of them are coming from other states which is also great to bring friends and large groups for. We were accommodated in the long table in the middle. I really wanted to love this place, especially because I brought my best friend and her family here for a birthday breakfast before they headed back to Bakersfield. I made the reservation that morning and had to adjust the time a couple of times, and they were very accommodating over the phone, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience once we arrived was completely different. We were seated and ordered drinks right away, but things quickly went downhill. One of the kids accidentally spilled their drink, and while we tried to clean it ourselves with the napkins we had, we were never given extra napkins and the floor stayed sticky and uncleaned for the entire meal. No one ever came back to properly take care of it. Service was the biggest issue. Our server was extremely inattentive. She rarely came to the table, didn't check in, didn't make eye contact, and never asked if we needed anything. Not even basics like napkins, condiments, or refills. I ordered a drink at the beginning and was only offered another one at 12:32 when I was already finishing my meal. Our food took about 40 minutes. I normally don't mind a wait if everything else makes up for it, but it didn't. Plates came out at different times instead of together, and we were missing utensils at one point. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us received their food much faster, which was frustrating. The food itself was disappointing. My son's steak and eggs came with potatoes that were drenched in oil, and the steak wasn't great. I ordered chilaquiles with steak. The steak was good, eggs were fine, beans were standard, but the tortilla chips were not good at all, which is surprising for a dish like that. The only bright spot was another staff member, possibly a busser wearing a black shirt, who was kind and attentive and even brought crayons for the kids. I really wish she had been our server. We were also automatically charged gratuity. I usually tip well, so that wasn't the issue. The issue was the level of service we received. What made this most disappointing is that this was meant to be a special birthday moment, and I left feeling like I chose the wrong place for people I care about. I came here for a friend's birthday celebration and it was such a cute spot. They have an amazing outdoor view and a small balcony area that can accommodate 2 different groups with seating. The interior was pretty nice with a spacious inside section, areas for photo opps with a ring light and a tub filled with rubber balls. Our area was sectioned off and had a festive St. Patty's theme. It was so fun and bright and with the music it almost seemed like a daytime party (sans dancing). The menu had so many mouthwatering options but I opted for the empanadas since they sounded so good. It was a trio of empanadas with birria consomme, and cilantro. Honestly, the food was delicious and crispy and tasty with a nice sprinkling of cheese and cream cheese drizzled on the top. The taste was phenomenal. Unfortunately, when I ordered the empanadas it took close to an hour to be delivered to my table. I ordered with one of the servers and then ended up switching tables. I made sure to communicate with them that we did switch tables but still wanted the oder. We waited a bit but then asked again (when some of the staff was bussing the tables close to us). The staff checked and checked and finally ended up bringing my order out (nice, hot, and freshly prepared). The staff took care of the tab--they added a 15% charge on top of the regular fee since it was an auto gratuity added to each bill. I liked the spot for the cute decor worthy of social media posts. The food had a nice presentation and was tasty too. The only issue I had was with the almost 1 hour long time that I had to wait on 3 empanadas (they brought a plate of 4 when they finally gave me my order). The staff was very apologetic and also promised to take care of the cost, since I had to wait for so so long. I liked the vibe and the food selection at this location. I moved farther away so didn't get to frequent much but I recently came back for a birthday brunch. And the service was mediocre. I subbed french toast for a waffle but My waffle came out cold, the syrup was cold, the "peach compote" was just 3 cold canned peach slices and I didn't enjoy my meal. They offered to make me another waffle and I asked for warmer syrup and was told they didn't have a way to warm it. I sent everything back. We had a really good server at the bar and the drinks were outstanding! The food was not bad, but unfortunately the chicken fried steak, while ok, didn't come with eggs. First time I've run into a chicken fried steak without eggs (this was an extra $6 up charge) for breakfast, or without say mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner. I didn't know this was a brunch party type of vibe before going. As soon as you walk in you notice the restaurant is decorated with very instagramable decor so it makes for cute photo ops. I came as a group of 3 and was sat next to 2 very large groups that were loud. Once seated someone brought us water and another server came over to get our drinks ordered while our server was helping one of the groups. We sat for a while before our actual server came and took our food order. The manager noticed and offered us a free glass of champagne which was a nice gesture. The steak I ordered came out way overcooked and I had to send it back. When I did receive my new steak, it lacked flavor and the sides were cold. My group was not impressed with their food either. But we came to drink . And the champagne bottles just keep coming. The service is amazing. Then the "SHOTS GUY" got to our table. They have you open your mouth. And hold up your hand when you don't want anymore. Then they spray champagne into your mouth. Super fun, great for a fun group. The price is very reasonable for every thing included. I've visited three times, and my previous experiences were great but unfortunately, this last visit was disappointing. It was clear they were short-staffed, and instead of supporting the team, the owner seemed to be focused on mingling with guests rather than helping where it was needed. This felt like a management issue. We had a reservation at 12:00 PM but weren't seated until about 30 minutes later. Our order was taken right away once we sat down, yet it took 40 minutes just to receive our coffee. There were also no utensils set at the table. I want to emphasize that I don't blame our waitress,she was clearly doing her best and running all over trying to keep up. However, the overall experience suffered due to a lack of support and organization. After we mentioned to the manager that the water tasted off, she never returned with a replacement. A nearby table also raised the same concern, and she attributed it to the dishwasher. The food, however, was quite good overall. My eggs were supposed to be over medium but came out scrambled instead. On a positive note, the tableside pancakes were delicious. After all this we probably won't be returning. read more

We went to the stove last Friday for my friends birthday and unfortunately has a less than pleasant experience. One of my friends ordered the chilaquiles, and when the dish was brought out it was missing numerous ingredients such as the beans and pickles onions. When she asked the server about it the server told us the kitchen was closed. This was at 2:40, when the restaurant closed at 3 and the server never mentioned last call and we had been there over an hour (and only had a group of 4). The waitress had an attitude and did not offer suggestions on how to fix her dish. They did end up bringing her a side of chicken, but did not remove the dish from our bill. There was a 21% automatic gratuity included , which seems extremely high for a party of four, especially as they messed up our order. One of my friends paid on the handheld toast machine so there was nowhere written on the device that tip was included so she tipped extra and then the waitress brought the rest of us paper receipts and that is how we found out about the included tip. And my friend who paid on the toast asked if the tip was on hers the waitress was once again rude. I will not being going back as the service was less than acceptable and the food was nothing to brag about. All of the items on the menu were over $25 for breakfast. read more

I am so sad that I really wanted to love this place due to it being locally owned and women owned but unfortunately was disappointed. I came here for a special brunch with my cousin and had reservations. When we showed up we waited at the door for almost 10 minutes before someone finally came to greet us and then sit us down. The people in front of us told us they had been waiting for about 5 mins already when we arrived and there was no hostess at the front when you walked in. Hopefully this was just an off day and they were short staffed. We did their bottomless mimosas which were a great deal of a Friday. I ordered the steak (medium rare) and eggs and my cousin got the chilaquiles. When I got my steak it was cooked well and was almost a little too rubbery chewy for my liking and the potatoes that came with it packed seasoning so I was a bit unimpressed with that dish. The chilaquiles were also pretty disappointing they looked sad lacking sauce and also soggy and no crunch to them the sauce also was missing flavor. It looked like they used enchilada sauce for the chilaquiles and it just was not good. Maybe these aren't their specialty and this was an unfortunate choice on our end but I would not order either again. I was looking forward to the DJ because on their website it said they have a DJ every Friday and Saturday starting at 11 am and there was no DJ and just the music playing in the background which ended up being fine but still it was something advertised that they didn't have. If you're looking for bottomless mimosas this would be a good spot for a good price on Fridays for their freaky Friday special of 2 for 1. As for food I'm not sure this is your best option if you're a foodie but also maybe trying something different than what we chose might be better!? read more

I gave this restaurant the opportunity to address my concerns privately through their contact page over two weeks ago, but I never received a response, so I'm sharing my experience here instead. This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The experience started before we were even seated. When we arrived, there was a large party of around 14 people waiting. The employee cleaning tables also appeared to be acting as the hostess, and no one came over to acknowledge us or even ask how many were in our party. We waited around 30 minutes while the staff focused on preparing tables for the large group. The frustrating part was that there were at least two smaller tables available that could have easily seated the three of us if anyone had simply stopped to ask our party size. After the large group was seated, someone finally realized there were only three of us waiting and even apologized for making us wait so long. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve after we were seated. There were only three of us dining for brunch, yet an automatic gratuity was added because we were seated after 12:00 PM. I don't have an issue with tipping for good service, but the service we received made the automatic gratuity feel completely undeserved. Our drinks took a very long time. One person at our table eventually got up and got his own drink from the bar because we were being ignored. My potatoes arrived burnt and were barely edible. My soda cup had to be replaced twice. The first cup had black debris floating in the bottom, and the second had residue all around the rim. When I pointed it out, the server said it was probably Tajín from another drink, but it looked baked on and did not appear properly cleaned. I never drank the soda, although I do appreciate that it was removed from my bill. Throughout the meal, we continued to receive very little attention while the large party next to us received the majority of the staff's focus. I chose not to make a scene because I was meeting new people for brunch and didn't want to make the situation awkward for everyone. The automatic gratuity was the final frustration. I don't mind tipping, and I don't even mind automatic gratuity when the service justifies it. But requiring it after an experience like this left a very negative impression. After seeing a video on social media back in 2024 during a visit with family, we came to try their tableside preparation of their bananas foster French toast. That experience was fantastic. We moved to Vegas in January 2025 and thought that we could have a similar experience but their tableside service with the flame was not working. They said it was temporary. Today went back and it was not available either. They then recommended an alternative which my daughter ordered. By the time her plate arrived, the rest of the entire family was done eating. Horrible customer experience because of their lack of care for the customer. My $5 tip says it all. I will never go back. Instead I'm taking my kids to ihop because the experience is no longer there. read more

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was slow and inattentive, and it felt like staff were more focused on other tables than addressing our needs. The food took much longer than expected to arrive and was not served at an appropriate temperature. For the price, the quality did not meet expectations. Communication from the staff was minimal, and concerns that were brought up were not handled satisfactorily. The food was lacking to say the least. I har Chilaquiles and the chips tasted stale and cheap. There was little to no toppings. They charged an AFTER 12 gratuity fee which is asinine!!!!! AND it was 21%!!!!! If I didn't catch that on the receipt I might have tipped more!!!!! Wtf??? The service was okay but not 21% good. I can see why they had no wait while CraftKitchen up the street has an hour wait. Their mimosas were over priced and I will not be going back. I would not recommend this place for brunch. This place ruined Easter for my family and countless others. This was easily the worst dining experiences I've ever had. If this was my restaurant or place of employment, I'd be so ashamed and embarrassed. I called ahead with a simple question and no one answered--fine, things happen. But when we arrived (with a 1:30 reservation), the restaurant was only about a quarter full, yet there were already two parties waiting who had clearly been there a while. We then waited 20 minutes just to even see a hostess. When she finally showed up, I mentioned I had tried calling. She literally laughed and said, "Yeah, I don't answer the phone." That alone should've been our sign to leave. Instead, we were made to wait another 20 minutes while she slowly cleared and reset tables one item at a time--disappearing into the back for each individual place setting. It was honestly the slowest, most careless service I've ever seen. By the time we were finally seated, it was after 2 PM, and we were told we wouldn't have enough time to fully enjoy bottomless mimosas (which was one of the main reasons we came). Our server did offer a discount, which I appreciated, but at that point the experience was already going downhill fast. We ordered quickly since they were closing at 3, and then waited over an hour for food. During that time, we could see plates (ours included) sitting in the window and then being taken to the back. At one point, we looked into the back area and saw tables full of "dead" food that had been messed up. The kitchen is open, so we also witnessed arguments between staff--chefs, servers, runners--just total chaos and completely unprofessional. Meanwhile, none of the surrounding tables were being cleared, so we were sitting in a dirty dining room surrounded by dishes and uneaten food. At multiple points, we were ready to leave. We eventually asked to cancel our order, and suddenly we were told the food was ready. When it came out, it was just as disappointing: * My mom was given freezer-burned tater tots instead of house potatoes (no warning, no substitution approval) * My bacon never came, but I was still charged for it * My toast was burnt on one side and flipped over to hide it * My husband's burger was completely overcooked * The table next to us had to send back all five of their meals because everything was wrong The only decent item was the eggs Benedict. At that point, everyone around us was talking about how bad the experience was. We all agreed--we will never be back. The only positive was our server, who was kind and clearly doing her best in a completely dysfunctional environment. She deserves to work somewhere much better than this. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly just a mess. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more
