SO GOOD!! This was my first experience with Korean soft scrambled sandwiches and now I will need to have this every time I'm in LA. I got the ham and cheese, with added avocado as well as the tots. The serving sizes were huge. The bread was super soft and buttery, and the sandwich itself was FULLY loaded, to the point where is was very difficult to eat and I just used a fork to eat most of the egg on top. The price for the quality and amount of food you get is very fair. Not much seating inside, and also no restroom available for customers. I ordered their breakfast burrito, which appeared to contain Korean steak. I also decided to add Soyrizo to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they serve Soyrizo, but unfortunately, the meat was quite unpleasant. I'm confused about whether this place is vegetarian or not. The burrito also came with caramelized onions, which made the eggs and the burrito as a whole taste very sweet. It wasn't what I was expecting. The fresh chives they put on top is more for aesthetics than for flavor. I never feel gross or heavy after eating their sandwiches. As for service, it takes about 10-15 minutes for them to make your order. You order at the kiosk or you can also order in-person with the staff. There are a few tables inside where you can eat at, but I think most people do take-out. If you take-out, they put your sandwich in a cardboard box and cover the top with a film so the previous eggy-goodness doesn't fall out. So I wanted some breakfast that was close by where I reside and I've heard about Egg Tuck from coworkers, so I gave it a shot today. As I entered the restaurant the aroma of the eggs, meats cooking grabbed my attention and had me curious what to try, I had their Spicy Royal West Sandwich and it was a hit. The sandwich with its fillings of Spicy Korean beef patty, melted Cheddar, veggies and over medium egg was fantastic as well being flavorful with the Sauces inside. Also with that I had their small order of Tater tots that were very crunchy. The sandwich itself was very fulfilling and had me stuffed! I do not take evaluating breakfast sandwiches lightly, coming from New York, where we have the best (arguably the only) true breakfast sandys. This is the ONLY spot I've found to not only be worth getting a breakfast sandwich from when outside of NY, but actually is the best and I seek out actively to get whenever I can. The savory bread, the incredible egg sauce, and of course the fluffiest most flavorful eggs. I wish I could have this with me everywhere I went. This is truly a secret receipt worth getting every time. My hack: get the avo egg and add bacon. I ended up having that and also a regular bacon egg. Yes I had two because they're that good. Not necessarily sit down places but the most clutch thing to uber eats or door dash. You're getting it for the food and because it's delicious; everything else is irrelevant. Worth the wait. IMO Egg Tuck probably has the best breakfast sandwiches. I love the toasted fluffy bread with eggs and whatever you order such as ham and cheese or bacon. It is just so good and I love putting a little ketchup and hot sauce on it. I had the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich, and my partner had the bacon sandwich. We loved the sandwiches. The guys working behind the counter were very nice and as before, on a previous visit, the place felt clean. My only complaint is that they serve breakfast sandwiches, and they don't serve hot coffee. They have iced coffee and a variety of other drinks but when I have breakfast, I want a hot cup of Joe. I loved how they toasted the bread, and it's just so fluttery with the butter taste. The tater tots that came on the side was also delicious. Broken record warming - Why can't Yelp allow 1/2 stars?!? I wish I could give this place 4.5 stars. I got the Original, which has chives, siracha aioli, egg sauce on brioche. Very good!! Only thing better is if the chives were mixed in somehow because you get them with first couple of bites but there are none except on top. Maybe put some in the brioche pocket before putting in eggs? I also got the iced chai churro latte. Very yummy! Wife got the sweet matcha latte. Cathie wished they had an option to cut the sugar level because it is pretty sweet. I'll try to keep the egg-puns under controlled in this review . In summary, I ordered the Avo Egg sandwich, friendly staff took my name, and in about 6 minutes my sando was ready! Took it home nicely packaged and enjoyed it semi cold so I suggest you eat it ASAP. The soft egg was just perfectly salted, the size and thickness of the sandwich is generous, except once you get to the bottom there will be about an inch of just bread left over. They cut it in such a way, leaving an inch uncut so that the soft egg does not spill out. Overall a tasty egg sandwich. I had visited their Ktown location many years ago but I've seen them expanding all over LA. This time I visited their new La Cienega location for their Grand Opening! For their first 100 customers, they were offering $1 egg sandos or burritos. My experience trying to get to this location was not great. Take patience to find parking. The cross streets of La Cienega and Jefferson is super busy during the morning commute and probably afternoon commute as well. I ended up finding street parking a block away but they do have a small parking lot shared with other businesses. Minus 1 point for the location. Great if you're walking by, walking to or from the Metro, but if you're driving here take patience. The ambience is like a fast casual food establishment with limited seating and with a view of the kitchen of the staff hustling those orders out. Congrats on your new location! read more

What a great addition to the Culver City East area! Beyond eggcellent! I ended up ordering their most famous sandwich, the bacon and cheese. Thankfully, I did order the srichaha mix sauce on the side, which, despite my latin descent, I don't deal well with heat. You come to Eggtuck for the eggs, but you end up staying for that soft, delicious toast bread. It reminded my old self of that lovely bread from Sizzler, crunchy outside and soft buttery inside. It was perfect. Really excited to try out the breakfast burrito soon, as well as the tots (I used to run a website called pennyforyourtots, long since long). That said, I'm excited to have a great breakfast burrito in this part of town. Service was on point and the guy working there was really, really nice, which you don't really get that much nowadays. So this is a new location right down the street from me so I decided to give this spot a try. First impression when walking in is very clean and very great service was greeted by the lady behind the register and I'm assuming the boss on the chair doing some computer work. Ordering is very simple they have a touch screen which has everything with a picture and makes the ordering process fast and easy. I ordered two things the fluffy egg tater tots and the spicy royal burrito. I must say the burrito was a little small but full of so much flavor it was amazing it left me wanting more so I hope they make them bigger because I can't be buying two of them. The taters were great as well but definitely too much food for one person. At the end I ordered a sweet iced matcha which was ok a little too milky not enough matcha. In total for all 3 things I spent about 30$ which is a little bit on the expensive side. This would have to be a treat for me not a regular breakfast spot for me Still giving it 5 stars because the food and service were great and nowadays everything is expensive. I am a huge egg tuck fan after having gone to the other locations. This brand-new location, however, still needs some fine-tuning with its food which is why I'm giving 4/5 instead of 5/5. I ordered the classic egg sandwich and egg tater tots. First, the eggs in the sandwich weren't as fluffy/full as you can see in the picture. But aside from appearance I felt like the eggs in both the sandwich and tots were too saucy compared to the same items I've had at other egg tuck locations. As a result, both items tasted a little too salty bc of the higher sauce to egg ratio (at least this is what I perceived it to be).
