Scammers. Dropped my plow off in April/May to be serviced for the season for the 2025 season, my…read moreconcerns about there being wiring issues on either the plow itself or the truck that is used to plow were brought up upon arrival and discussed. The girl at the counter (assuming owner daughter) expressed that it sounded like it was just the plow and that the truck didn't need to be left. So I listened to the recommended professional opinion and left my plow to be service. Come October 15 I was notified that the plow was ready to be picked up, the charge came to $313.60.. fair enough. Owner helped get the plow attached to the truck and was very adamant that the plow was totally ready to go for the 2025/2026 winter season. Come December 2nd 2025 the first storm of the year arrived, not even 1 plowing job was able to be completed without the same problem that was occurring the previous year, plow not responding, stuck in the down position... unfortunately come morning December 3rd the plow had absolutely no power to it. Had to drive the truck back to Lee Fisher Plows with the blade down.... For them to tell us the trucks wiring is complete shot. $1,277.15 later the truck and plow are back and running. I understand business; time and material cost. Just comes off scammy. Maybe I should have been more assertive with them looking at the truck as well. Just feel like the original $313.60 could have been taken off the $1,277.15 since the original charge didn't fix anything. Be careful if you bring your equipment here. Unfortunately there aren't many plow repair or maintenance options available in this area.

Keep your driveway clear by getting snow and ice control equipment from Fisher Plows Of Lee, NH. We carry snow plows and salt spreaders of all kinds, so you can find one that's a perfect fit for your vehicle. Don't try to tackle a snow removal job with only a shovel-stock up on the snow and ice control equipment you need to weather the winter safely.

And then I had difficulty installing it so I called and asked for any tips. They told me I could stop by, and when I got there, they did it for me within 2 minutes. I was so grateful! The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

So where to begin on this gem of an auto-shop? Well I went in because my alternator had began to…read morefail and was draining my battery causing my car not to start and to turn off electrical power while the car was running. I decided I would ask them to test the alternator because I heard that they do that, even though I was 95% sure the alternator was bad. So to make a long story short the Older gentleman was giving me a hard time about the test saying that if the battery isn't good then they can't test the alternator. I explained to him that I just replaced the battery, but with the alternator being bad while driving the battery has been drained and may have a lower than normal voltage. He didn't seem to understand this. So I asked him well if I shut off the car and it doesn't start can you jump me? He then told me they can't test the alternator blah blah. Anyway, they sell me the wrong alternator which I didn't realize until I had removed the powersteering pump and was elbows deep into my engine bay trying to get the alternator out when I realized the plug on the alternator in the car was on the front and not on the side like the new one. Great freaking wonderful I thought to myself. So I call them ready to make heads roll, and they tell me that the 2005 civic is a split year and that they had no way of knowing that when they sold me the alternator. I thought to myself wait a minute you just freaking told me that I didn't know that so you could have known that. Jeez clown. So I shake my head and ask how much? It is twice as much, and I can't afford it. Great! So I go to return the old one. Another hassle, I paid for it with a prepaid credit card that I received as a gift which was pretty much all the money I had, but was worth it to fix my car. And the lady tells me if I don't have the card she can't return my money what the F**k are you serious? So after digging in the trash can and finding the card I hand it to her and she refunds my money onto the card which is now a pending transaction which I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back. NOT HAPPY!!! Go to Advance, O'Reilly's or the junk yard. DO NOT GO to this place. This place is full of a bunch of people who act like they know what they are talking about and they're customer service skills are atrocious. You should have given me the refund in cash. Oh you can't it's called open the register and give me the money back for my purchase Courtney.
