I was here march 14th around 5:30pm, I was the second person in the drive thru and it took 20 min. Once I got home I opened our 3 sandwiches to find them all wrong, grinder had cheese (dairy allergy), ham sandwich I paid for provolone instead of Swiss and plain (had no cheese and mayo), kids sandwich had literally 1 piece of salami on it. I called (live 25 min away) and was told they cannot refund me over the phone so they'd "write my name on a list to come in to have it remade or refunded". Gave them my check number too. Came in on March 21 to have my order remade and they could not find my name on this supposed list. I gave them 2 stars because the did honor and remade my order. Been loving Eegee's since they were in Tucson then Casa Grande. Worth the road trip to get my fix with my bestie. Once they moved up here, I had a location by me but he didn't. When this location was built, he had one near him as well - hooray! Always fast, friendly, and a great tasting Eegee's at this location. I grew up in Tucson so I have been very aware of Eegee's over the years. Although I no longer live in Arizona, I was visiting with a friend and just had to stop by for lunch. This location was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the older gentlemen who took our order inside at the window just couldn't have been friendlier nor more helpful. Our turkey and provolone subs, fries (with the required ranch dressing for dunking), and the Eegee's fruit slushies were all prepared exactly as we had ordered and tasted delicious. My brother accidentally placed a catering order on the wrong day, an earlier than pick up date meaning that they made these sandwiches and no one was there to pick them up about a week before. Can find a better sandwich literally anywhere, even Subway would be preferable to this. I was really excited to have a college-reminiscent Eegees when I found out we had one in the Phoenix area. I purchased two standby classics - a Strawberry and Lemon Eegees. Both were alright......they were cold, sweet, and the flavor was there. But it just wasn't the same. The fruit pieces in the Strawberry slush were really tiny and there weren't many of them. Absolutely atrocious and disrespectful customer service. I've never been so upset with a drive thru order. We made and online order for pickup and they weren't open on the lobby so we went through the drive thru... it took more than 20mins to get our order I understand being busy but the next part. The audacity... We get to the window and the girl running the window tries to hand us a single drink and says have a good night... we stopped and said uhh we have a online pickup actually. She then proceeded to hand us ONLY our two sandwiches and said have a good night... we order two sandwiches, two drinks one large and one small, and a medium fry with Buffalo ranch. I've never heard of this place before, so I wanted to check it out. I placed an order for pickup and that was simple enough to do. Hubby had no issues picking it up. I had a grinder, fried and an eegee. I need to ask what is the difference between a sub and grinder? I'm from Philly originally and a grinder there is running it through the oven so the bread is crisp. Mine was basically sub here not a grinder. So what's the difference? The eegee I had pina colada was way too sweet for my tastes so I didn't finish it. It reminded me of a 7-11 slurpie. Fries were ok. Not a fan. Oh well... read more

Went on the second day it was open. Restaurant was about half full and the drive-thru was about the same as far as cars. What up our food and drink and 25 minutes later come to find out they lost our order in them machine. It was a glitch and it was a second day they were open so you know not going to get all hot in the collar about it. Also, they gave us two free cookies for our weight and trouble. The sub was really good especially the bread and I got a strawberry eegees with soda and the Fizz was really awesome. I'm looking forward to going back here again when things of course get a little more stable in a few weeks but in the meantime it's good to have that and canes on Bell Road as our new eateries. I love Eegee's. I lived in Tucson for 5 years and ate there regularly. I also just sat at the drivethrough menu for 25 minutes and they never took my order. It's St. Patrick's day, so I just wanted a Lucky Lime. I pulled up a little bit before noon on my lunch break and waited in the line. The car ahead of me ordered pulled forward, so then I pulled up. And sat there waiting... A line formed behind me. Several cars pulled up and left as we all just waited there. 2 days ago I came here and waited for about 5 minutes before driving up to the first window and asking if I was supposed to order there, and the girl working said "Oh were you waiting at the drivethough? I'm so sorry!" So this time around, I just became curious to see how long I would have to wait or how long of a line would have to form before they would notice us at the drivethrough. Eventually after 12:20 I left because I needed to get back to work. I think I waited about 25 minutes in total. The longest the line got was 4 cars, but I think 8 cars drove up total while I was there. They all (except the dude behind me who stayed the whole time I waited as well) just kept leaving after a few minutes of waiting. It's weird because this has never happened to us when we come here for dinner. We pull up and they ask for our order right away. read more

I've gotten the raspberry lemonade eegee 3 times now, the first two times were great, flavors very bold that had me coming back for more. On this third time I noticed something was off with my icee. Some of it wouldn't melt in my mouth and I would spit out these little slimy gooey pieces.
