Improper hitch placement -- The hitch installed on my Santa Fe sits about 6 inches back from the bumper edge, creating avoidable functional issues. Unsafe recommendation -- Their only solution was to "buy a longer adapter," even though my hatch does clear my trailer stands by only ~¾", this means the handle will inevitably hit the hatch. I won't be back and I cannot recommend this business

After telling Shane my situation, he said let's go look at your cover. Within 10 minutes, Shane showed me a different process of placing the cover on, and it fit perfectly! Shane then looked at my soft top window and 15 minutes later had it installed. It was so refreshing to have a local business owner provide the necessary assistance, and he would not take a dime from me. I will say, when I am looking for a wave runner, I will look and purchase only from Cope Marine! Thank you, Shane! John P

They claimed a lifetime warranty on their tint but still wanted a "security deposit" to replace it after arguing back and forth with me. A couple years later, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to help me with an audio issue. They charged me $105 for 35 minutes of "labor" and told me my subs were blown and that they needed to redo my whole sound system (Upwards of $600). I told them no thanks so they just threw my subs back in the backseat without rewiring them and also stripped a screw on my amp. The car was drivable, but the hood, finder, lights and entire front was smashed and mangled. I took the car to Kelso for repair and they did an amazing job! Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. When the employees of that business display a caring and kind-hearted attitude towards their customers, that's good enough to win a customer for life, I would trust any and all my vehicles to Kelso and highly recommend them for anyone considering bodywork!
