It looked like it just came off the showroom floor and for a 20 year old vehicle, that is no easy task. The final bill was right on with the initial estimate. I wasn't disappointed. Their website promotes hail damage repair and free estimates, but when I arrived, the woman at the front desk was rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering helpful service or acknowledging the mix-up caused by their own online system, she doubled down with attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She incorrectly claimed I booked as "self-pay" (I didn't -- that wasn't even an option and even if it was she said they don't deal with that either), then told me they don't work with Geico. Why was my appointment even booked then? I took off work early for this appointment, only to be brushed off and told to try another branch. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Will not be returning to any of their branches.

Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. I was referred to Collision XS by a commercial auto body shop. It appears that the shops around here, have little to no experience in treating keyhole sized rust spots. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. Although, I had to wait a week, because Travis was inundated with hail repair appointments. Totally understandable. The time it took to remove, install, repair, and paint was a week. Not to shabby! The color match was exceptional. He matched the shine of the rest of the car, and for a car that is twenty five years old, it is pretty reflective. I have seen all too many cars on the road where the paint jobs look so obvious. Color is mismatched, and an orange peel effect. A total disgrace. I plan on taking my car in once again. After twenty five years, it is time to have my rear bumper refinished.

I took my car to two other shops for estimates before getting a referral to Moreland Auto Body. The estimate I received from Mr. Moreland was significantly lower than the other shops and included replacing the plastic around the fog light. Mr. Moreland was wonderful to talk to and work with. He estimated the job might take 3.5 days, but he had it completed in 2 days. My car looks amazing, the work is flawless. I highly recommend him and his business to anyone needing auto body repairs
