Their website promotes hail damage repair and free estimates, but when I arrived, the woman at the front desk was rude from the moment I walked in. Instead of offering helpful service or acknowledging the mix-up caused by their own online system, she doubled down with attitude and acted like I was wasting her time. She incorrectly claimed I booked as "self-pay" (I didn't -- that wasn't even an option and even if it was she said they don't deal with that either), then told me they don't work with Geico. Why was my appointment even booked then? I took off work early for this appointment, only to be brushed off and told to try another branch. Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. Will not be returning to any of their branches.

From the get-go, Pam, Bruce, and Tammy were amazing. They kept us updated on what was going on with our vehicles and keeping us in the loop. They treated us respectfully every time we were in the shop or having communications with them. We ended up taking one of our vehicles back shortly after they completed these repairs to have them work on something completely separate from the storm damage because we were so happy with their work. Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. They completed the work, found out I don't have full coverage, and now are trying to hold me responsible for $2600 worth of work, when all I knew before I left my car with them was an estimate from my insurance for $863. Now they are holding my car charging me $35/day. Literally have gotten my car stolen from me, and it's goin on 2 months. I doordash too, the owner is not an affable guy to work with, nor is he a man with due diligence. Wants to get over on the little guy for a quick buck, then threatened with telling the judge about this, as if I was supposed to be scared of the court system just because I am a man of Color.
