Do not go there worse place in america the owner is rude they took my money for engine gasket…read morerebuild never did the work the act like I didn't give them any money they hire anyone that don't won't to work plus never gave me my money the owner told me to take it up with the guy that was go do the work they wrote me a fake receipt they kept my car for two months never ordered my parts and I gave him $500 just to give me to get started and we was going to go from there. The guy that was supposed to work never came to work text me saying his dad sick I have a 1987 Monte Carlo and they treated me like shit I never got all my money back when I showed the man the receipt he told me anyone could've wrote that they don't have any cameras outside or inside please please I'm begging you no one is not to go to the shop they will take your money and charge you for storage fees is so sad I'm from Chicago and I live in Granite city and I was willing to work with them and come up there and communicate with them with my vehicle out of them two months they never communicated with me. Something told me to just pop up there and just so happened he told on me. What going on with this vehicle I told him supposed to be a gasket rebuild all my parts i have told him whatever I didn't have and I need it let me know and we can go get it together. They never contact me. The guy that originally supposed to been fixing my car Aaron he lied to his boss and said that he can't get in contact with me like I said worst place in America and if I was you, I would never go there they need to be out of business very soon and it's OK cause lawyers will be involved on this one. I lost $740 110 and tow my car down 150 to tow back and I gave him $500 to get started and never seen my money back. I got Reese and everything that he said that's not his receipts showed it to him on the date that I came in on it and show him the text messages me talking to the guy. He still refused to get my money back told me to take it away first time I came out try to get my car. He told me this car owe him $1000 in storage fee then he told me I couldn't get it that day I gotta come Monday car was in the way they had the nerve to tell me that his car oil , 3000 and storage fee. The owner do not know how to run a business for future references go to a real mechanic because they hired anybody and they not real mechanics. I'm gonna make sure they suffer. They feel my pain. I wish I could post a text messages in the pictures and then got my car back and they had the nerve to have a little damage but we ain't gonna talk about that though. Let them tell it they didn't even know who vehicle was it? I came up that multiple times to get stuff after the car. I can go on and on and write a book about these people they just bad for business, who ever gave him close to two stars is lying as well, and the only way I met these people because I follow Aaron from Meineke, to his new shop he went to he claim Good luck with you guys vehicle and I'll never go to them. They need to be shut down for good.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Brandon/Top Notch...for multiple reasons. He…read moretinted my windows on my new car and not only did it take twice as long as he quoted me, but the job was done poorly in a few spots. The tint wasn't fit properly to the window so I had to take it back to get fixed, and again, it took over twice as long to do the work as I was told it would take. But that isn't even the worst of it....Brandon also apparently does various custom work to cars so I decided to have him black out my tail lights. He told me it would take him a little over an hour and he could do it when he fixed my tint. Four hours into the appointment I called him to see what was going on and why it was taking so long, at which time he told me the film they used "didn't look right" (defective apparently) so they took it off and he sent one of his guys into St. Louis to pick up some different film. Two hours later he calls me to tell me they can't do the job because all of the film is defective, but he'll order more and can do the job in a week. Six hours of my time, wasted. So I wait two weeks and never hear from him so I call him...repeatedly...he does not answer my calls OR call me back. I drive by his location fairly often so one day when I was driving by I saw him standing outside talking with a customer, so I pull into the parking lot and of course ask him why he's not returning my phone calls, and ask about the film. He proceeds to give me some runaround, saying that his phones have been down and he did not receive any of my messages. He also tells me that the film is back ordered and he should have it within the next week or so, at which time he tells me he will call me when it comes in and if I don't hear from him, to call him and he will finally get this job done. You can guess what happens next...I call, and call...and call and NO response. He completely ghosted me. To do this to me after wasting my time on multiple occasions is horribly unprofessional and, quite frankly, rude. I've literally waited over six months to write this review in the hopes that he would come around and follow through...but I guess those pesky phones are still down.

I paid $625 for ceramic tint on my brand-new Ford Explorer. The first time I went to pick it up,…read morethere was a hair (or something similar) stuck in the driver's side tint. The lady took it back to be redone, but when I got the car home, I noticed problems on multiple windows. Update 2 - I went back for a second redo, this time on the front driver/passenger windows, rear trunk glass, and rear quarter windows. When I picked it up, I saw that the defrost lines on my rear glass had been scraped off. I was told it was "just bubbles" and they would go away, but if you search "broken defrost lines from window tint," you'll see exactly what mine looked like. I pointed this out immediately, but the staff brushed it off and told me to call them in a week if it was still an issue. It was very obvious, and I asked them to take pictures, but the lady didn't seem to care. They told me they had "gone over it thoroughly" this time, but clearly not thoroughly enough if no one noticed the missing defrost lines. After going back and forth, I ended up scheduling a replacement rear glass and re-tint. Update 3 - On my third visit, they replaced the trunk glass. I brought it home, only to find the trim on my right rear door was now cut up. Completely unacceptable, especially on a brand-new vehicle. At this point, after three visits and being told that multiple people including the managers "went over it with a fine-tooth comb," the workmanship is still sloppy. This is not the quality of work you'd expect for $625. If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for tinting. There's no excuse for this kind of job on a new car.

Had a very bad experience with one of the managers here Jason Prott that cost me thousands of…read moredollars. Jason agreed to sell me an item that was owned by VIP Auto Accesories. I made special arrangements to have a shipper pick it up. The night before, Jason cancelled. Not only was he extremely rude and condesending about backing out of the deal, he called me names and said it wasnt his problem and kept hanging up on me and dodging my calls. I tried to get the contact info of the person who it was sold to so that I could pay more and try to get it back, Jason refused. Then I called VIP, talked to a different manager, who promised to call me back and never did. I purchased this item new, then VIP bought it, and I wanted it back and they laughed at me and instead sold something sentimental to me to sombody else. I really dont appreciate it and I would do business elsewhere! Unethical business practices!
