We took him to Southwest Orlando Eye Care and Dr. Marx and Dr. Nevada, along with their team, were awesome. They prescribed several eye drops, eye shield, and suggested some preventative care. We had to make 4 different visits (all worth the trips) while in Orlando so they could monitor the eye and ensure it did not get worse and was healing properly. They were very thorough and communicated with our player's eye doctor back in KY. If you you are in Orlando, and have an eye issue (which I hope you don't), I would highly recommend Dr. Marx and Dr. Nevada and their team at Southwest Orlando Eye Care! 5 !

During a confirmation call, I was told I wasn't eligible for a contact appointment, despite having had one last September and being overdue. After some clarification, I realized they meant my insurance wouldn't cover another pair of frames yet, not that I couldn't have an appointment or purchase something out of pocket. That distinction should have been explained clearly from the beginning. Unfortunately, getting what I need between appointments has already been a recurring struggle, and this interaction was the final straw. I never made it to see the new doctor, so I can't comment on their care, but the front office experience was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's especially disappointing because I genuinely liked this practice and had recommended it to others. I can no longer do that.

For some reason it didn't make my husbands appointment but I called to see if I could get him in as well and unfortunately there were no appointments but she did call me the following day saying she could get us both in at 12p! I wasn't liking any of the frames a few months ago at VisionWorks, so I decided to see what LensCrafters had. LensCrafters, in my opinion, has a lot more versatility and more brands (especially couture) than VisionWorks. I found a lovely pair of pink Burberry glasses and Stephanie worked with me and actually got the price down with discounts to what I would have paid out of pocket using my insurance at VisionWorks. I wish I had known years ago that LensCrafters competed so well with other places because I would have been buying them here all along! Stephanie was great; very friendly! I had my glasses in a week and I was so pleased! They barely needed adjusting at all.
