Great experience today for my toddlers first checkup. The whole office is like a big playroom which kept my little guy entertained during the short 10 minute wait until we were roomed. Inside the exam room there are more toys and even a tv with Netflix. We were out of the office within 40 minutes including new patient paperwork, cleaning, exam, scheduling follow up and picking toys to take home. Which was perfect since my kid loses it if we're someplace longer than 45 minutes! This office is perfect for kids. read more

So happy I came across this place when looking for a dentist for my toddler. They made it such a fun and incredible experience, my husband and I couldn't have been more impressed. From their friendly staff, to wait room, to the actual teeth cleaning was above our expectations. My son LOVED it! He was able to pick his teeth cleaning and fluoride flavor (he chose bubblegum and cotton candy) and he got to pick out a goody bag at the end which came with a toothbrush, a timer, stickers, dental floss and a toy. They had cartoons playing on the ceiling, they explained every tool they were going to use on him and had little nicknames for them so it made it fun for him. He got his picture on a certificate for his first dental exam...I mean this place deserves 10 stars! Ever since his appointment he's been so excited to brush and floss! We followed Dr. Eddie when he opened this office years ago, we love it here. However, I was extremely apprehensive about the dental work that was to be done on my 6 yr old. We thought we found the perfect dentist for our daughter but after today's incident, we will be looking for a new dentist. We missed an appointment today for the first time and they wanted to charge us a cancelation fee of $50. They tried to tell us that this is the second time we missed an appointment and that they had waived it for us the first time. This is not true! The first cancelation, we called and canceled prior to the appointment so that's not a missed appointment. I asked them, since they were willing to waive our first missed appointment charge the first time (which never happened), to waive it this time since this was our first time. They said NO. Isn't it possible that they may have made a mistake the first time??? They said they have notes. Well, we have notes on our calendar that says we rescheduled the appointment and did not miss any prior appointments. I hope the $50 charge you're going to bill us was worth this review and all the money the doctor would have made from us and all the referrals we would have recommended! Dr. Correa, you have a very special receptionist to thank for for collecting the $50. She did a wonderful job! On the other hand, she has costed you thousands : ) Please give her a promotion and a raise at your earliest convenience. She really deserves it! read more

Dr. Correa and staff really worked to make my son's first dental appointment as smooth as possible. My son has extreme fear of any medical personal, to the point of complete meltdown. By far the best pediatric dental office around! I brought my 8yr old daughter in for an exam and cleaning, and she felt at ease right away with the kid-friendly environment. After discussing some work that she needed done, we scheduled it for January of next year due to availability. I was offered to be put on a cancellation list so we can come in sooner if possible. Well I got a call a few days later and was able to bring her in today to get some fillings done! Dr. Shah is the sweetest, he was very kind to my daughter and made her part of the process, unlike some Dr's that ignore the child and talk only to the parent. The waiting area is wonderful with tablets on the wall and toys all around, totally inviting for little ones. The staff is great, everyone is so warm and friendly. BEST PEDIATRIC DENTIST EVER!!!! We have tried to take my son several times to the dentist and was unsuccessful to even get him to open his mouth for X-rays or anything at all. Their staff is just AMAZING!! From start to finish, hands down the best experience we've had!! My 4 year old son was nervous at first and the staff put him at ease. My son who hates going to the dentist came out saying he "LOVES this dentist!" They have great distractions for the kids even a screen to watch Netflix on the ceiling. Clean Clean Clean...! I am extremely happy with Dr Correa and the staff. I felt my daughter was treated with patience and care. The lady that assisted Dr Correa was great, she put on a good DVD my daughter was interested in and help settle her down for the dental process. Dr Correa has funny little names(little whistle) for the cleaning tools that might sound scary to the kids and it does help them relax. Dr Correa did a great job with my 4 year old's dental work... Absolutely love Dr. Eddie and his staff. When I thought I could no longer come here due to a change of insurance I literally cried. Fortunately, it turned out that my kids could stay. My daughter has extremely sensitive gag reflex and is scared of anything done to her. She came here since 18 months old( now 7). My son is 2 and also started at 18 months. They are competent and knows how to calm kids and make them feel comfortable. Dr. Eddie has a certain charm to him that makes him extremely kid friendly. My daughter recently had a tooth extraction that, to my surprise, went smoothly. No screaming or crying. He also sent a personal text to check on her after hours. I took my nearly two year old wiggle worm in for her first check up, dreading this day. And I was blown away by the experience. Walking in I had some paperwork to fill out, but my daughter was in heaven in that waiting room. Fish, books, puzzles, duplos, iPads, tv, little chairs for her...it was honestly amazing. Then in the back, they were able to put on a Netflix show for her on the tv in the ceiling and she never had to go in the chair. We just rested her between our knees. When the doctor came in he pulled out a tiger and showed my daughter everything he would do on her first on the tiger, letting her have a go with the mirror. And she got sunglasses to wear for that part. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they really paid attention to my daughter most of all. I was so hesitant and scared to have my son visit a dentist because of the horrible experiences that I've had in the past but I knew a visit couldn't be avoided any longer. Dr. Correa and Andrea were very patient and caring with my son. He did well thanks to them putting us both at ease. Andrea explained every thing before she did it which made me and my son feel comfortable. Very clean office inside and in the lobby which is a huge plus in my book. Everyone seamed very kind and caring the only down side is that I will have to get a referral from my primary dentist every time we visit. However it's worth it, my son loved his visit and was not afraid or nervous anymore. I asked him what his favorite part was and he said everything was my favorite. Lol.
