I've been going here for easily over 13 years, maybe more I lost track of the years. I've had teeth pulled for braces, fillings and things of that sort. Over these many years with this dentist I've had nothing but positive feedback for them. I am now 18 going onto 19 this year, and could not recommend this dentist enough for children, I've had nothing but positive experiences and will miss this dentist when I eventually have to move to another. I've built friendships with the doctors and people who work here, and they are all patient and understanding, and most of all HILARIOUS!! They are super funny and help brighten the mood. Hmmm... so I took my child who was around 1 year and 3 and he was not having it. He had a tantrum and was afraid. They tried to see him but he had a melt down. I was trying to calm my child down and I am having the lady throw a clip board at me asking me to sign. Like hello! I'm busy right now. The receptionist was very sweet and understanding. My kids have been coming to this office from the age of 12 months we still continue going (Now 4 & 5 yrs old). My daughter recently woke up with an immense tooth ache crying of pain. I called in that day and they were able to see and treat her. The staff and doctors are all super friendly and knowledgeable. They are thorough when going over X-ray results and when giving different treatment plans. Doctors will advice what they think is best but ultimately let us the parent decide. I have gone with the doctors recommendations and glad I have. Both kids to this day are excited to see the dentist rather than nervous or scared. read more

Very disappointed in my most recent interaction with the receptionist here, as well as on a seperate occasion during a phone call that was made TO ME regarding appointment availability. She is the first face and voice of this dental practice and has changed my mind to come here. I'm assuming she must be somewhat new as I've never had this issue with the previous receptionist. I've been bringing my children here for a while now and although I like the doctors and dental assistants, I will not be disrespected by any means. She comes off as nice but will have the most disrespectful attitude. During the phone call when I asked if there was any other days to accommodate my kids school schedule she cut me off and I was hit with a stern NO! That's all I have! Basically today at one time slot or nothing. Really? Not even a month..2, even 3 months out? Nope..nothing sorry. No arguing there.. I simply gave thanks and was hung up on before I could finish. I understand when time slots become available sometimes they like to try and fill them for the day. Totally get it but she was of no help. I really don't mind finding someplace elsewhere especially closer to me. My children are a bit older so the friendly, cute environment is not as important. Also, they've never had the need to be strapped down, but they have tried this with my youngest and I was not okay with it. Even him being super calm they considered doing it as a precaution 'just in case' he happened to move. I will no longer bring my children here. read more

I do not recommend this place for any children. I first have to say that The dentist assistants are very nice and patient with children they are wonderful. However, the dentist take advantage of that, and trick consumers into thinking they are professional. This place labels all children as having high anxiety and fear when there is absolutely no indication of fear or anxiety visible at all. My guess is for insurance fraud, to charge for the sedation and extra unnessary medications. Not to mention there first inclination is to have all children strapped down in basically a straight jacket when it is absolutely unnecessary. Why would someone in their right mind want to create that type of traumatic experience for a child? it is ridiculous and quite frankly Mal practice in my opinion. I will be filing all the necessary complaints with the health department, the dental association, the attorney General to bring this Mal practice to light. Parents take the time to research when looking for a pediatric dentist check their reviews it will tell you so so much about them. read more

This place looks a little out dated but it's fine. There's an area at the entrance where the kids can play video games and with toys. The doctor is chatty but sweet. It's a dentist office people. I wasn't seen but both my daughters were, age 7 & 14 months. Clearly my baby hated the visit but my 7 year old was very satisfied with her visit. Good enough for me to continue going back. read more

ABC Children's Dental has awesome dentists and support staff! I was a bit hesitant at first because there was a crowd in the waiting room but that's only happened a few times & 4 years later my kids still get there dental work done there! The dentists are honest and will monitor any problem areas and suggest extra flossing and brushing in that area to avoid having to get a filling. I highly recommend this place. read more

I took my daughter for her 1st dental visit and we absolutely LOVED it. Every1 there makes you feel welcome. My daughter did so good and loved how they would explain everything to her b4 doing it and even let her touch some equipment. I felt my daughter felt comfortable with them. So this happend over a year ago now but I found an old card from this office and my heart sank and I had a terrible sickening feeling thinking of what the monster Dr did to my daughter... I'm crying my eyes out for the billionth time over what happened... To start I have worked in the medical field for over 7 years now and always pride myself in caring for the patients i am blessed to help I assisted in thousands and thousands of surgeries from excisions and MOHS surgeries very very intense but my dedication to the care comfort and safety of my patient's is most important above all. NOW I took my daughter in for a check up first time at this office they did a great job... Unfortunately the Dr "Monster" discovered she was going to need a extraction and a cap(I'm not hip to the Dental medical vocabulary) The Dr said she would need surgery for this asap... I booked the appt. She started explaining how this would be done... The *first red flag was my daughter would be strapped down from her chest to feet and her head would be held in place by thier modern day torture device* Second RED flag I was not under any circumstances to go in the room with her what monster has this rule... How scary is that for the child!! Going against my better judgement and after several calls to the office staff and Dr for reassurance that my child would be in good hands I kept the appt. The day came and we would have never guessed it would be traumatizing for me and my child... I had to beg my daughter to forgive her mommy for letting this monster Dr put her through such pain and distress... Its so hard to wright this with my eyes filled with tears and my chest so tight with pain but I have too. Everything went well at first but turned to disaster near the end they allowed me to check on her through a window every so often... She looked ok at first she is so Damn brave! But as a surgical nurse one of my most important jobs during the surgery other then controlling blood loss is the pateints comfort... They should never be in pain... I watch the body for signals sweating, color change of the skin sudden movment/ jerking. I saw my daughter in distress sweating color change of the skin trying to move, tears on her little cheeks the look was fear in her eye's I ran to a assistant and said they need to re-numb her right away she was in a lot of pain I believe any mother would see this in her child's eyes but as a nurse I know for sure the part that pains me the most is NO ONE cared and she was strapped down unable to speak and in terrible pain... I would never in my life let this happen to a patient of mine finally it was over I left as fast as possible with my child in the car my daughter was crying her little heart out she said to me that it hurt so bad mommy and it wouldn't stop she kept hurting me and i tried to scream... At that moment I felt like the monster my job is to protect her from harm and I failed... I then went to get her ice cream and as my daughter was getting out of my car a NEEDLE FROM THE SURGERY STABBED HER LEG.... THEY LOST A NEEDLE AND LET MY DAUGHTER LEAVE **!KNOWING!** THEY HAD A NEEDLE MISSING. At the office i work at if ANYTHING GOES MISSING EVEN A DAMN Q-TIP NO ONE LEAVES....ALL THE OFFICE STAFF IS CALLED INTO THE ROOM UNTILL IT IS FOUND AND OUR PATIENT IS AWARE WE ARE MISSING WHATEVER IT MAY BE AND 100% OF THE TIME WE FOUND IT..... Why wouldn't you tell me why would you let my baby leave knowing a surgical tool/needle is missing what if it fell in her mouth!!! You monster!!!!. I called the office they would not talk to me untill I sent pictures of the missing needle to the Dr..... She called me and apologized profusely she also admitted that she knew the needle was missing before we left the office let us leave without telling us I asked her why and she had nothing to say also I confronted her about my daughter being in pain and she excused it with the fact that she was to young and didn't know whether it was pain or pressure????? ARE YOU KIDDING... I explained to her that since I was a surgical nurse I knew the questions to ask people to find out if it was pain or pressure that they felt during surgery... I would ask them what sensation did you feel was it a sensation of pulling, tugging and slight aching discomfort (not actually pain) OR if it was a stinging sharp sensation(PAIN).... She felt the pain I know my daughter was in pain she is 8 years old she's old enough to know when she's in pain or when it's just pressure. I never brought her back obviously and I BELIEVE THIS DR SHOULD NOT BE DOING SURGERIES EVER AGAIN BEWARE PLEASE FOR YOURE CHILD. read more

I love ABC Dental and its staff. I have been coming to this location since my oldest was 2 years old and she is now 18 years old.Till this day, she enjoys going in and getting her teeth cleaned. I also started taking my 3 year old who is a bit hesitant at times but the staff along with the Doctors make her visits very pleasant and enjoyable. You've gone to a specialist for work done so they are entitled to charge you more, duh. A porcelain crown for $100? Whatever, bro. It is more like a white filing because a crown takes more than 1 hour to do and the cost is more than $100.
