Dr. Yoong is truly incredible. He has such a calm, kind, and patient approach that makes kids (and now teens!) feel completely at ease. What used to be a stressful experience is now something we actually laugh about, and my son genuinely enjoys going in for his cleanings. Even better--he hasn't had a cavity since! The entire staff is just as amazing. My kids always ask for Heidi--she is the sweetest and makes them feel so comfortable, they even joke and compete over who gets her. It says so much about how cared for they feel here. And Maureen at the front desk deserves a special shoutout--she is always so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her positive attitude makes every visit start off on the right note.

They made scheduling easy, contacted my insurance, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect with the treatment and payment. The dentist, Dr Mizani and his assistant were absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Since it was her first time getting laughing gas, she was nervous and cried at first because she didn't know what to expect with the mask on her nose. They were incredibly patient, gentle, and reassuring, talking her through every step until she felt calm and relaxed. After that, the entire procedure went smoothly. She didn't cry again, stayed still throughout the treatment, and they made her first dental experience a positive one. At the end, she even got to pick out a prize, which she loved! After they were taken in and showed how to brush teeth on a cute little stuffed animal and they were immediately put at ease. The dental assistant was so great at putting them at ease! She helped get their minds off the cleaning by making a counting game out of it and asking them fun questions.
