Why do think people from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and even Wisconsin drive here to…read morepurchase a trailer? They are absolutely that good and that reasonable. Just get close to Michigan and you will see professionals towing this brand all over the interstates. Quality is impressive, comparable to PJ, Big Tex, or any other brand they sell in the U.S.A. Unlike other brands, these are made here and sold here. No markups, no fluff! Even if you need a little utility trailer, these are twice as heavy duty as the mass-produced crap they sell at the Big Box home improvement stores. (Yeah, you know the ones I'm talking about. Why do they chain them up? They should beg you to take them. Yes, they are that bad. I digress...) Prices here are significantly less than ANY other trailer brand! Our company searched for months for a used heavy duty deck-over flatbed or dual axle gooseneck, and ended up purchasing a new trailer here for the same price as a used one. We've now bought 2 trailers from here and will continue to buy from here until hell freezes over. They even custom build! We didn't need a dovetail on one trailer, so they extended the deck flat, spaced the cross-members closer at the axles completely free of charge. Believe it or not...They even offer cash discounts. FACT: You will not find a better quality, better priced trailer from a more honest, helpful, or professional trailer company in the Midwest. Go ahead and look. You'll just find re-sellers marking up prices so previous buyers think their used trailer is still worth $10k. Trust me. I've looked. These are, IMO, the best quality, most reasonably priced trailers in the United States. So, why can't you buy these at other dealers? Cause the owner told me, "I make 1000 trailers a year; I sell 1000 trailers a year. And that's good enough for me." Oh yeah, and the owner helps build 'em, too. That's when you know you can trust the product.

I first herd about Trailer Sales of Michigan through a Facebook group relating to track car racing…read more I posted a picture to a trailer and someone linked me to Trailer Sales Of Michigan website showing me their really affordable trailers. I then contacted Bryan and I asked if they had the 16feet Web special trailer in stock. He said he did and had two. He asked me to put a very small deposit down to hold it for me etc and I said no problem. He then made special arrangements for me to pick it up when I had a day off. That alone shows how much he cares about their customers. When I picked it up, checked out the trailer quickly and signed the paper work and we were on our way back to Western NY. I traveled about 6 hrs one way to pickup my trailer and it was worth it because of price and service alone and would have no hesitation on making that travel again to pickup another trailer.

Let me just say that customer service at the level that they provide is very rare today. There was a bit of miscommunication on one of the features on the trailer I was looking at and when I came to pick it up was disappointed to see the trailer didn't have what I was expecting. Steve was extremely apologetic, had the feature added to the trailer and delivered it to my house 2 hours away the following week. He could have very easily told me "oh well" but did the complete opposite. He was exactly what I look for in a dealership. I will definitely recommend him to any friends looking for a trailer and will make sure that if I find myself in the market for another trailer will make sure to head to Trailers Midwest!!

We took our boat to Marsh Brothers. Not only did they repair EVERYTHING (including upholstery), they replaced some things better than what we had, they were in CONSTANT contact with us during the entire process, and our boat was spotless clean (just like when we bought it). Because our insurance wouldn't pay, they kept the costs low--much lower than we expected to pay. They also checked to make sure everything worked and they did all of this with a timely fashion--we still have months of boating season left! Their customer service was excellent and they did a job beyond our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend Marsh Brothers and will continue to patronize their business.
