I've never gotten such good service anywhere else, I cannot say enough good things about them! I got stuck with a camper I did not know anything after my divorce (wife picked it out, but we still owed on the loan and I had to take it in our divorce negotiations.) I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

The first time was a storage unit, completely cleaned out. The second was a trailer and quad runner I bought a couple weeks earlier. Funny in both situations there was not good security video. I will find the truth. Stay away if you want to keep your belongings.

We were kept appraised of the timeline as work went along. Although it took a little while due to supply chain issues in the RV industry here in Elkhart, it was WELL WORTH the wait. Our rig looks brand new. It's a beautiful job well done. We wouldn't hesitate to drive a distance to come back to Allegiant for any future repairs or service needs. Although it's a small shop, it's mighty. The staff is professional, courteous, and well skilled in dealing with any repair or body issues you might have with your RV. If you read the reviews on Google, they are a 5 star company in Middlebury, IN, and we can't say enough about how well we were treated and how beautiful our rig looks. We left a positive review there, too, we are so grateful for the awesome job you did. Thank you, to Tony, and the professional skilled people you have working for you. You are a true asset to the Elkhart RV industry.

My family purchased a camper from your dealership on May 30, and unfortunately our experience since…read morethen has been nothing but one issue after another. First, we still have not received our license plates. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for the four nights we had to stay in a hotel when we brought the camper back for repairs after only one day of owning it. When I wanted to return it before 72 hours they would return calls and were accommodating now that I'm past 72 hours of being able to return it they won't call me back, and they are extremely rude, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, no one has contacted me regarding this reimbursement. Additionally, I financed the camper through my own lender and was told the GAP insurance would be canceled. That still has not been done. The biggest issue has been the repeated repairs. The slide-out is once again not working correctly after your service department repaired it, and it is now cutting into the flooring. This is unacceptable, especially considering the amount of time and money we have already invested trying to get these issues corrected. We purchased this camper because our home is currently under renovation and we needed a place for our family to stay and eventually to do travel nursing in. Instead, we have been left with a camper that has spent more time needing repairs than being usable. To date, I have made five trips to your Coldwater location, spending hours driving back and forth and paying for diesel fuel, only to be treated poorly by management and the service department. On one occasion, we were told the camper was repaired and drove all the way there to pick it up. After waiting over two hours, we discovered it had not been fixed correctly. Because I had to leave for my night shift at work and my family needed somewhere to sleep that evening, we had no choice but to take the camper home even though the repairs were incomplete. The attitude and customer service from parts and management have been extremely disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for repeated repair issues, we have been treated as though we are the problem. I have tried to be patient and reasonable throughout this process, but I have reached the point where I need these issues resolved. At this point, I am requesting the following: Immediate repair of the slide-out and any resulting floor damage. An update on when our license plates will be issued. Reimbursement for the four hotel nights as promised. Immediate cancellation of the GAP insurance. A point of contact who will communicate with us and ensure these issues are resolved properly. Since the camper is our temporary housing while our home is under renovation, I also expect the dealership to provide or pay for reasonable accommodations while the camper is in your possession for repairs. We should not have to bear additional lodging expenses because of ongoing warranty issues and repeated unsuccessful repair attempts. We have acted in good faith throughout this process, but the repeated delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication, and treatment we have received are unacceptable. I would appreciate a prompt response within the next few business days with a plan and timeline to resolve each of these issues. Thank you,

Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place... we are certain, the same stuff is happening with their own Phoenix products. In 2022, we built our first Luxe, a 2023 47FB we named Penny. She became our home, office, and adventure partner as we embraced full-time RV living. In 2025, after almost 2.5 years in our Toyhauler, we stepped into the new 2026 Regent at the Tampa RV Show, and we knew it was time for a new chapter. When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. From designing features to the little touches that would make Charley feel like home, she helped us see the possibilities. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our journey made the entire build experience exciting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She didn't just help us build a coach. She helped us create our dream home on wheels. That level of support continued long after the build. Oscar has always been there to answer questions, share his knowledge, and help us better understand our coach. No matter when we've reached out, he's been a trusted resource and someone we've always appreciated having in our corner. When delivery day arrived, Joe and his team made sure Charley was everything we had envisioned. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new home, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the factory. We stayed at the factory for five days and truly lived in our home to ensure all was exactly as we had expected! Most recently, during our one-year warranty visit (August 2026), once again the Luxe team delivered an exceptional experience. Leah coordinated the entire experience with warmth, positivity, and exceptional communication. From the moment we arrived, Kyle's knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. As we walked through our warranty items, he listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information. When we returned to pick up Charley, he took the time to thoroughly review everything that had been completed and continued to share his knowledge as an owner resource and educator. We left not only with a beautifully cared-for coach, but with an even greater appreciation for the people who stand behind it. We also recognize that experiences like ours are only possible because of the technicians, service professionals, craftspeople, and countless team members working behind the scenes. While we may not know every name, we are grateful for every person whose hard work contributes to the Luxe ownership experience. Over the past four years, we have owned two Luxe coaches, traveled thousands of miles, and embraced a life we once only dreamed about. Looking back, we're incredibly grateful that we took the leap. What started with a simple text message became one of the best decisions we've ever made. Luxe didn't just build Penny. Luxe didn't just build Charley. They helped make possible a lifestyle, a community, and a journey that changed our lives forever. For that, we will always be grateful.
