They are the only cargo place that produces the "Goosenecks" apparently. The person that was supposed to be training me was on his phone constantly or sneaking off to smoke a cig. This person was fired after 3 weeks of missing a minimum of 2 days a week. I was then left on my own to learn the rough wire and hook up. When a wire was ran wrong it was yanked out of place by one of the "team leads" and I was belittled for doing anything wrong. These people are terrible and do as little as possible to get these trailers out the door. I would not recommend working here, let alone buying any product they produce.

The icing on the cake is when all the cabinets in the trailer had poor shelving and wouldn't hold anything. When I contacted Octane, they gave me the phone number for the cabinet company they buy from and asked me to talk to them directly. It took me 3 months to resolve the issue, and they still aren't right. When I finally contacted the owner directly, and asked him if he were to buy a new truck, and the radio didn't work, would he expect the dealer to fix it, of provide him with a phone number to Bose? All I got was crickets. Money already in their pocket, and they move on, regardless of how bad, or how many issues you have.

I purchased a Lightening Trailer from a Dealership in Blasdale NY named Southside Trailer. The…read moreservice was pretty much terrible and they did not setup the drop hitch correctly.. The Trailer itself was defective and had to go back to be welded together. In addition to the work not being completed at the factory they found the frame had been cut 3/4 of the way through and needed additional repair. The Trailer is a toy hauler with two pop outs. The trailer is a 2017 and both pop outs a broken because of poor engineers and workmanship. I've contacted the company and they will not work with me, I would not buy a Lightening Trailer from anyone, any where or at any time.
