Removed a sofa and loveseat. Replaced a sofa with two person wall hugging recliners. Perfect. Had a fireplace cabinet made to exactly fit where the loveseat was. Wonderful. we have heat and ambiance on cool days. In addition to that hand made cabinet, they added a smart tv which slides down when not in use. Repaired a gas leak in our fridge and repaired the sealed compartment. Removed an old tv from above our windshield that we didn't like the location. They built a new cabinet there to fill the space and matched our woodwork! To top that off, we had them tear out old walls and replace them with fresh new walls. Put in a smart tv to replace the old tv in bedroom. Rewired all the satellite and antenna wires. They also found a gas leak under our RV and fixed it. We just can't say enough about the work and craftsmanship. If I could, I would give ten stars. Better than we ever imagined.

Ensured multiple times how unit had been winterized, oil changed, and that unit was ready to roll. Asked twice if a pre-delivery inspection checklist was utilized. Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. You simply cannot get better knowledgeable service at a reasonable price than at ESS. I just had a very long punch list done at ESS including new carpet throughout, replace a roof AC/Heat pump (along with ductwork butchered by a prior shop), new TVs/DVDs/Sound system in front and BR, replacement dash radio, Aladdin system resurrected from the dead, paint work needed from surface corrosion on the frames of all the slideouts, 4 new slide toppers, new generator exhaust, entry door window restoration, new CB/antenna and a host of service items including engine, generator, autoleveling and AquaHot systems, and more. Tom Bumpus and PJ McGann were simply awesome. The paintwork is a work of art ... you simply cannot tell it from the original and my paint is metallic gold which is extraordinarily difficult to match up. ALL of the work was awesome. After so many failed attempts locally to get quality work done near my home, it was worth the 2400 mile round trip to Elkhart. I easily spent more time and money locally over a year to get repeatedly disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the pricing, so the trip was well worth it. Tom and PJ have the knowledge, the experience and, most of all, the proper motivation to get it done right the first time.

I am not satisfied with the owner of International RV Dave's explanation of the quality of the…read morerubber roof replacement that I received. The repair job is very low quality with poor workmanship and wont last. Dave told me that there's nothing wrong with it. I've been in construction for 40 years and I know quality when I see it and when I don't. Wrinkles, debris and splinters covered up, overlaying of materials over old materials, sloppy sealant applied and glue on the painted fiberglass cap. Walking on slide outs and using them as scaffolding. Boot prints, dirt and glue residue left on slide out roofs and new roof, AC units were not re-installed correctly. The front ac had the fan obstructed so it wouldn't turn and both units had the duct work smashed and inoperable. I want my deductible and Indiana Farm Bureau's money refunded so I can have the repairs done properly somewhere else. I paid Joey's RV Service to inspect the roof and to write up an estimate and they indicated that it's even worse than I thought. I was shown at Joey's what a beautiful and professional re-roof job looks like. Not only is there debris under the rubber roof membrane but the luan ply-wood sheathing is splintered from the removal of the old roof and has likely already punctured pin holes in the new roof in areas due to the ridiculously thin rubber membrane they installed. Overlaying of the old luan ply-wood sheathing with new is recommended to provide a new surface for the new rubber roofing, something they don't care about. The Metal Radius Edge moldings that run full length of the roof on both sides wasn't fastened down properly and will tear the rubber roof in time. The old front termination molding on the fiberglass cap wasn't removed and a new molding was installed right on top and sealer applied over both very sloppily and thin in places. The fiberglass cap has a large area where glue was sprayed on the paint and not cleaned. There are scratches in the paint on the cap, one large scratch from one side to the other and more vertical scratches.

In 2022, we built our first Luxe, a 2023 47FB we named Penny. She became our home, office, and adventure partner as we embraced full-time RV living. In 2025, after almost 2.5 years in our Toyhauler, we stepped into the new 2026 Regent at the Tampa RV Show, and we knew it was time for a new chapter. When we began designing our 2026 Regent, Kristen played an incredible role in helping bring our vision to life. After living full-time in our first Luxe for almost two and half years, we knew exactly how we wanted our next coach to function for our family. Kristen took the time to truly understand not just what we wanted, but how we lived. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, shared her expertise, and helped us think through every detail. From designing features to the little touches that would make Charley feel like home, she helped us see the possibilities. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine investment in our journey made the entire build experience exciting, enjoyable, and unforgettable. She didn't just help us build a coach. She helped us create our dream home on wheels. That level of support continued long after the build. Oscar has always been there to answer questions, share his knowledge, and help us better understand our coach. No matter when we've reached out, he's been a trusted resource and someone we've always appreciated having in our corner. When delivery day arrived, Joe and his team made sure Charley was everything we had envisioned. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of our new home, answer our questions, and ensure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving the factory. We stayed at the factory for five days and truly lived in our home to ensure all was exactly as we had expected! Most recently, during our one-year warranty visit (August 2026), once again the Luxe team delivered an exceptional experience. Leah coordinated the entire experience with warmth, positivity, and exceptional communication. From the moment we arrived, Kyle's knowledge and expertise immediately stood out. As we walked through our warranty items, he listened carefully, asked insightful questions, and shared valuable information. When we returned to pick up Charley, he took the time to thoroughly review everything that had been completed and continued to share his knowledge as an owner resource and educator. We left not only with a beautifully cared-for coach, but with an even greater appreciation for the people who stand behind it. We also recognize that experiences like ours are only possible because of the technicians, service professionals, craftspeople, and countless team members working behind the scenes. While we may not know every name, we are grateful for every person whose hard work contributes to the Luxe ownership experience. Over the past four years, we have owned two Luxe coaches, traveled thousands of miles, and embraced a life we once only dreamed about. Looking back, we're incredibly grateful that we took the leap. What started with a simple text message became one of the best decisions we've ever made. Luxe didn't just build Penny. Luxe didn't just build Charley. They helped make possible a lifestyle, a community, and a journey that changed our lives forever. For that, we will always be grateful.
