I had a lot of work done to my fifth wheel at Affinity. Many of the repairs were major. The total bill wasn't what I would call inexpensive, it was also less than I expected for the amount of work required. A couple weeks after picking up the trailer I noticed a problem. Something wasn't done right. How can you tell if a business is reputable? It isn't just their high quality workmanship. It's how they take care of a problem that turns up after. I want to say although we had regular maintenance performed on our rig, damage can still occur. And for us it did. Keystone RV recommended Affinity RV Group to us. We just received our brand new Lippert steps for our 2023 3123rl that Affinity Rv group repair in Goshen Indiana installed for us. We love them and can't say enough of the great service that Rod and Squeak gave us at Affinity! They did a wonderful job retrofitting them and gave us a clean entryway that is much easier to keep clean! If you need your RV repaired it is well worth the drive. Absolutely LOVE this place. We took our new RV to them for some minor repairs. They found some things that we hadn't like 2 big leaks underneath. They tested it & fixed the leaks & replaced insulation. Wonderful customer service, had to leave our unit there for a few weeks for the repairs & it was over Thanksgiving so we said we were driving back through Goshen Sunday & would get a hotel room & pick it up on Monday am. They told us not to do that but to stay in our RV for the night. They even had all the lights & heat on for us. We will be back up north in the spring & they told us if we found any other issues we could call them 3 weeks or so before coming back & send pics & make the appt & they would get started getting authorizations for any warranty repairs. Their sign in the office says "Where the repairs end, and your journey can finally begin" is true, we will never take our RV anywhere else for repairs. Nice to know that such good customer service still exists. read more
