Today I took my B Class RV to Bontrager RV in Goshen Indiana because I had no current to 3 of my…read moreelectric outlets. I called and told Troy, the owner, that I was traveling through and explained my issue. He got me in the next morning. It took a while to diagnose the issue yet at the end of the day, I drove out with a working electrical system and I was very happy. Although they were very busy, Troy fit me in, knowing that I was only in town for a few days. It is such a rarity in this business to be seen right away, I felt that it needed to be mentioned. I appreciate his recognizing my need and taking action on it. The place was very clean. The staff very friendly and they fixed my problem. What more could I ask for. Would I return again? Yes. Would I recommend it to others? Yes.

How this company is considered certified by Norcold blows my mind. First off, my husband goes to…read moredrop our Grand Design fifth wheel off. Both he and both of my children watched the employee literally rake a travel trailer down the side of another travel trailer while using a fork lift to move the units around this did major damage to someone's poor Grey Wolf. When my husband delegates my son to start taking images of our unit so we have proof of the condition we dropped it off in. When he goes to leave he makes the comment that he hopes they take much better care of our unit. The employee laughs like it's funny. So long story short they keep our unit for over a week. They claim there was nothing wrong with the unit but were more than happy to sell us after market items to make the fridge function properly and cool to an acceptable temp . After a back and forth disagreements with both Norcold and Yoders we decide to pull the thing home as we were completely frustrated with both companies. Today we plug the unit in because we are leaving next weekend it go camping. Norcold stated on the phone call as long as we weren't camping in 100 degree weather we would be good and the fridge should cool to an acceptable temp. Go out to the unit about 10 minutes ago. Fridge is not working. My husband pops off the vent covers and finds this surprise. So clearly either Yoder's never touched the unit or they damaged the unit and pretended like nothing was wrong with it and we would need to pick it up. They are just as dishonest as Norcold. Stay away from this company. The good reviews are from the previous owner.

When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

My slide had to be removed for repairs and, because of manufacturing defects, some rotted floor had to be replaced, and some other issues along with electrical (again, a dealer caused problem). I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Even though they are 1,000 miles from my house, I will save any major repair that can make it here until I am on a trip so they can work on it. Very happy customer here.

Camping World of Katy, Texas has done a poor job of solving the issues. Due to the constant water leaks when it rains, we now have termites, mold, and mildew. I am highly allergic to mold and mildew. I cannot stay in our r.v. I get nose bleeds and allergic reactions that lead to infections. We have left nessages with Dutchmen, but calls do not get returned. On top of our 90,000 cost, we had to purchase an F350 to pull our RV. We are looking into other measures to resolve our major issues with Dutchmen and Camping World. Camping World. We have pictures of the mildew and termites.

2020 Kodiak Ultimate purchased: JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANUFACTURER! As bad as the entire RV…read moreindustry has gotten in overall poor, poor quality Dutchman seems to be reaching for the bottom and succeeded quite well. No quality standard, no customer service, ignorant Dealers that couldn't care less about you or your RV...Their attitude is simply "just give me your money and get out of here!" I cannot even locate intelligent life at the manufacturer to get an owner's manual for products/appliances, etc., used in my RV, ON ANY PRODUCT! You have to look-up EVERY item they put into your RV, write down each model number, then go to their website and download your own PDF for EVERY PRODUCT. But...what about the installed products that do now show a model number...Well, you just do not get an owner's manual for that product! Then there is the overall absolute lack of quality in every part of the manufacture of this unit driven home by the three times it has returned to the dealer with only three short distance weekend trips taken in it. The little details are all missing from its assembly on fit & finish and then even things like a battery disconnect do not come on it...With all the parasitic loads due to the products installed you have to have a battery disconnect. This is my third RV, and it is surely the worst quality of them all, thankfully I am a good "weekend" mechanic and an experienced RV owner so I can repair most things myself, but you shouldn't have to do that with a new RV. Not as much and what all I have had to repair and then not be be given Owner's/Operators manuals for your installed equipment is insanely CHEAP on their part. If I had the money, I would drive to their plant in Goshen Indiana and burn my RV to the ground outside their facility. BUYERS HAVE TO STOP ALLOWING RV MANUFACTURERS TO GET AWAY WITH MAKING TRASH!
