    These guys are AMAZING! They helped me again and again over the last year, and they never even…read morecharged me! I've never gotten such good service anywhere else, I cannot say enough good things about them! I got stuck with a camper I did not know anything after my divorce (wife picked it out, but we still owed on the loan and I had to take it in our divorce negotiations.) I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

    I've been stolen from there twice in three years. They told me I was the only one robbed since the…read morebought the business 4 years ago. The first time was a storage unit, completely cleaned out. The second was a trailer and quad runner I bought a couple weeks earlier. Funny in both situations there was not good security video. In this day. I find it very difficult to believe. Especially the last one. They have cameras on both gates but convenient, they only save 8 days worth of video. Sounds sketchy to me. I will find the truth. Stay away if you want to keep your belongings.

What Stood Out Wide Range of Options: General RV offers an impressive variety of choices, from their "Keep You Camping" program - considered an "industry differentiator" because it prioritizes your ability to use your RV during peak camping season and educates owners on what truly needs immediate attention versus what can wait - to various extended warranties. Their willingness to work with customers and tailor options to individual needs really sets them apart. Exceptional Team Members * Marcus (Salesperson Extraordinaire): Marcus was fantastic. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us secure a great price. His expertise and knowledge of the industry as a whole, honesty and friendly approach made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. We appreciated all of his tips and tricks while test driving and found his insight and attention to detail refreshing! * Justin (Financier and "Cliff Talker Offer"): Justin was incredibly patient with all our questions, especially when we raised concerns about General RV's service department Yelp rating. He walked us through the financing options clearly and helped us understand everything thoroughly. * Aaron (Parts Specialist): Aaron was straightforward and helpful, providing a clear list of must-have, nice-to-have, and cool items for our RV. His no-nonsense attitude was refreshing and very useful. I love that he did not try to sell us things we didn't need and answered lots of questions about water systems and electricity! * Jim (Walk-Through Expert): Jim gave us a thorough walk-through of the RV and explained all the features in detail, ensuring we felt confident with our purchase. * Andrew (Insurance Specialist): Andrew was amazing at finding the best insurance coverage and deductible combination within our budget. His expertise made a complicated process much easier. * Front Desk Team: The ladies at the front desk were attentive and helpful throughout. Even though they initially spelled our name incorrectly, they quickly fixed it and kept the atmosphere light with some friendly teasing. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was great, the cleanliness and attention to detail inside the RV could use some work. There were small issues like the time wasn't set on the clock, dried chunky caulking around the outside lights and smeared on a window, and a receptacle so dusty that I initially thought its color was off. Improving these small details would elevate the customer experience significantly. Final Thoughts General RV in Wayland offers excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a variety of helpful programs that make RV ownership easier and more enjoyable - especially for a first time buyer.     ZERO STARS - SKETCHY! Salesman told us a price that seemed…read moretoo good to be true without us even throwing out a bartering price yet...that price was reiterated with salesman which he shook his head yes (mind you all of this is on their surveillance for their review) Derek Bosch, sales manager, comes out with his finance form and the price that was thrown at us is now $8,182 higher than salesman threw at us. When questioned about the final price configuration Derek Bosch made a snarky comment then told us to leave the store. We happily obliged. Derek then sends a email asking for feedback where he should have left it alone...but since he's asking for feedback...well...that's exactly what they are getting.
