I stopped at Edmonds Bakery while checking out the downtown area to pick up some baked goods. I got a blueberry scone and a chocolate fudge brownie. Unfortunately, both were a bit disappointing. The blueberry scone was very doughy and felt underbaked in the center. The fudge brownie, on the other hand, was extremely sweet and sticky, which made it a bit unsatisfying. Overall, the treats didn't live up to my expectations, though the owner was very friendly.

I have been going to this place for over 20 years! They always have a large selection of great donuts, as well as sandwiches. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can't help but enjoy the 100s of cookie jars collected and displayed in the shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is friendly and prices are great.

Love The Cookies Here! SITREP Ever see a bakery storefront with all the yummies in the window displays and you just say to yourself, "Oh my GAWD, this is making me hungry!" Well, yeah, that's what Edmonds Bakery does to ya! THE SETUP We were just strolling down the street, but as luck would have it, once I laid eyes on this scrumptious bakery, suddenly a NEED was fulfilled for the housewarming party I was gonna go to for a St. Patrick's Day celebration! And YES, Clover style cookies where part of the order of the day! THE LOWDOWN Edmonds Bakery is really adept at making Holiday cookies, ANY Holiday, ANY Season of the year, for ANY party you want to inspire with these edible creations!

When in Edmonds don't miss this historical bakery that is over 100 years old. Homemade old fashioned, cruller, cake doughnuts, spritz cookies, eclairs, Danish, molasses cookies, macaroons, oatmeal raisin colored, canolis and more. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The over 300 vintage cookie jars add to the charm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The friendly staff make you feel welcome and are happy to help. We found ourselves going back to the counter over and over again because we had to try it all. We were visiting Seattle for the holidays and drove back to this bakery 3x in 7 days. What are you waiting for?

We absolutely love Edmonds Bakery! We get a small replica of our wedding cake made every year for our anniversary and it is always delicious, absolutely stunning, and the service is always top notch. 10000/10 would recommend

Mr & Mrs Strong cutting the beautiful 2nd creation. Thank you Edmonds Bakery.

I really liked the pig in a blanket, apple fritter & half chocolate/maple bar. The service was quick and polite. I'd come back. :)

Less than mediocre. The cake is bland, other baked goods are dry. Will not be going back.

Doughnuts were not good and cookies were dry. Not a lot of variety. They need to update their selection.

Service was slow and the cup cakes were very dry, must have been two days old, the hair stuck in the frosting was an added treat.

Good pastries, nice staff, and free roll for kids!…read more Our experience was great. They gave coupons the first two times we went. One for a free pastry next visit and after we used that they gave a coupon for a free bread loaf the next visit. The pastries are really high quality and creative, like the cottage coins(?) and the rye chocolate chip cookie.

I've visited The Cottage a couple more times, along with visiting plenty of other Seattle-area…read morebakeries, and I unfortunately no longer think they are top tier. I'm not sure if it's because something changed on the side of the bakery (maybe recipe or personnel changes?) or on my side, having tried more bakeries around the area. On our last visit we bought two loaves of bread to accompany a butter tasting. Both loaves I found to be not nearly as high quality as I remember previously. Pane Bello ($9) - The crust basically doesn't exist in this bread. It's soft and leathery and doesn't give that satisfying crispness of a well baked bread. The interior, while having good crumb structure, is particularly dry and almost crumbly. The taste is mild, perfect for pairing with higher end butters. (3/5) Parmesan Black Pepper Sourdough ($9) - This batard has similar texture as compared to the Pane Bello. It has the addition of plenty of black pepper baked inside, spaced out rather evenly, allowing a peppery bite every time. There's salty and fatty parmesan baked on top, giving a caramelized salty umami. It definitely has more flavor than the Pane Bello, but suffers from the same textural issues. (3/5) We purchased both loaves at 10AM on a Sunday morning and they were consumed within 2.5 hours, so I don't think it's an issue with storage. I ate a bit of their regular foccacia at a work event too. It has a good crispy exterior and is salted well on the top. Unfortunately the interior isn't the best, having a really dense, chewy crumb. I'm honestly not sure what happened. I really loved The Cottage when I first moved here 1.5 years ago. Now? I have a number of bakeries I'd choose over here in a heartbeat.

My friend and I visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon - a perfect setting for long chats. They also had a clothing pop-up in a cozy corner. We shared the black sesame einspanner, mango bingsu, and strawberry croffle. On the croffle, the sauce was sweet and the strawberries were perfect. Everything was delicious, extremely high quality and so esthetic. I loved the little details, like the spoon shaped like a little spade and a pink straw with a heart cross section. We had a very happy time at Our Place. Visiting here was like being transported to Korea. They even have croffles with flavors like brown cheese, and ube einspanners, and injeolmi bingsu! We chose to come for dessert around seven pm and the cafe was packed. The variety of cheesecakes and other desserts to choose from was an adventure in and of itself! Everything looks delicious. Even the regular einspanner was well balanced and delightful to try. We ordered the sampler to try more cheesecake and definitely found our favorite in the Biscoff cookie flavored cheesecake!
