I got a notice around 3:30 in the afternoon that my order was out for delivery, but, not to worry because the delivery truck was refrigerated! It finally arrived to our door at 6:00 pm and it is not cool at all!! The apples are already browning and the chocolate covered fruit I ordered is melted to the bottom of the container!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! Like how are they even still open for business. I placed an order for Valentine's Day on January 17th for the blooming daises 1 ballon and a bouquet of flowers. On Valentine's Day the order wasn't delivered until 9:50pm at night! Busy day so I understand and I allowed some grace BUT for $113 I expect to get exactly what I paid for and I do mean EXACTLY what I paid for!!! The flowers I received were dead and and I NEVER even gotten the ballon. Which sucks because I love balloons. The fruit arrangement I received was a totally different from what I ordered $15 - $20 cheaper actually!!!! So not only were the flowers DEAD the fruit and arrangement was wrong as well. So I got up at 8:30am and drove 30mins to this location just for the lobby to be closed to the public (FROM WHAT IVE EXPERIENCED IM SURE OTHER PPL HAVE BEEN UPSET SO I UNDERSTAND WHY THE LOBBY IS CLOSED) so I called while outside and was able to speak to a employee who said the reason why I received a different fruit arrangement was because they don't do blooming daisies on holidays which if that was the case they shouldn't have it as an options and that should be communicated being that it's more expensive than the the basic one. I ALSO PLACED THE ORDER A MONTH AGO!! She offered to refund the money for the flowers and ballon and said I will need to speak to a manager about the fruits well it's Wednesday Feb 19th and I have YET been able to speak to anyone cause they refuse to answer the phone! read more

Made order 5/7 for a 5/9 delivery. There was No delivery as of 5/10. Contacted corporate and was told store location 127 had been closed permanently! Why is the location an option? Why did I receive an order confirmation "store received order" on 5/8? Why did corporate automated line auto transfer me to the "closed" location's business number that is still in service? Oh and why the corporate automated line still states order is in progress for a 5/9 delivery when it's 5/10? What a joke!!! read more

Do not order from them! We have had an order in since February 15th and it still hasn't been delivered. We have been calling repeatedly and they never answer the phone. We got them once and asked them why they didn't return our call after leaving a message. She said that they can't retrieve messages. We set up another delivery time so the deliveree stayed home (as she did for the original delivery) and no one showed again. The edible employee had stated the orders weren't rolling over so it was missed. I'm assuming it is probably still the case (further incompetence) but don't know since they won't answer the phone. I have left a message with the corporate office so hopefully I will talk to someone there. Don't waste your energy doing business with them. read more

My daughter out of state ordered a Mother's Day arrangement. she was notified it was delivered 5/9/25. it has not been delivered. I live in the area of the Winter Haven and this store seems to be closed. I don't know who we talk to about this but she needs to get a full refund!!!!! She is heart broken that her Mother's Day gift did not come and will not be coming!!! I have the time to follow through with calling corporate and anyone who I may need to talk to in order to have this cleared up with a complete refund. if these people are operating "out the back door" they need to lose their franchise. I am so disappointed in the service I received with this company. I placed an order on February 5th to be delivered yesterday on Valentines Day to my parents. I spent the entire day calling the store, No one answered! I called 877-363-7848 I was informed at 3:23pm yesterday that my order was out for delivery. At 3:44p yesterday I received a call from 863-440-9601 from a women claiming to be the preparer of my order claiming that they needed to substitute my original order because due to high order volume they ran out of my order. This in itself is unacceptable! How is this my problem? I placed my order way in advance to avoid any issues. The women assured me that she had my ticket in her hand and was preparing my order to send it out the door. My parents NEVER received the order. Now today I have been calling nonstop and NO ONE answers the phone. I got an email saying my delivery was attempted that's not accurate my parents were home ALL DAY waiting for this delivery. I want my money back and I will never order with you guys ever again so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The fact that no one answers the phone to give me a resolution is despicable. I will never purchase anything from this store or this company again. For my mother's birthday, I preemptively bought her a fruit arrangement that was prepared the same day. When she ate it she said that it tasted unripe and it made her nauseated for the rest of the day. There was still more the following day and she gave it another chance, but the results were still the same. When we called the specific store to try and get a refund, since my mother called originally, she was told that I would have to call to tell her my credit card information to process the refund. The only other thing she said after that was how she usually got feedback about the fruit being overripe and that was it. When I called, I was sent to corporate and they said that they would need pictures for the case, which we weren't told at all. The representative called the store for us and he told us how we wouldn't be able to get a refund because the original lady claimed that she already told us that she wouldn't give us a refund because there was nothing wrong with the fruit. I do not appreciate the lying from her end and the lack of refund, so look out for this company and this store specifically. On 9/2/24 I ordered a chocolate fruit arrangement online from store #127 located at 420 Citi Centre St Winter Haven, FL 33880 This was for someone's Birthday which was delivered on 9/3/24. The fruit was practically rotten and the recipient had to throw all of it away. The recipient tried calling store number 127 at (863) 646-8440 for several days to report it. After a few days went by the recipient reluctantly called me to let me know. I can't even begin to tell you how embarrassed I was. I contacted the store. No answer from the so I filled an online form and then the next day I got a call back. I wanted to speak to the Manager or Owner. The lady said she would let that person know, but I never got a call back. I submitted another form online, got a call back a couple of days later with the same story that the Manager would call back. They are just ignoring me at this point as I have also left voicemails. I've ordered many times on Edible Arrangements online to other cities without any issues. I just looked them up on The Better Business Bureau BBB and this store has complaints just like this one. This has to be the worst edible arrangements location. Two times family members placed orders for me through this location and the first time I never even got the order. They claimed they came to my house (they did) but they never knocked. They only placed a card on my door saying they stopped by. Never got the order redelivered. They claimed they would come the next day and they didn't show up. My husband who was out of town was rightfully upset so he requested a refund after 3 days online and that was a hassle. The second time was a order from my sister for my bday a few days ago. They came, knocked, was gone by the time I opened the door. No card no nothing left. Then the driver said on the order my sister put the wrong address. Then a hour later I get a text saying they tried to deliver and to call the store. I call the store and the very unfriendly rep stated the driver was done for the day and would try the next day. I verified my address was indeed correct, and I requested the driver call me when on the way so I can be downstairs to get to the door faster and she said she noted it. Now the next day has come still nothing. I call the store again and once again was greeted with attitude. I was told the order was in route and she will tell the driver to call me. 5pm has come and gone and still nothing. No call, no order.... Then my very upset sister said she would call the next day to ask for a refund. Then about 6:10 pm I get a knock on the door and this driver could of practically threw the order at me and rushed off. Now.... I took one good look at this order I called my sister and told her I hope she ask for a partial refund bc this order was SLOPPY. The chocolate was smeared all over the plastic covering, the strawberries were sweating bad, the pineapple looked old. So disappointed. The first order was a get well order from being in the hospital (the one that never got delivered), and the second order was a birthday order. Never again. Stay clear of this location. The staff lacks basic customer service skills, the drivers do not deliver like they are suppose to and just overall this location needs to get it together -Let's see if they have this review deleted like the other negative reviews smh read more

Ordered online, no one called to say they don't have what is being offered online and automatically did substitutes that I didn't want. On delivery day- "attempted delivery" was made- but no proof of attempted delivery on video doorbell or on property. Called location, girl said driver attempted to call recipient, order placer and knocked on door- all of which never occurred. Asked for a refund, and they had to take off the 'delivery fee' since they "attempted" the delivery. Girl on the phone got irritated with me questioning her about attempted delivery and contact when none occurred. Cancelled order. Very disappointed in this location. Huge selection of arrangements for all budget types. Great bargain for same day pick up or late notice gift or to place an advanced order for a later date. I am beyond satisfied with the service, even though they were busy due to Mothers Day weekend they still managed to you get you in and out as quickly and politely as possible. Would recommend for any occasion, not just Mother's Day. I will be back for more. Thank you! read more
