I called the store to check on the order and again got the same annoyed attitude. I listened to two women arguing back and forth about the date of the delivery for my order - it sounded like they never updated it. When someone came back on they said "It'll be going out soon". I am not sure exactly what time it was delivered, but I know that what I ordered an the photo my friend sent me were two completely different bouquets. What was delivered looks like it was thrown together in a matter of 15 minutes. There were big orange Daisies (daisies were not in the photo and what I ordered was all very light colored pink or white flowers),there were NO orchids and they also added carnations and a TON of baby's breath and other "filler" greeneries. My friend and I both despise baby's breath. It looked extremely cheap and the bouquet I ordered was even upgraded to "deluxe" size and cost me $65. What was delivered was at best worth $30. I am highly disappointed as I make it a point to use local flower shops instead of online vendors like 1-800-Flowers. This was a big loss on my part and I will not use Willow & Birch again.
