just now Our 13 year old grandson died unexpectedly in his sleep. This loss was devastating, and we wanted to honor his love of, and skills in, baseball. I found a style of standing spray I liked, and I explained that I wanted to incorporate baseball into the arrangement. The finished product exceeded my expectations. It was beautifully done and a great visual of a key aspect of his short life. I would gladly order from Le Bouquet Fleurs again, hopefully for a much happier occasion next time read more

I ordered a dozen pink roses for my wife for Valentine's Day. The roses were beautiful and she loved them. Presentation was great. No issues with delivery. However, the day I ordered their page was down, prices charged for delivery was higher than what's published price on their page. I followed the instructions to put water in their personalized box vase and that looked soaked (wet) which was not expected. Overall beautiful flower with some minor issues. I would say 4.3 out of 5 star. I would still purchase from there. Very fresh roses. read more

I would like to post about how much I appreciated Le Bouquet's level of professionalism, service, and quality of product. I was under quite a bit of stress with a loved one in the hospital, and their rep guided me through the floral order being sent to the hospital with much patience and knowledge. They even sent me a pic of the lovely flowers as they were being delivered. I also noticed that there were not many florists in this area with good reviews, but in my mind, you cannot go wrong with Le Bouquet. read more

The best flower shop in Orlando! I've ordered from her multiple times for my mom and they never disappoint. Each bouquet is so unique and the best part is they deliver. My favorite bouquet I've gotten has to be the one with the live butterflies. I've never seen anything like it! They also send a text with a photo with your order is ready. This is really helpful as I don't live in the city so I like to see what it looks like! read more

The floral arrangements from Le Bouquet are exquisite. My MIL has been the recipient of several bouquets and she has been delighted with both. Her current bouquet of flowers for Easter is so beautiful. I wish my husband could order one for me in Maryland. The flowers are unique, fresh and arranged beautifully. We are very pleased with their delivery service as well. They confirm your order, send texts when delivered as well as photos. True white glove service. Highly recommended. read more

I ordered flowers to congratulate my best friend on becoming a home owner on 3/3/21. I spoke to Jesus who was extremely helpful and even though the delivery was out of their mileage zone, he was still able to accommodate. Cool ordered the Designer's Choice XL with a pearl strap. The Designer's Choice is a selection of flowers that the florist has on hand for the day. Jesus ensured me that the arrangement would be beautiful but may not exactly match the picture available online as it a variation based on flowers available. I requested that it be girly because she is a girly girl! Jesus was thorough! He sent me a picture of the arrangement once it was completed and let me know when it was en route. My friend ABSOLUTELY LOVED it. It was worth every penny! The service Jesus provided was top tier and I'd love to business with Le Bouquet again in the future! read more

This place is absolutely AMAZING! They have the most responsive and friendly staff. I was in need of finding a florist in Florida while living in California. Being remote I was nervous about finding a high end florist that would be able to bring my vision to life and Le Bouquet did exactly that! They made me feel so comfortable and confident that the flower arrangement I had ordered was going to beautiful, and let me tell you... THEY DELIVERED :) I am a huge fan of this place and would 10000% recommend to anyone in Florida looking for a florist. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Le Bouquet. I ordered from them a couple of times and I was lucky that Melissa was the one taking my order over the phone. She is truly phenomenal and her customer service is top notch! We ordered an arrangement for pick up and my husband was running late, so I called Le Bouquet to tell Melissa that we won't be able to make it in time before they close at 5 pm. She offered to stay behind to wait for us to pick up! I was thoroughly impressed. In addition she is always patient with me and answers all my questions with a smile. Le Bouquet is lucky to have her. read more

I am a custom jeweler from California specializing in high-end one of a kind wedding rings and can appreciate attention to detail. My wife and I were in Orlando visiting our son and our first grand baby. Unfortunately I had to fly home two weeks before my wife which necessitated us celebrating our anniversary from opposite coasts. Not to fear Le Bouquet to the rescue! Their previous reviews were excellent. They guided me to their website, coached me through the process and ultimately created a gorgeous mixed floral, fall themed arrangement. Payment was easy over the phone and delivered them the next day. Absolutely seamless and my wife was over the top! Thanks Les Bouquet! You made me a virtual superhero! read more

This company was amazing to work with. I am all the way in Canada and wanted to surprise my cousin with something very unique and her style. From the moment I contacted Anastasia she responded immediately, asked me what I was looking for, asked specifics about the recipient and made a stunningly beautiful personalized unique bouquet of flowers that was delivered the same day by a beautiful lady in a pink dress and white gloves. Fabulous!!! It was more than gifting beautiful flowers it was an amazing experience! I highly recommend this florist if you are looking to send more than just flowers to someone you really care about. Thank you so much again. read more

Simply the best experience I ever had with a florist. I am an out of town Grandma so I was nervous to hire unseen. They were perfect. The delivery perfection. My 4 year old grand daughter was blown away with her birthday balloons as her mother too when she was handed a stunning bouquet. Just the best service I have ever received. This company is a must for flowers and gifts to your special loved ones read more

I've ordered deliveries from them twice for my mom (I live out of town.) She absolutely LOVES them! They've been GORGEOUS both times and I feel like you get a lot of bang for your buck. The first time, I did a smaller arrangement and the second time, I went for the "designer's choice." The designers choice had these gorgeous volcanic orchids that WOWED. Both times I've ordered, they were so patient explaining what they had available, discussing colors, etc over the phone AND texted me a photo of the flowers before delivery both times. They also accommodated my mom's allergies (she's allergic to some types of flowers.) My new go-to florist in Orlando! read more

Absolutely stunning and amazing work on a same day delivery request for a precious new arrival. I wanted something unique and perfect for our close who just had her first baby. Everyone who walked into the room commented on how amazing the arrangement was. Unique and so beautiful. Le Bouquet definitely out did themselves and the arrangement was worth every penny. I even got a preview of the arrangement via text and a text of when it was delivered. Great job! read more

Order from here and the recipient won't be disappointed! Ordering over the phone was pretty good. They are very nice. Things to note: The coupon on Yelp isn't applicable for busy times. They charge for delivery per mile (20 miles was $25), kinda steep. They have a website but you cannot order online. Hopefully they get their website up! They text you a photo of the arrangement before they leave. They were very nice and added more lavender flowers per my request. My sister was blown away so I'd definitely order from here again. read more

I ordered a beautiful bouquet yesterday from Anastasia. I called in the morning and got the delivery same day before 6 pm. She gave me great service and beautiful fresh white garden style roses at a very reasonable price. There were 50 white roses in a beautiful white cylinder box designed pave style. I stressed this was for a dinner after I just proposed to my girlfriend so they had to be perfect and they were. Myself and now my fiancé are florists in Miami Florida so this review is coming from people in the business so this says a lot about this company. Will definitely use again when in the area and highly recommend this florist if you want something unique and different. Thanks Le Bouquet!!! read more

The order process was quick and seamless. I called at 9am PT, they delivered same day before 4pm ET (4 hrs). They sent me a picture of the arrangement and even sent me a text message to let me know when it was delivered. Needed flowers same day and forgot to order until just after 1pm! Yikes! Le Bouquet was amazing! They stayed on the phone with me and texted pictures of what I could order, helped me decide and stayed in touch the whole time... I got an update when the flowers were completed and on their way, including a photo texted to me of what they looked like (awesome!!!-- I've actually asked other flower shops to do that before and they said they couldn't). Then they texted again once they made the delivery and gave me an update on how my recipient reacted when they got the bouquet! The flowers were very unique and absolutely gorgeous. The service was spectacular. They are not the cheapest flowers in town, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely use them again and recommend them when anyone asks. read more

From the famous quote of Coco Chanel "in order to be irreplaceable, one must be different". Why be ordinary? Why pursue the actions of a common man and make your recipient feel the same as the person standing next to her? Le Bouquet Fleurs specializes in creating an exceptional arrangement for all occasions. My experience and working relationship with Le Bouquet Fleurs started with a desire to send someone something special. Something that exceeds all her current expectations on what a floral arrangement should be. It was on July 4th, a national holiday that I decided to reach out to Anastasia of Le Bouquet Fleurs. It was a gamble as no one works on this day nor do they respond to any business inquiries. To my surprise, Anastasia answer and took my order! I gave her a description on what I wanted and my expectations for a perfect arrangement. As painful as I can be of a customer, Anastasia patiently worked with me as we verbally painted a picture of what I wanted the final outcome to be. Needless to say, the final product was classy, chic, and exceptional. I ordered a hatbox 50 white O'Hara Deluxe bouquet, their most fragrant rose. Extraordinary quality and unrivaled beauty, the box will certainly put a smile on anyone's face. The entire order to delivery process is like no other florist. Your box will be hand crafted and delivered by a professional dressed with class in white gloves. I cannot say enough about their incredible creations and unparalleled commitment to customer experience. Even when we had a small incident with the arrangement, Le Bouquet Fleurs had someone come out same day to pick the flowers up and fix any issues. I do not know of any florist who has that commitment to providing a boutique experience. If you want to make a statement and send someone something that eclipses all predecessors, this is the way to go! Same day delivery, next day delivery, next week delivery, she can do it all. I can confidently say the lady was ecstatic and jubilant with the arrangement. Thank you Anastasia and the team at Le Bouquet Fleurs, you have not only made her but happy you have won a customer for life. As I started this review with a quote from Chanel, it is only fitting to close with another. "A girl should be two things: Classy and fabulous"...Any time you send someone special flowers; they should also be as classy and fabulous as the girl. read more

I'm obsessed with this flower business! I ordered a bouquet of red roses with 24k gold flakes sprinkled on top and they are the best quality roses I've seen in all of orlando! They come in very trendy containers which give a much more modern look than an ordinary plain glass vase. Their prices are unbeatable for what you're getting and great customer service. I found them on Instagram and loved what I saw so I had to try them out. They don't have a physical location yet but you can see pictures of all of their arrangements on their Instagram page.
