Mother's day flowers that lasted 24 hours!
    Nancy F.

I received a cut arrangement for Mothers Day on Saturday, May 11th. They were a gift from my daughter and family who live in New York State. It was lovely on Saturday however, just two days later, it is done. I am very disappointed. The Tulip's are dropping leaves and the hydrangeas are completely wilted. Sadly. I hesitate to tell my Daughter as I know she would be upset to know the short life of their gift.

    Wilted hydrangeas.

Less than 12 hours after I picked up the arrangement. Left a message for owner; never received any correspondence back.

I ordered from California for delivery in Orlando, FL. When I called, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I gave them my budget and had a vague idea of what I wanted, and the floral designer ran with it to create this beautiful and unique arrangement! The person who received it absolutely loved it. They took down my information and kept in touch via text. They made it really easy to email them the message I wanted on the card and texted pictures to make sure I was happy with the arrangement, and to let me know when it was going out for delivery. The entire process was quick and easy. I called around noon and the flowers were delivered within a few hours!

I pulled up Flower No 5 on YELP while heading to Florida Hospital where my wife was a patient. I asked for a happy bouquet for her hospital room and what I received exceeded expectations!! Very Talented and nice people! Highly recommend!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered next day over the phone for my sister-in-law's birthday and they were extremely helpful and did an amazing job. She was so surprised and the arrangement came out beautifully. The flowers are still going strong! I will definitely use them again!

Makeup, pop culture, Pokemon Go -- these all serve as examples of topics I don't know very much about. Oh, and add flowers to the list. Thankfully, my kicka** homegirl took me to Flower No 5, so I could witness flower arrangement magic. Helpful tidbits: ***** I. LOCATION & PARKING The biz resides near the intersection of Corrine Drive and Winter Park Road, and know that it's in a small strip mall next to a liquor store. Regarding parking - it's scarce; however, we didn't see too many cars there during the day on the weekend. II. SERVICE We unexpectedly visited and asked for a bouquet of flowers appropriate for a celebration of life. The man we spoke with only had a few questions, grabbed and sterilized our vase, and rushed to the back of the store to diligently work on our request. Even though it did take, perhaps, half an hour or so for him to finish, I don't think the arrangement could've been more stunning. The perfect proportions of colors and types of flowers used brilliantly paired with the pearl, grand-ish vase. And many people who did attend the celebration of life later that day did take a worthy pause to admire Flower No 5's wonderful work. III. PRICE The arrangement set us back around $47, and I believe the price matched the amazing service. So very reasonable. IV. AMBIENCE & DÉCOR Well, not that anyone would want to stay for a long period of time there, but take note of a few interesting tidbits: -The gigantic, eggshell-like chair in one of their corners seemed perfectly suited for people that have porches and live south of the Mason-Dixon. -The antiquated standing dial telephone actually worked. -The have a tray of candies, and it includes some of my favorite flavors such as butterscotch and coconut. Yes, I know that my taste is similar to a 70 year-old woman's. V. OVERALL Even though I do not live in Orlando, I would gladly give my hard-earned cash$ to Flower No 5, for any special occasion needing a ravishing bouquet.

Peonies for my birthday in a mini card catalog drawer style box!
    Brittany L.

This week for my birthday I received the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen! All thanks to Flower No 5 (and my dad who ordered them). My dad called from Ohio asking for Peonies and some fillers. Peonies are my favorite but can be hard to come by on short notice. When he told them the delivery location was a library (where I work), they decided to make me a little box that looked like a card catalog drawer. Seriously--what?! So cool! My dad was happy with his purchase of surprise birthday flowers and I was happy with my gift. The delivery came around noon and was delivered by a very friendly man who instructed me to water them frequently. Next time I want flowers for myself or as I gift I know who to call. This is some of the best floral work I have ever seen.

Stunning! I had a wonderful surprise on Saturday when I hear a knock on the door and a huge, gorgeous, stunning, and over-flowing bouquet was starring me in the face. Just when my heart was full... there was MORE! Two fresh cupcakes from Bluebird! WHAT? Flowers + Cupcake delivery... are you kidding me? Perfection! What a solid way to start my birthday weekend. Huge props to Flower No. 5 for doing it right and brining sunshine in the form of flowers and cupcakes into my life!! I was very happy so I would suggest if you ever want to surprise someone, check out this local business - or just treat yourself!

    Centerpieces
    Erika E.

I needed 8 center pieces for a dinner party and a large display for a tradeshow. The guys at Flower No 5 were fun to work with, looked at all of my tradeshow promotion and created some perfect creations for me. The called ahead to Emerils and created centerpieces that perfectly matched the venue and theme I was going for. If you need flowers created for an event in the Orlando area - this is the shop to call. Perfect creations that delivered lots of compliments!

White hydrangea, moonlite carnations, blue curiosa roses and white snapdragon wings. So pretty!!

These were supposed to be fresh flowers, so this was completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the way the shop handled it. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they tried to blame us for the condition of the roses. The flowers were handled properly on our end, and there's no excuse for them to have spoiled so quickly. Customer service is just as important as product quality, and unfortunately, this shop failed on both. I would not recommend purchasing from here unless they improve both their quality control and how they treat their customers.owner very rude... Purchase roses Monday as well went to the car before driving off and saw that they were molded and argued about that there was no mold it was guard petals no it was mold growing how are you supposed to make a customer a rose bouquet with molded flowers....

This year for Valentine's Day, my husband decided to try Lake Eola Florist -- and it turned into a huge disappointment. On Friday, February 13, 2026, my husband ordered a bouquet of tulips (my favorite flowers), a Valentine's Day balloon, and delivery. The flowers were delivered after 5pm while I was at my son's baseball game. When we got home, he brought them inside -- the tulips were already wilted (and while tulips naturally droop some, these were clearly struggling), and the balloon was half-flat. Saturday and Sunday, the flowers still did not look good. We refreshed the water and left them on the dining table while we were away in Daytona for the races. By Tuesday, February 17th -- just four days later -- multiple blooms had completely fallen off and the arrangement looked worse than ever. I called the florist and was told I would receive a follow-up call or text. Two hours later, I received a text stating that "vase life is 5-7 days." However, today was only day four -- and that's stretching it considering the late delivery and the poor condition upon arrival. I sent photos and explained everything. I was told that because the arrangement was delivered days ago, I could not receive a refund -- but if I brought in a vase to the shop, I could receive a complimentary bouquet of roses. I do not like roses -- which is exactly why my husband ordered tulips. At that point, I still did not know the total cost. After speaking with my husband, I learned he paid $110 for the flowers, balloon, and delivery. For that price, I expect an arrangement from a higher-end florist to last longer than four days -- especially when it did not arrive in good condition to begin with. Asking me to bring in my own vase to pick up roses (that I do not even like) is not an acceptable solution. Customers work hard for their money, just like florists work hard on their arrangements. Quality and customer service should match the price point. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I highly recommend In Bloom or Colonial Florist instead -- they consistently provide beautiful arrangements and stand behind their product to keep customers happy and returning.
