To confirm delivery, I was emailed a link to a high-res image of the arrangement left on my friend's doorstep. The actual arrangement looked similar to the website picture. It was beautiful. The price of the flowers and delivery was on par with competitors. I signed up on In Bloom Florist's website and got 15% off. I was able to include a message on a card. We only saw it because we got a notification from Amazon that another package had been delivered. This is the first time Universal Flowers fulfills an order for us, and I would definitely not recommend using them. My husband took the arrangement back, showed the lady at the flower shop what the arrangement is supposed to look, and she called 1800 flowers, said we weren't satisfied and they walked her through the refund process. She then thanked my husband for bringing the flowers back. We were not satisfied because they failed to deliver what my husband paid for. This is a bouquet of flowers that costs over $200. And they gave us something that costs $20. There was no apology and she didn't take ownership of what they did.
